In October 6, 2023 I paid $700 to Brandon Cullen which to mention is a SCAM ARTIST to spray paint the exterior trim of my 2022 Mercedes Benz Sprinter. Up until today April 8th 2024 he is and has been unwilling to compete the job we agreed on. The QUALITY of work done by this guy is terrible and shows his inexperience with spray painting. About 3 wks ago I processed in contacting the manager at this body shop where the job was started and never completed, the manager in a few words explained his inability to help with the situation due to no paper trail left behind for his employee. So I would only recommend this body shop to those who want to get SCAMMED and ROBBED. They are in fact the worst body shop in Salisbury NC!

Team Chevrolet collision repair done a wonderful job taking care of my needs. Repaired my vehicle for a minor collision, and when a few little issues popped up They took care of it. From my experience, I would recommend them completely

I must say that I received superb service! Ashley kept me informed about the process and what they were doing to my car! The customer service was great from the beginning to the end of my car repair. My truck looks amazing! I took my truck in and it was ready by the next day. They were very careful about keeping my truck clean, steering wheel and paper mats. Guys from the bodyshop a 5 star. The person calling me for my updates 5 star. However, the front desk girl! 2 stars! She is rude! I went in there smiled and said please and thank you and she has all kinds of looks in her face. Bad front desk service makes you not want to go back. I understood it it was a 20 dollar service and even then I expect good service. But $1,900, I expect to be treated with kindness.

Explanation: Dad was in an accident, the week before he passed. Team chevrolet repaired his equinox. Picked the vehicle up this morning, the visit was all o 10 min. Pay the deductible sign the documents, fill out customer service satisfaction about your experience today. Not once walked me around my vehicle explaining what was fixed, or walked around to see if it was satisfactory. Felt like we were rushed out, after paying the deductible. Does anyone take pride in their work anymore?

Kind people however was given false assurance that the vehicle brought in would be drivable back to another state and parts inside the wheel well that was "secured" fell apart and burned against the tire after driving for 30 mins between 55-65mph. Maybe the staff that day werent on point but i will not trust them again because it could have caused an accident had i not felt and heard something wrong with the wheel well.

We came to the service department as amatuers with a very specific problem. The people we spoke to gave us several options without being pushy about selling us on fixing the car. I really appreciated their knowledge and "carside" manner.
