They are so good about doing things for you like changing wiper blades, changing batteries, changing headlight bulbs, putting in windshield washer fluids and putting the OBD scanner on to tell you what a code means when you have a problem. They don't charge to do this. They are great. I just got charged $90 and was not asked or told about the fee by a mechanic to put the scanner on. That mechanic lost my business. I definitely recommend Auto Zone!

Stopped by Sanford location and employees were super nice and helpful. They told me the part I wanted was in Cameron. I stopped by there next and those employees were not nearly as enthusiastic about their jobs as Sanford location.

Location was slammed! Gents were attentive & greeted me upon entry, got through the couple folks ahead of me, snagged my item I previously looked for online & I was done in under 15 with correct items & great prices. Thoroughly pleased with AutoZone as opposed to the other main 2. Never had the pleasant experiences with the O nor the AA stores.

Attendant was helpful in assisting in my purchases, however, I was having trouble starting my car and the attendant came out twice helping another customer, but didn't ask if I needed help. But that was ok, another customer helped me.

The lady worker in the store was awesome I wish I caught her name but she was easy to talk to help jumped my car and gave me directions for other parts I needed she was awesome even though she thinks shes nicer on the phone.

Most everything is regularly in stock, and any orders placed, whether to your house or to the store, get there quick. Staff is friendly and helpful, great spot to use as your go-to store.

This is a great place to get auto parts. I needed a new battery. I went to their website and decided on the one I wanted, I did a screenshot of the picture and went to the store to buy it. The store personnel went out and replaced the battery at no charge. I recommend AutoZone for battery replacement and other car parts. They also sell fluids and lubricants.

Either store, north or south Horner Boulevard have been very helpful each time I have been, but I tend to go to the south Horner Boulevard store because it is closer.

Thank you SO much to employee DANIEL! I was in quite a bind, needing a new battery before having to leave for a trip early the next morning. Even though it was like 30 minutes before closing time, Daniel replaced my battery in minutes and I was back on the road. I am so grateful for his help! Give this man a raise!

Great customer service!! Stopped by to get a new battery and the staff went above and beyond to help find a new battery in addition to trying to diagnose a problem with a starter issue.

I visited this store during my lunch break, my car was overheating! The store was very clean and bight and I was greeted as I walked in. My CSR was Kevin McDonald. I normally have a lot of anxiety walking into stores but Mr. McDonald went above and beyond. I don't know if he could tell I was anxious but he has extremely calm, he kept his space, he was wearing a mask, answered all my questions and even found the best deal for what I needed. He didn't rush me out the door, he asked if there was anything else I needed, asked if I was a rewards member, explained how I could save money with the rewards program and signed me up with four questions. I will also note that the front of the store by the cash registers was very organized and full of those little things we always forget to buy, like a key fob battery which I needed. Both of my hands were full but I didn't struggle with the door because Mr. McDonald was already up there holding it for me telling me to have a nice day. I normally stick to online shopping but because of Mr. McDonald's work ethic I feel comfortable enough to visit this store again. Thank you!

I have been going to auto zone for some years now. The service has always been good. My latest visit was this week. I came to purchase one thing but after checking my engine light which was on I was given some advice. After following through with the suggestion I found out they knew what they were talking about. How often have you heard that they just wanna sell you something. In my case they saved me money. No one is always right, and then again no one is always wrong. I was wrong, they were right. Thank you guys and ladies for what you do and for the knowledge you give. Special thanks to Mr. Michael.

Couldn t return the loaner tool,fuel pressure tester, to this store that I received from here because of no receipt. Got it under my autozone account. Now I must return on South Horner due to a training issue. Associate said not having the receipt was my issue. Need to put a good help needed sign up.

The staff are family to me. I buy all my parts there. Is always at least two Part Sales Managers' (PSMs), also known as "Grey Shirts".If you link your purchase to your telephone number, everything you buy that has an extended warranty, other than the receipt in hand within 30 days 0 hours, will be there.I always check price and availability with at least two of their competitors. They Price Match local retail, so I always get the most inexpensive. You need the phone number of the store with the lowest price so management can check and authorize. I use the North Horner Blvd. Store. DIYers are action people.

Extremely friendly and helpful crew. My car coded over an hour from anything I knew. The employees were extremely helpful, and loaned me their diagnostic computer so I could get the codes I needed to get my car fixed. Thanks so much!

We came in here yesterday to get something small. There was a long line. There was a worker just standing around and asked if he was on a register. This old smug a** did not acknowledge us at all. Not even nod. He was just smacking his gum wearing sunglasses indoors when it was raining outside.It's 2018, who wears sunglasses indoors? We just waited in line and noticed he spoke to someone behind us, but you couldn't answer us? When it was our turn to check out I told him "You should be more attentive towards customers" and he turned his back to us. That's when the cashier spoke up for him and said he wasn't on a register. Okay? He couldn't answer for himself? A simple nod could've answered that. I didn't realize this weak guy needed someone to speak up for him. He wasn't mute either, because he spoke to other customers. He was just being rude. That's not how you do business. As we were leaving, I heard him address us as 'dirty Mexicans', too. Racist old b******. Now I know why he didn't answer me. For that reason. There are plenty of other car stores in Sanford/out of town other than this place. Horrible experience. I regret giving my business to this place. I should've left when that guy ignored us.

This is the worst experience i have ever had here. Was sold the wrong size and type of battery first. Then was sold a part that didnt work. I have had to pay for labor on my car twice in one day because of the manager not caring about his job. Jenny C a regular employee helped me more than the manger he is just there for a paycheck. Will never be back again. And will be spreading the word!!!!

Ordered belt online, said it fit. It 100% had no chance of fitting. Fellas were able to refund that and get the correct item for me. Never had an issues at this store.

Ive never been more frustrated in my life. I call to ask for a part for a Chevy Impala. The man i spoke with did not speak clear English. I had to tell him 4 times what I needed. Then he asked again... did I want parts for a Cadillac. NO! I wanted coil packs for a Chevy Impala 3.8. 4.8? NO!! Forget it. I will just go to Rock Auto. I recommend you do the same.

I had a problem with a bad battery. The guy who helped with the battery testing was very knowledgeable about car electrical systems including batteries.
