It s honestly my fault for waiting until the paint rollers on my car I called tires were going to blow, but even when these guys were trying to go home and closing in less than 20min, they could easily see from the parking lot, I had NO tread. They stayed after closing and got all new tires on my car in less than 30min so I could be safe on the road! I swear, they thanked me just as much as I thanked them, if not more! Great, speedy and friendly service and I really left feeling appreciated as a customer. 10/10 recommend.

Last night at 6:15, we noticed we had 17 pounds of pressure in one of our tires. We weren t at home. We called Discount Tire and spoke with Ronald. Even though they had already closed, he told us to come on and they would help us. Ronald and Dave fixed our tire quickly. We were so impressed with how professional and kind they were. Had a great experience with Discount Tires in Sanford today! My appointment wasn t until tomorrow but they called me today to let me know they had an opening to get me in early. Lucky me! When there, i dealt with Ronald, who was very sweet and super nice. They got me in and out as quick as they could and the music in the lobby wasn t too bad either! They answered all of my questions and they were sure to let me know about any of the problems they had with my vehicle (along with letting other customers know as well, i noticed). Overall 10/5 stars and we will be using this location again for our future needs!

Stopped by after work to have the Discount Tire pros take a look at a screw in my tire. They greeted me at the door, took care of business and had me out the door at no cost in less than 15mins. Didn t even buy my tires from them, got them in San Antonio, but they didn t care. They could ve easily charged me, but now they know they will get my business in the future when I need a new set of tires. William and Cam are solid, stop in and let them help you out!

I had the best experience at Discount Tire in Sanford. I had an fixable flat tire and they had my exact tire in stock. I bought it online and got an appointment for the same day. Ronald called me and confirmed everything. When I arrived they had a sign outside with my name on it and Ronald greeted me as soon as I got out of my car. They installed my tire quickly and Ronald was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Discount Tire in Sanford.

I had a visible metal shard in my tire. Of course, everyplace was about to close. I called Discount, and he said bring it in. I showed up 5 minutes after close, and they were super courteous, and I had two new tires, after finding several shards and a huge nail, within 10 minutes! AND, there's no extra charges! Plus, they have a warranty. Sanford Discount Tire has a new family of customers. Thank you!

I always love dealing with Discount Tire. Very professional, nice facility and the associates genuinely act like the want to be there. Tire pricing is important, of course, but I think Discount Tire is one of the only places I go that truly has not forgotten what old fashioned customer service is all about. My hat is off to you guys.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! My experience was great.. from the first phone call, being greeted before getting to the door, up until my last interaction. The customer service is excellent! The service was fast and I was given different options without too much pressure of trying to up sale. I will definitely return for future needs and refer family and friends.

Best tire job in store. Miss Tracy idk how you would have left them a bad review mistakes happen and speaking from the passed with mavis they want to sell you stuff you don t need even when you already have service done. Things have change there the last few months.

Called DT on my way home from Cary; I was inquiring about a tire because I was riding on my spare. They told me to stop by. They checked my flat tire and determined that it could be plugged. No need for a new tire! Big shout out to DT! They didn t even charge me!

Had 4 tires put on and they bent my rim. 5 days later tire leaking. Now my whole rim is leaking.Never had a problem with Discount Tire in Cary. I'll be going to Mavis Tire from now on.
