Great family owned business that were so helpful with all my questions. They had a quick response time and friendly staff. They followed up with my service to ensure satisfactory. Quick turnaround time for scheduling and service! Will definitely be going back with my other vehicles soon.

My roommate and I have trusted White Tire Center for years. We brought our Kia Sedona and Ford Fiesta here for tires and oil changes for as long as we had those cars, and now we have a 2018 Hyundai Elantra that we have started to bring here for service. We trust them more than any other place in town because they are always telling us exactly what we need, to the point, and charge us reasonably for quality service. We have only ever had two problems here in the years that we have been customers, we are satisfied with how they handled them. As much as we drive, it feels like we need new oil or tires every other month, so we are glad for a place that we can trust and their quick service. So we highly recommend White Tire Center, especially if you put a lot of millage on your vehicle.

Dropped my car off to get two tires and alignment after making arrangements with Jeremy. Not only did I get the tires at a very decent rate but when they check the alignment the alignment was already good and so did not have to pay for the full price. Would I go back? Absolutely. Thank you Jeremy for great service great rates.

EDITED-first visit was great. Second visit, not so much. I was quoted $900 to replace brakes and rotors. I'm not at all mechanically inclined but I do know rotors don't always need to be replaced. Guy assured me they did.Quick, friendly service. Pointed out several things that need attention at a later date. Didnt try to upsell or push other products or services.

They did a tune up on our 13 yukon xl, runs better than we bought it. Reasonably priced and quick turnaround.

This place is seriously awesome. They buy oil in bulk just to save the customer money. They are never pushy on extra work that you didnt ask for, and they are even willing to help out on things outside their specialty. The staff is always very friendly, and you can almost always do a same day drop off for oil changes. Excellent little shop! Great tire prices as well :)

Jeremy always treats me well and gets my service completed in timely manner. He is very knowledgeable in his job and always answers any questions I may have. Jeremy does all my inspections on my motorcycle as well as my four wheel vehicles, also he supplies all my minor mechanical needs as well as my tire needs. If you go by and see Jeremy he will fulfill you autmotive needs.

White Tire is where I take my two vehicles for almost any kind of work needed from inspection to oil change to 30K maintenance to mechanical and electrical issues big or small. Of course tires too. Very reasonable. Reliable. Great service. Good crew. Been coming for years and will continue for years to come.

I was a little hurt just a minute ago (5:25 pm). I dropped into your Salisbury location because I m traveling in the area to visit a vet. I needed to use the restroom. The train station was closed across the street. There were two men in the bay. One of them not so nicely let me know that they don t have public restrooms. This is good Friday. It would ve really been nice, for someone to be a blessing to me. And allow me to go to the restroom. I hope that the customer service that s given at this location is better than the way I was made to feel as a black woman.

As always, Jeremy and the staff at White Tire Salisbury are courteous, helpful and professional. After issues at the larger corporate stores and dealerships, I chose White Tire Salisbury as my go to center for service and repair. Since then I have not been disappointed. I know I can trust them with my service needs.Just as an update as of December 2, 2021. I recently had the need for car service with some disturbing issues going on. Jeremy and the folks at White Tire in Salisbury came through again. They diagnosed the issues and determined the options and now my 10 year old car is running almost like new. If you are in the area and need honest, hard working folks to tend to your car, this is the go to place.The service that Jeremy and the White Tire team provides is always professional and they work hard to make sure you are well taken care of. This is the only place and team I trust with my vehicle. My family ride in this vehicle and I want to be able to trust the service is always done correctly and my vehicle is safe to hit the road.

Every time I take my car here, I receive excellent customer service! Jeremy is really helpful and the rest of the crew is too! To me you can't beat the prices or services! I've never been disappointed and would recommend White Tire Center for your vehicle needs!!

They fixed broken seals on my Acura fairly quickly and at a reasonable price. Work appears to have been done well, as oil leak has stopped. They did a good job and the guys I worked with were knowledgeable and friendly.

I called Whites tire on a Friday afternoon to see about having my car towed to their shop. They allowed me to bring my car there and handled everything with the tow company as far as drop off (even though my car was dropped off after business hours). Monday my car was ready like they stated. Very professional, work done in a timely manner, great price and quality work. Highly recommend.

Customer care is a hallmark of the White Tire Center. I own three vehicles and have no hesitation in taking them there for service as needed. The mechanics are knowledgeable and professional. Equally important in the three years that I have been a customer not once did I feel I was being overcharged. This is a great place to take your vehicles.

I am traveling at the moment but spoke with Jeremy on the phone and chose his shop for new tires. I could not be happier. Everything was done as I was promised and they really made me feel they were honored to provide the service. I highly recommend White Tire Center. Jeremy is fantastic and very knowledgeable. Thanks.

Jeremy, Alan, & the crew are very trustworthy, reliable, and they always give genuine service. The talent and knowledge to work on vehicles is amazing! Great prices for the quality work that you can rely on. Definitely recommend White Tire for anything you have going on with your vehicle. I've been going to White Tire Center for years!! Mr. Jeremy ALWAYS make me feel comfortable. I don't feel like he will try to "get over" on me being a single woman that don't know much about vehicles. I trust him and his team! As my father would say... White Tire took my car in quickly and checked my breaks, as I had been advised to have that done. The brakes are fine, so I asked if they could possibly do my annual inspection, as required in my state. They agreed to do it that day, since the car was already there. Staff was polite and easy to talk with. My only complaint is that it took a long time for someone to come from the back to check me in and then out again. I will definitely go back to them, if needed, and have already recommended them to a friend.

Have been coming to White's for my tires for some years now and have been satisfied ! Man at inside counter has been especially nice and helpful all along ! Only issue i have on this last visit is the increase in prices, which is kind of not their fault , what hasn't gone up in price last 2 years or so !

Always willing to help. I ve been in a pinch for time about 3 times now and Jeremy is always kind and courteous and goes above and beyond to be helpful. I even drove in on a flat tire that was on the rim and he helped me same day! Thanks, White Tire! We need more honest mechanics!

Great honorable company and experienced technicians that provide excellent service.Price is really reasonable and their work is outstanding and done in a timely manner.They repaired my brakes and replaced my ac compressor. Just in time for summer!Highly recommend!

Took me in with having an appointment. I left my van there and returned having 4 new tires ready to go. Got quotes around town and they were the best value (to include free tire rotations in the future).

Ever since I moved to Salisbury, White Tire Center has been the only auto shop I ve gone to for my vehicles. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable about any issue that may arise for either of my cars. It s always a positive experience going to the shop.

We have been taking our cars to the White Tire for a several years now. Guys are very knowledgeable and skilled, always ready to help,From my experience, problems were taken care of the same day and I was back on the road.What separates them from other shops-they don t overcharge!!Highly recommend.
