Went in for some repairs due to a accident and the insurance company recommended me to use their shop so I went in a little scared.. but i do not regret it at all. They were very polite, informative and easy to get in touch with, with any questions I had or concerns. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for any type of work on their car. Super happy how my car came out and even happier that everything was taken care of by them reaching out to the insurance, I didn t have to worry about a thing.After and before pics! Looks like new !!

I went in for an estimate on damage to vehicle on driver side bumper and panel. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Karla made the appointment for us and Rick was the Tech that managed the process. This was not processed through insurance. The price was very reasonable and vehicle looks great. I highly recommend this location for any vehicle repairs. Thank you Karla and Rick and Caliber Collision of Sanford NC.

Had my Kia stolen and busted up pretty good. They linked me in with Rick from Caliber Collision, and I m glad they did. Rick is an absolute professional and so pleasant to deal with. He cares about customers and keep me updated the entire process. They completed the job ahead of schedule and the work the technicians completed is flawless. Highly recommend, and someone please tell Rick that we said thank you!!

On 1/11/24, I Hit a deer on dark country road. Ins referred us to Caliber collision, but not this location. Other locations were going to take weeks to even get the vehicle in for inspection, not to mention repairs. After my daughter called around, she got ahold of the receptionist at this location who worked with ins co and got the vehicle picked up that afternoon. We were expecting to be without the car until 2/29 due to parts on back order. Not only did they do an awesome job on repairs, but we got the car back 11 days early . The staff is friendly, polite and honest . GM Greg kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend them!!

We went in for an estimate & were pleasantly surprised on how clean the shop was & how professional they were. All my questions were answered & they directed us on the best way to handle our claim, guiding us through the process. Amazing & knowledgeable staff. Would def recommend anyone to give them a try. Absolutely a GREAT addition to Sanford.

I got my car fixed there and they were able to get it back to me sooner than I was hoping. The front deskperson was super friendly and gave me free popcorn while I was waiting the other day. They pretty much updated me every step of the way

This shop has been by far the best auto body shop to deal with. The service writer Rick was the best writer I have ever experienced. He was so nice and kept me informed with everything going on.

Exceptional work on our Audi coupled with excellent Customer Service. Every step of the way we were informed of the status of our vehicle. Rental car onsite if needed. Very clean facility and the Staff are personable and professional.
