I needed 3 windshield wipers & had no idea of what to purchase. The sales person helped me to find the correct ones I needed & installed them for me. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff of products they sale. Smiles everywhere as soon as I walked in the door.

The business itself is a mediocre auto parts establishment. Which is one of the first discount parts stores to hit the US. But like I always say about any business. You have to be particular about the people you hire to represent your establishment. They have to be a people person, in order to deal with the public ( You can't have a negative attitude) if you want people to frequent your business and spend their hard earned money. "ADVANCE AUTO PARTS"used to be my number one spot to buy automotive parts. It still is a great business, with the right supervision along with hiring knowledgeable and pleasant people that serves your automotive needs.

They were amazing! I went in to have my battery checked because it was dead and I needed a jump. They checked my battery, alternator and starter and said it was all good at no charge that is amazing!!! It was corrosion that was the problem and They came out and sprayed something on the terminals to clean and protect them, again at No charge!!! Go to Advance Auto parts first!!! Their customer service is Top notch!!!

Extremely helpful. Needed some windshield wipers and headlight cleaning. They were knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me the highest priced item in the store. Replaced the wipers and disposed of the originals for me. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

I had went to autozone first for them to test my battery. The guy was like why you didn t come this morning it s hot now. Then he tested my battery and told me it was at 100% but my car still needed a jump. I left there and came to advanced auto and the guy Scott was very helpful and polite. He came out checked my battery explained everything to me about what was going on. We went back in and he helped me find the best option for my battery purchase. This is where I will be shopping at from now on for all my car needs. Thanks!!

Went in store to buy a battery. The employee that helped me (Steve) looked up the correct battery and installed it in less than 10 minutes. He was also kind enough to let me know where I can get used parts (Mazda Miata) for my car if I needed anything. Overall=10/10

Went to this store today, the 8th of April 2018 Sunday, after not having good help from the Cameron location on a sale that the Advance stores are having. John was able to help resolve the issue of a part that was not on file for the sale, and I left with a good morning as well as parts I can use this day. : )

Stood in line for 30 mins with 2 customers at the computers with employees and another employee standing behind the counter playing on his phone. Has always been a good store but in the past 2 months the customer service has really got bad

Scott, at the Lee Ave. Store in Sanford, NC, is the best guy in the company when it comes to customer service and knowledge! He is always on point and knows exactly what I am trying to say with my limited automotive knowledge! He breaks things down easy and logically so that everyone can understand it! Scott keeps me coming to ADV! Thanks Scott!

Ordered brakepads online and had receipt for pick up went to pick it up and it is now on shipping to my house called customer service they could not cancel the order. So I had to repurchase a second set of brake pads and have to wait till the first arrive to return and get my money back

Went to the store around 5 o clock on March 23, 2021 was in line about 20 minutes along with six other people I spoke up and I asked could somebody ring us six customers. TV hey paid me no attentionSo I went to their Competitor and spent my money there !!

Customer service wasn't so good. Walked right past a long line of customers and didn't let us know if she would be right back or nothing.A lady came from outside and got the line down though.Wish I would've gotten names!!

Staff is knowledgeable. My only down side is, most of the time they sell you the "store brand" parts, which to me, are not good quality parts.

Good competitive prices on auto parts and if you do it yourself on oil changes, they will recycle your old oil.
