We had just moved from Las Vegas and were just in our new house like a day. Our old cars were at about 90K miles each. We felt we needed something better suited for the area. Alex helped us out, everyone was super friendly and quick to get it done. Unlike the dealers in Vegas they listened to us and didn't waste our time thank you for the help.

Most incompetent service desk representatives and service manager, Mr John Lowe. The truck, a 2019 F350 desiel, was brought in for a 30k service. When picking up the truck, service representatives said they found no issues. However, after carefully reading the notes, I discovered the mechanics diagnosed the truck with an upper oil pan leak. When checking out, no one was going to tell me about the issues until questioned. When questioned, the service representatives acted like it was nothing and told me to keep an eye on it. Service representatives said the mechanics put dye in the oil and said to schedule a new appointment. Come to find out, the dye was never poured. I asked to speak to the service manager - he defended their actions until I pressed him to do his job and re-evaluate what was said and done. He apologized and said it was an honest mistake - I said it was incompetence. Mr. Lowe, the service manager asked me to bring it in for a follow-up so the repairs can be made. I brought it back as requested, and everyone seemed to have amnesia. Luckily, I had an apologetic email from Mr. Lowe from our previous engagements. In the end, we ended up both in an argument about the total lack of service and rudeness of his staff. He then said he is denying me to have any warranty services done at this dealership and left me hanging, driving an unsafe vehicle with the potential of a catastrophic failure. He said he didn't care, and it was his right to turn me away. I asked to speak to the GM and never received any communications back. I wouldn't recommend bringing anything to the dealership for repairs. Working with Ford, elevating the issue. Consumers beware.

The dealership was able to work around my schedule to get me in for an oil change, and out in the timeframe I needed to leave for pick up my child from school. They were great at communicating and explaining the needs of my car. The outside receptionist, and the person who worked with me inside were kind, courteous, and helpful.

Took my truck in for an issue with a fuel leak, the tech changed out a cracked fuel injector and thought it was fixed. However the next day the fuel leak was still present. John Lowe had my truck picked up from my home and had it fixed the next day. Great service, friendly people, and exceptional communication. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great experience. I had an issue with my cooling fan in my engine not turning off. I stopped in but they couldn't look at it right away so they shuttled me back to work and delivered my vehicle to my apartment the next day when it was finished. I was impressed with the way they handled everything.

I just recently bought a 2022 Ford Escape from BILL BAILEY at Crossroads Ford of Sanford and all I can say is WOW. His customer service was absolutely spectacular and his patience with no only me but my two small kids had captured my respect. He knew exactly what I needed for my family and didn t mess around. I will recommend him and Crossroads Ford of Sanford to anyone looking to buy a new car. Also, to add, EVERYONE that was working was beyond friendly and patient with my two small kids running around after being there for a couple of hours (not to mention they have a play room which is a life saver!)

If I had a week to fill this review out, it could NOT express just how WONDERFULLY AMAZING the good people (and I MEAN "GOOD PEOPLE") that CrossRoads Ford, in Sandford, NC were to us TRULY,... LIKE FAMILY! We ended up having to spend a lot of time there, due to no fault of theirs, or ours,... But, the fault of a VERY bad telephone insurance rep-(work-from-home type) .... BTW: Kudos also to the amazing SECU rep, who so patiently also hung on the line, for like 2 HOURS)...*The professionalism, SUPERIOR! *The fact that CrossRoads staff all stayed WAY PAST CLOSING HOURS, to make our dream a reality WAS JUST.... It all ended in the middle of the night... BUT, THEY WERE THERE FOR US ... NEVER before has any salesman, or finance agent, or store mgmt EVER bent over so far to help us... NOT EVER!!!!To heck with 5 STARS... Thru the rain storm, thru the MANY linked phones... JUST THRU IT ALL... They were TOPS Well,... WE GIVE 10 's And,We will never shop anywhere else... as they have become FRIENDS! Sincerely, J&C Nunes

We have bought multiple cars from Crossroads in Sanford. Amazing staff and did not make the buying process painful in any way at all. Highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a Ford! Also, check their used inventory too, they carry or can get anything pretty much!

Purchased 6 Ford vehicles since 2000 and the most recent was from Sully (Jeff Sullivan) at Crossroads in Sanford. Have visited many Ford, Chevrolet and GMC dealerships from the mountains to the coast and although some experiences seeking a replacement vehicle were pleasant (some including my hometown Ford were horrible), I have never felt as welcome and comfortable as I have recently. No pressure and honest sales in this current economy is where it s at. When you can sit and relax with both a sales person and sales manager and not be on guard, you know you found a home for your current and next vehicle.The experience and the price was what we needed after going through a terrible time from the process with insurance after my husband s truck was totaled. We will not forget how well we were treated. We will be returning when it s time to buy again.

Bought a used 2020 F150 Raptor with significant upgrades for over 80K. Drove 3 hours to pick up truck. When checking truck.... one of the after market lights did not work. They were not upfront the light was not working. I had to find it. I made sure repairing the light was included in the contract. Has been 3 months and 100 calls later......light is not fixed and they will never return calls or follow up. Love Ford but this isn't the dealership to use. Once they get your money........they are done and do not live up to their contractual obligations.

Bought a Ford Bronco from Crossroads. My salesperson, Bill Bailey, was great! Helped me navigate the process and kept me informed during the shipping delays incurred by Covid shortages.This is the second car we have bought from. Crossroads dealership and they've always dealt fairly and honestly.

From the time I arrived at Crossroads Ford Sanford on 12/22 I was looking at some used trucks. I met Colin Watson and is professionalism and friendliness was much appreciated. He took the time to explain to me the benefit of looking g into a new truck versus the used truck I originally came in to look at. After conferring with Jared Johnston they suggested I look at the 2023 F150 powerboost truck that was a courtesy vehicle. Tempia and I had a ton of questions about the hybrid battery and all the new technology and Colin took the time to go ask several different people to get the answers we were lookingfor. After a minor hiccup we were able to close the deal on 12/23. The ease of this purchase from the time I arrived to signing paperwork was so quick and easy. Thanks to Colin and Jared for all of their help.

This was the worst car buying experience of my life. On top of that, when I foolishly went back to get my vehicle serviced, the experience got even worse. I will never use them again and do not recommend anyone else to go there. The entire experience from start to finish was a nightmare.

I went into the business to purchase a car when I walked in people looked at me but no one even addressed me. I m assuming I was being profiled .I asked the guy sitting at the Desk is anyone trying to make any money his reply was Gotta have customers in here to make some money. My reply was well What about me. Little does he know I m pretty sure I make more money than him and his staff. Never judge a book by its cover. I ll be glad to take my money elsewhere.

Great buying experience. Was very near closing and they stayed to finish the deal on a Saturday evening. Transaction and paperwork was as streamlined as I have ever seen a dealership. Very professional and I feel I got a good deal on my used car

Took My Mercury Mountaineer in for service. My service advisor Karen could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Kept me informed and updated on the progress of the needed repairs. The mechanic who serviced the vehicle was Josh and he did an outstanding and professional job with quick turnaround. Could not have been more pleased with the exceptional overall experience. The entire staff exceeded my expectations as a customer. I highly recommend Crossroads Ford in Sanford for your automotive needs. Thank you!

Satisfied with services took car in first thing in the morning they had it ready by the end of day. Guy s greeted me as I arrived, also asked if i needed transportation. I was not needing transportation, but nice to know options & accommodation s. The lady at the register very nice assisted with payment & wished me a good day. I just want to let your staff know I appreciated everyone s time & my day got better with your services & assistance.

Marannda in service was 10/10. She made it a point to get my vehicle in when everyone else said they were booked for months. Easy to communicate with and got everything done right away. Will do the extra traveling to bring my vehicle here for now on.

Most reviews for Cross Roads Ford indicate they are really good at selling cars and not so much at service... just based on the reviews alone. Also of note, positive reviews are replied to and unsatisfied ones are often not.... those are the ones that are most important. Things happen, but it is how you respond that makes the difference. I called numerous times to the service department and waited for a call back, only to have the Service Manager tell me when he did and I quote, "I have 30 days worth of voice mails on my phone to respond to".... Cross Roads apparently needs more help to support their operation.I guess the final straw with this location for me was when I saw a new Ford Bronco on the floor in the show room that I wanted to see the interior of (to see the new larger display etc) and ask if they would open the door to let me peek inside and was told, no.. it has already been sold.... I get it, you don't want someone sliding in and out of the seats, but you can't unlock to look inside? Oh well.... I may go back some day to see if things changed, but as of now I'm not a fan of this dealership

Always had good servic here, professional and upfront. Mr. Draper was very helpful when I was shopping for a new F-150. I ended up with a 2016 Platinum which is a beautiful truck. I would highly reccomend them.Fast forward to 2020 and I really wanted a new Raptor. I called a few dealers and Crossroads Ford was patient. Mr. Bailey worked to get me my 2020 Lead Foot Grey Raptor. So now this is my second Crossroads Ford Sanford truck.

Joe was very helpful in the purchasing of my bronco sport. I came without my husband and was nervous I wouldn t get a good deal. I left feeling like they were fair. He was extremely kind and available even after my purchase. Everyone in the dealer was great.

Karen, Marannda, and Cindy in service are always so welcoming. Thankful to the sales girl Karen who now transferred over to service helped me get my 2018 Escape and is still running great after almost 6 years!!! The women in there are very knowledgeable about their cars. Thank you
