I recently moved to the Lexington area from Pennsylvania where I purchased over 15 GM vehicles over the past 40 years. After visiting another local Chevy Dealer and being unable negotiate a fair purchase, I decided to give Team Chevy a try. Best Decision Ever!Forrest and Corey were great to work with. I was able to get a great deal on a better car than I was looking for. I have definitely found my new NC GM Dealer and I have told numerous people already how great Team is to deal with.In all of my years buying new vehicles, this may have been my best experience!

Evan, the salesman was great to work with and very attentive to any questions or concerns we had. I told him what I wanted and what I was interested In, he done exactly that. I m a salesman myself, so I appreciate when someone isn t pushing an item you re not interested in.Corey the GM was great. He was very polite, professional and helpful. It was nice to have the manager come and speak directly during negotiations and concerns. He understood I was there to do business, and he came through. I ve purchased a lot of new vehicles and equipment, Corey was probably the most my pleasant experience with a GM.

If you have an option purchase your car anywhere else other than here. I was lied to when getting the maintenance plan about being able to use it anywhere and when I brought it up continuously lied to about the terms. Then I traded my car in and needed to cancel my Gap Insurance so I called in, got the paperwork, filled it out and emailed it back in a timely manner. I followed up to ensure it was received and was told yes and it was being processed. That was on 11/9/23 and when I hadn t heard anything I followed up only to be ignored and then have my email blocked. Then I called the dealership numerous times just to be jerked around and lied to again. Then they gave me the number to the Gap Insurance company and was told to call them and I did just to find out THEY NEVER SUBMITTED MY CANCELLATION REQUEST!!!!!!! So they ve been sitting on it for over 4 months. This place is a disgrace to car dealerships and shouldn t be trusted. So glad I traded in to a reputable company where they are professional and honest. Like I said go anywhere other than this trash place of a dealership.

Everyone was very helpful at this dealership. I let them know I had limited time so they worked to make it as quick as possible. Lane did a great job finding a car that met our needs. Manny helped us find a price we were comfortable with. Overall a surprisingly painless car buying experience. I generally can't stand buying a car but they did a great job!

I would not recommend. The first timeI went pick up my truck I found that some damages were completely missed. I also found new damages, looked to be scratched deeply by a tool during bumper reinstall or removal. So they kept it and fixed the issues. The next time I went to pick up my truck there were new scratches on the newly painted quarter panel. Those were able to be buffed out. A few days later In different lighting I could see paint streaks. Looks bad. I would not recommend using their collision center.

I brought my car in for Team Chevrolet to repair the front window on the driver s side. I had rolled the window down and couldn t get it to roll back up. It took several visits to figure out exactly what was needed to complete the repairs, but Jon Wirz along with his Mechanic did not quit until my window was working like new. Thanks so much for not giving up until the job was finished.

Love the dealership, not so happy with my last service visit. Immediately after leaving the dealership I had tire monitor alarms fronts at 64 and rear tires at 55. After seeing the alarms come in and acknowledging them for a couple of days, I had a flat on a busy highway in rush hour traffic in the rain. If I had not been used to the alarms I would have realized the problem before being stuck on the highway. I do love the dealership and the friendly people working there, but not sure I will continue to travel 2 hours for normal service work after this experience. An oil change and tire rotation should include checking the tires.

Took in our GMC truck in for transmission flush & was quoted a price. Went to pick it up & the price was almost 200 more than quoted. We werent called or consulted. Service manager no where to be found & customer service was pathetic at best to help. We'll never take our vehicles there or recommend them EVER.

I made three separate service visits to your dealership over two months, with three different repairs recommended and performed for the exact same recurrent issue; a new battery, new starter and new battery cables. After each of the first two repairs, the same issues persisted. Your service writer (Jonathan) insisted that all three problems had occurred simultaneously, requiring three different repairs to solve the issue. More likely, the issue was misdiagnosed TWICE, requiring me to spend a significant amount of money and time while the Service Department played whack-a-mole with a pair of unnecessary repairs.When I brought the vehicle back for the third time, your service writer took the vehicle in, then left the keys on his desk for four days while he was out of work. No paperwork was filled out and the vehicle was not put into your system, resulting in a situation where nobody knew whose car it was or why it was there. Only after I called to check on progress was the mystery solved.While I am confident that unnecessary repairs were made, I cannot prove it, since I failed to request that the old (replaced) parts be returned to me. That's my mistake. Next time, I will be sure to do so, when I take my vehicle to another dealership.

This dealership is always at the highest standards and the facility is always clean. Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. They also clean up behind themselves not leaving work residue. Savannah Seely is a great technician! She serviced my 2024, 2500 Silverado HD Diesel, and did and awsome job.

I was in a collision and recommended by Hendrick Volkswagen to take it to Team Chevrolet (since I live in Salisbury). I was completely satisfied with work/repairs completed on my car. Customer service was excellent. Every one was extremely helpful and courteous. I was kept aware of the whole process (waiting on particular parts, etc.)

I drove up to the service entrance and was met by a very friendly technician guiding me to pull my vehicle up to the front. He gave me a hardy greeting and welcomed me to the service station. After a brief conversation he pointed me to the service desk to confirm my appointment. I was then later introduced to Jonathan W. who confirmed my appointment. Jonathan also went through my service options and was very clear on the expectations and the reasons of the selected services. The waiting area was clean. I will mention that aside from coffee in the waiting area there was no option for water unless you wanted hot water in a cup. My wait was not long at all and soon after Jonathan entered the waiting room to update and conclude the service on my vehicle. Overall, the the technicians were all professional, uniforms clean, and friendly. The service bay was clean, I did not observe any FOD on the ground or oil spills. I observed that safety gear and proper PPE were worn by the Engineers and the Technicians. My vehicle was handle with the upmost care and I'm grateful for the respect and honesty this dealership has shown me and my family.

Hello1. The waiting area is clean however it need an air purifier to circulate the air. To much sickness in the world for it not to be set up as so.2. Specials should be given to all customers. Most of us are returning customers anyway. While sitting in the waiting area I heard to different prices given to two customers for a tire rotation.3. The service provided was fine. I paid top dollar for that service so I trust it to be the best for my vehicle.

The dealership gets a five star from us for all the excellent service and offers they helped us with in getting what we wanted. I moved to the area in October of 2019, and upon moving here I realized that traveling on the I-85 that I would need a more reliable vehicle. I went to Team Chevrolet a month later and had a hassle free experience with getting a car (Brand New). Not only am I extremely pleased with the vehicle coming up on 4 yrs later, but they have always been awesome with maintaining my vehicle and they always have a variety of service specials, not to mention free car washes for life .

Walked in this morning 1-26-24, for an inspection. Was told i would have wait for 1-2hrs. For a simple inspection. I went to another place and was in and out in less than 15min. I have never been a fan of Teams since i bought my silverado there years ago. And yet was disappointed again. I hate Earnhardt Chevrolet is so far away from me.

Took my car to get a headlight installed and was charged $100. The service guy asked me if someone had already quoted me a price which I told him they did which was $50. He then still proceeded to tell me that it s based off the labor they have to do and it would be $100. He didn t even try to call and check and see if because I was already quoted to proceed with that amount. Also after leaving I noticed my check engine light was on so I called to find out why. The guy told me it was on when he moved my vehicle. It was not on. He told me I would need to have a diagnostic test to find out what was wrong with the vehicle and so on. However after driving my car around for a little bit the check engine light went off and has not came back on. Needless to say I will never return to Team Chevy of Salisbury

Great Service Department! I pulled up and was greeted by Thomas Hopewell. One of the kindest and most helpful contacts I've ever had. He showed me a place where I could sit and work on my studies and then gave me prices and a little later (almost 1.5 hours) he came and got me an checked me out. It was an easy, professional and pleasant experience!

I had to delete my original review because I have an update on my experience. Let me first say that I m not the type to write reviews and I have been dealing with team Chevrolet for about 4 years so I have absolutely no reason to lie mainly because it isn t even my vehicle. Just wanted to get that clear and understood. I took my mother in law car to team Chevrolet because it wouldn t pick up speed found out a class action lawsuit was filled and the issue may be under warranty. So I drop off the car and told the man (Johnathan King) to fix whatever is under warranty. So the next day my mother in law who is the owner called to get an update and was told that I authorized them to fix whatever is wrong with the car which is a ball face lie. So he tells her everything that s wrong and she said no that s ok I ll come pick it up because the price is out of my budget. So he calls back with a price of 2200 and some change. She said no that s ok I ll call car shield to see what they cover under warranty. So yesterday afternoon car shield calls her and notifies her that a claim had been opened without her authorization. Come to find out it was Johnathan who opened it she calls back and he told her it was me who said open it. Another ball face lie because I knew nothing about car shield. So now I m hot because why do you keep lying on my name? So I eventually go to team Chevrolet and speak to the man under the GM to explain my frustrations. He asks me what do you need me to do I said I want Johnathan to tell me to my face that I authorized anything not under warranty. And that s exactly what this man did he looked me in my face and told me I authorized him to fix everything. First off why would I authorize anything not under warranty when it s NOT my car. Then he says one of the 3 people he spoke with about the car told him to open up a claim. He only spoke to 2 people myself and the owner, lie number 276. The entire time I was speaking to this man he kept talking over me wouldn t let me get a word out that s how you know he s lying. He then gets disrespectful and says I ve seen this before she seen how much the deductible was and didn t want to pay it so she stopped everything. So now here is when it gets good so pay attention. The second quote that he gave her was 2200 and some change remember? Now if car shield had approved it the print out which I got today was for 6200 and some change. Now explain to me why she wouldn t want to get 6200 dollars worth of work done for a deductible of 250 dollars? Nobody. No what happened is Johnathan seen that they could make a 4000 dollar profit from car shield so he slick tried to put in a claim and get it. And furthermore why would a dealership let a person authorize anything to be fixed not under warranty for a car that doesn t belong to them? Johnathan knows what I drive because I said something about the car and he said oh don t worry I know what kind of car you drive. So this is for Johnathan don t lie on your customers because you will lose their business. I ve never in my life had somebody to lie on me and to my face so many times at once to the point that it s now comical to me. People please take your money elsewhere.

I was quoted the wrong price when I made the appointment. It was triple what I was quoted. My car was dropped off on a Friday and sat there the whole day Friday because of the mis quote but no one called me. I had to call and find out why no one had called. I accepted the price and told it would prob be done on Saturday evening or Monday morning. I called Monday and a different person told me it had not been started they were waiting on a bolt and that the guy who I had been talking to was not there. This man says it will be done Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. I called Tuesday just to get an update from the guy I had been dealing with and he told me it was finished the night before. Dylan was extremely easy to work with the rest of the experience was hell. Also had to take the car back on Thursday to get an evap code read and it was a purge valve and a noice my car was making was an axel. All together I am out about 1700 at this point and still have an axle to fix. I hope they pay their mechanics well because they over charge for labor. Won t be back.

I wouldnt suggest using Team Chevrolet unless they are your only option for vehicle availability or other extreme circumstances. They are very unorganized in sales and have several mix ups with pay-offs on trades (took over 60 days to pay off trade) and they cant keep names straight in the system. We have middle names mixed up on buyers some how and we get letters and calls with our names mixed up. The service department is slow and pricing for repeated services were never consistent.

Very slow.I purchased a used truck from them November 6, 2023. I got into the dealership around 10am and left after 3pm. Part of that was that they had not inspected the vehicle prior to listing it for sale (amongst other things).They told me that they would mail out the license plate and I just got a call from them today December 12, 2023 that they had received it. Turns out that they will not be able to send it out to me like they said they would instead I have to come pick it up.Update: I attempted to speak with an employee and they said they would transfer me to someone who knows more about the matter and placed on hold which ultimately never got through. I spoke with the GM 12/13 regarding the matter and he mentioned that he would call me back. Still haven't heard back from him.Terrible experience.

I bought a 2023 Gmc Acadia in 2023 and not even a year later the sensor light has come on and the seatbelt doesn't latch on the front passenger side. I take it to service and they tell me they can't tell me if my warranty covers it until I pay $150 for a diagnostic fee. This is ridiculous I don't advise anyone purchasing a car here. They are all good helpful and friendly until you purchase the car. That is very poor customer service in my opinion. Choose a different dealership!

They are the worst dealership I ve ever bought from. I bought from them a little over a year. I had a claim and they took my truck there Aug 2023 they had my truck till 11/13/23 I drove it 20 miles and the other front wheel came off the insurance towed it back to them today is 12/30/23 and they still have the truck they will not call me back. And now my rental has ran out. I have no vehicle now. They have already been paid twice for a botched job. And I m still will no vehicle as of today 12/30/23 I have emailed the owner I have tried talking with shop foreman. And I m getting now where. I m now talking with civil lawyers to see if I can get my truck back and money as well. Shame on you all. I m a school teacher that makes very little money. You re a disgrace.

Jonathan King did a great job. 40 years i have been purchasing and having cars repaired. I have never had a service rep. care about my needs like Jonathan.
