Super great service. I called these guys and they were at my house within 15 minutes to get my vehicle. Diagnosed my vehicle and called me to let me know what needed to be done and what it would cost before doing any work and even asked me if I was okay with it. Fixed it same day, as quick as they could get the part delivered. Charged a very fair price too. Even came to pick me up and took me back to the garage for my vehicle. I highly recommend this place! I will be a repeat customer for sure.

2nd time coming here for a car inspection. I was greeted by everyone and they all were super nice and polite to my son and I. The gentleman at the desk with the dark colored hair and bun was awesome! He informed me on how I could get my car inspected months prior before it's due. The shops check in desk and waiting area was very clean and welcoming. I will be back for my next car inspection. Thanks y'all!

Called them first and asked if they could fix my car with a body issue. Pulled up 5 minutes later , they immediately took my car in and fixed the repair in about 5-10 minutes and did this free of charge !!!!!!! I highly recommend this place with any car repair you may have! I will be taking my car back when needed !

Definitely don t recommend going here.money hungry. went with my friend to get our car Inspected.her car is older and needed work ,mine a newer model. Before he hooked up her car from just looking at it he told her she needs to fix back light and wipers. My windows r tinted , he couldn t tell me mine wouldn t pass, but took my money then going to tell me to take the tint off the front and come back and pay another fee and I ll pass.. then when I asked him why he didn t just tell me he said a smart remark u didn t ask me ok smart tail. Cool .

The absolute best! Wilson was so nice! Our car broke down on us and they helped us tremendously get back to GA from NC. They allowed us to stay inside to get warm they offered us refreshments and food! They kept us updated thru the entire repair process, they gave outstanding customer service

I love doing business with these people. The service is great, the people are friendly, and the place is squeaky clean. The best thing is that as a woman I feel that there is no condescending attitude. They treat everyone equally and with respect. Two thumbs way up!

Quite pleased with the service I received here. I was kept updated on all the issues/repairs that were required.Employees were friendly. Waiting area was clean. All the repairs were done in a timely manner.They took my car right in, even though I didn t have an appointment. Needed an alternator, they quickly asset my vehicle and called me with the results.Very pleased.Thank you very much!!

Tell me they would do a diagnostic and tell me what was wrong with my vehicle they fail to do that I already had the codes told him I had already had them knew what the codes were needed to know what to fix and they failed to do so the only thing they done is put it on the computer and charged me $100 for what I already know told them beforehand I had the codes on knew everything they told me but still charge me a 100 I do not recommend them the only thing they want is money and not doing good work I do not recommend them

Wilson is knowledgeable about cars. He knows how to diagnose and repair vehicles. He is always friendly with his customers. What a difference it is to have a certified diagnostician versus one who has no training at all.

The gentleman at Rowan Auto helped me out with a failed alternator. Got me in quick. They figured out auto zone sold me the wrong one, got the correct alternator, and installed same day. They also cleaned up and charged my battery. Would recommend.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

First, they are rude. Secondly, they charge way too much. Thirdly, they kept my car for two days without fixing it. They just pushed it to the side and did even bother calling me. I had to go up there to find out that they weren't going to fix it. And then they have the nerve to send me a card, asking me to send then referrals. Heck no, I wouldn't refer them to anybody.

If you love your car don't ever take it here!!! 8 weeks and $4000 later between repairs and rental cost, my car still isn't fixed. Every week for 2 mos it was the same thing, next week next week. The lack of communication was ridiculous, the lack of knowledge in even was even more worrisome. Then to top it all off he made promises he didn't keep. Cars going into a new shop this week to uncover what really went down at Rowan Auto. Stay Clear!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I have been to Rowan Auto inc. three separate times and every time was to get my vehicle inspected. Every single time I m told that they cannot preform inspections because the guy wasn t in the shop that day or the inspection equipment isn t working. I m just wondering if anyone is ever able to have an inspection at this location??

Last time I got a car from them it broke after a year . I ll admit they re better than other car dealerships I ve been to but idk if I d recommend

Called to get information on a vehicle to make sure it was still available since it was a long drive for me, they told me he was going to call me back, never did! I called back multiple times they never answered until I gave up! I took my business somewhere else! They are not serious people! If you don t want to waste your time try somewhere else!!!
