Extremely helpful, courteous and professional staff. I had to return that was purchased from another location. The assistance store manager was extremely helpful process the return and I was in and out in just a few minutes. Only recommend them based on the level of service provided.

My car decided to have problems today so I went to have the battery checked. Zeppelin was very kind and Knowledgeable and changed the battery in the rain. I'm very impressed with the customer service.

Autozone is great but this store is terrible. Unfortunately it s the closest store to my house so when I need parts on a Saturday when working on a project I drive right passed to the store on North Horner, the drive is further but you want spend 30 minutes in line waiting to check out.

Now hiring at this location.I was assisted with replacing the low beams to my car. Despite they're short of hand. Great service. And they searched for the best price that I can afford. I highly recommend going to this location.If you're looking for a job consider applying here. I wish I can give them a 100 star rating. Outstanding!

I got treated very well today on the 26th of November 2023, I went to buy a set of Bosch wiper blades, and they didn't sit right and fit right on my car.So the young gentleman that was assisting me simply went into the store and got the next higher grade of windshield wiper. I asked him if I owed him anything extra? And...No extra charge. Thank you.

I've had to come her a few times and each visit the employees went above and beyond with the help I received. Every part I needed on each trip has Luckily been in stock and I was given great information on the options available for what I needed. Thank you for all your help

Staff was immediately available to help the moment I came in! Got my check engine light evaluated quickly, found the part I needed, and they even had it in stock! Employee helped answer all my questions and was very friendly :) Definitely will be back!

Went there after dealing with AAA not showing up all day for a dead car battery, was told i d have to wait 30 minutes for the guy to finish installing someone else s car battery, well he finished, after waiting 20 minutes he told me he wasn t gonna do it because it was dark. Apparently couldn t use a flashlight. Then i was trying to buy Jumper cables, also waited 20 minutes for that. Ended up just leaving, and ended up going to Advanced Auto Parts.

I payed and ordered a part for my Honda last night and was told that it was gonna be there at 9 in the morning when I got there i was told they couldn t find it or track it but was told it was there now I try to reorder it I have to wait 2 more days very disappointed

Wouldn t recommend going here in fact I m going to elsewhere from now on.Bad customer service and they don t know what they re doing half of the time.The manager Hispanic lady is also very rude and unprofessional she doesn t need to be working in a parts store.

Easily the most rude and least helpful employee I have EVER dealt with at ANY auto parts store. After he bluntly informed me that he was not willing to help, I drove across town to the other AutoZone location, and the employee there went above and beyond to sell me a new battery and replaced it for me in minutes.

I've gotten parts here for years and never had an issue. I'm hoping it was due to the fact we used the mechanics account to purchase our stuff. We were shocked that one:we kud not pay with cash and debit card, and two: my sister had to key her card number in manually, young lady was not the rudest but did have a slick tongue when we asked questions.

On 09/26/2020 around 6:30, Myself and my Wife were out in town and our battery died. We got a jump and proceeded to my local Auto Zone in town. I new we needed to purchase a new battery. I went in and there were a few people in line. Jesse went through them in a timely manner. It was then my turn. He asked if he could help. I explained our situation and stated that I had no tools in this car. He stated no worries I got you. He then gathered all his equipment and met me outside. While in the process of changing the battery he was curtious and also helping other customers. He got us back on the road in no time. I am completely satisfied with the whole outcome from beginning to end! Thank you Jesse!

Walked in to pick up parts I ordered from the other autozone and I had to wait nearly 3 minutes for someone to ask if i needed help. I was one of 3 customers in the store. It looked like there were a dozen people working and a bunch standing behind the counter talking.

I frequent the store quite often as I deliver food for a living sometimes the service is spectacular sometimes it's like I'm bothering somebody it is always clean and pretty much well stocked

Love this place! It s usually busy, but they provide excellent service! Andres the GM is always on the sales floor helping out customers! This is a great store & the staff here is very helpful!

Went there today at 12 something of May 4th 2021 and a male and female ignored a simple question and turned there attention to someone else that was there after me. Completely rude. Never will go to this store again. Autozone is great. These particular workers are not.

Sorriest service I have seen in a long time. I stood at register while the male cashier continually talked on the phone ignoring me. Another customer walked up to him and he took him to another register. A female worker came from the back and checked me out. I will never visit this store again! Sorriest Auto Zone I have ever entered. Advance for me from now on.

It was a very good visit I had no problem getting exactly what I needed to fix my blazer.The clerk knew what I was looking for and I got the parts quick.I would recommend Auto zone to all my friends and family.Thank you Auto zone for having good people working in your Sanford store.

AutoZone is a good place to go if you want to get your engine check light checked out why it keeps popping on they will do it for free they'll do other things for free like put your headlight in or the light bulb to your headlight other places will charge you this place won't you do have to buy what you need for your car there but asking them to help you put it in they have no problem

This review is for an employee named Andre. I came to this location because my headlight was out. I live in Apex but work in Sanford so this location is the most convenient for me. Andre helped me pick the correct bulb for my car and then offered to help me install it.During the instillation, Andre realized that it was not the bulb that was the issue but rather the fuse for the headlight was missing one of the two prongs necessary to make the connection. This location did not have the fuse I need in stock. Andre called other locations but nobody nearby had the part in stock either, not even the nearest Mazda dealership. This was the day before Thanksgiving and because of the holiday; it was going to be a few days before they would have the part.I am very obviously pregnant right now and Andre expressed a lot of concern about me driving back and forth to Apex in the dark without a working headlight. Andre insisted on giving me the fuse from his personal car. A man I had never met before was willing to drive without one of his headlights for a few days so that my baby and I would be safe .. I am truly overwhelmed by how generous and selfless this man is. Even more, Andre would not accept any money from me to buy himself a replacement. He just kept repeating that it wasn't a big deal. I can assure you it was a big deal to me!! This level of service is really above and beyond. I hope AutoZone realizes what an amazing employee they have!!!
