Had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Salesperson David Neal. He wasn't the typical pushy salesperson. He took the time to explain the Jeep to us. David carefully explained the paperwork. He communicated very well with text messages, sent pictures, and video of the Jeep I interested in. The finance person Nate was a pleasure to deal with and explained every document before having to sign.

Ok y all . Angels do exist and they work at Randy Marion in Salisbury! From my first phone call in, David Berg was amazingly thorough and informative. When we arrived, we were greeted by two of the warmest people and introduced to the sales team. David connected us with angel Christian Hatley who helped us through the entire sales process without stress, pressure or shadiness. Overall he was very patient, transparent and extremely helpful. Lastly we met our financial rep, Nate Upright. Let s be honest , the money part of any large purchase is the worst part. Nate was incredibly patient, honest and informative. No pressure and no nonsense, which is exactly how we like our purchase experiences to be. Best car buying experience of our lives!! Highly recommend Randy Marion in Salisbury!! Make the drive in we did and could not be more pleased !! A +++++++++++++++++++!

Upon our arrival, we thought our experience was going to be like any other experience we ve had at a dealership before. We were highly mistaken and beyond blown away!!Joe was by far the best Salesman we ve ever encountered before! It was a breath of fresh air to be helped by a human who didn t smell of desperation to make a sale that day. Joe cares about your wants, needs and comfort ability when making a big purchase. While test driving our select few of vehicles we had gone to see, we we re comfortable with Joe and he didn t make it seem like you re driving with a complete stranger with the intent to sell the second your back on the lot!Despite already knowing about the vehicles we were looking at, Joe still made sure to explain and show off the vehicles highlights! Before our arrival, we had pictures sent via text message and he made sure the trucks were clean and ready for us upon our arrival!Anyone who is in the market to buy a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Joe here at Randy Marion in Salisbury, North Carolina! Bought a brand new Dodge truck. Service was excellent all around from start to finish. Was in and out in a few hours. Sales rep Will Kelly was outstanding and never pushed or tried to influence my decisions. He has also followed up a few times since my purchase. Top service for sure, and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Very accommodating dealership. Dropped me off at the local gym and picked me back up when I called them. I'm not sure how many reviews they have asked me to complete, but here is another one. They did a good job on the vehicle service and had it ready before the time promised. All in all, a very good experience.

Well organized group at Randy Marion Chrysler Dodge Jeep!! We had a service scheduled at 8am for an oil change. Very prompt, friendly staff. Nice clean waiting area with amenities. They had us in and out with minimal wait. Noah was a great help during the process! Thank you for a job well done!! We will be back and will refer these guys to friends and family.

I took my 20-year-old Cherokee in for service because I had some electrical issues with the driver's brake light and turn signals, just before Christmas. Service had the car for a week, and no one called to tell me anything. Because I was upset, I contacted the service manager who told me the car would be done the next day and gave me 10% off my bill. $700 later, I picked up the car, and it's not fixed. Call the service manager back, and he says they can't get it in until after Christmas. I was assured the service advisor who would handle it would contact me soon. Here I am a month later with zero contact, and my car is still not right. It doesn't matter if it's Wood Or Marion. The level of service sucks; spend your money with your local independent mechanic instead. I expected a lot more from a real dealer.

We had a great experience at Randy Marion, Salisbury. Will was our salesman and did a fantastic job getting my wife in her 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. I found it at another RM Dealership and Will had it brought to Salisbury. It was everything my wife was looking for in a van. The staff was great. The price was thousands less than comparable vans we looked at. We highly recommend Randy Marion Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Salisbury, NC, and ask for Will.

Went down to Salisbury to check out a car that I seen online for our son s first car. Checked out another one as well since we had traveled there that was in the same price range we were looking to spend. The staff was all friendly from the start to finish from internet to dealership and for that reason along with the right price and car that peaked my interest is the reason we will return to purchase our next vehicle for our other child!Thank you all so much, he loves it!

These guys here at Randy Marion CDJR are phenomenal at their job. Shoutout to Will in sales he listened to what I wanted and was able to get me into the exact car I came there to get. Also Neil is one of the coolest guys in finance I have ever met, he made sure I got the best deal that I could without making me feel pressured. The dealership is very clean and everyone there is really friendly/welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend.

The upper management at this location is truly second to none my salesman was obviously newer, older gentleman, typed with two fingers, I was a little discouraged going in, internet sales made a really solid and sound pitch that left little to no room for argument so I came out. Once there it was pretty smooth and quick, I told them I didn t have a lot of time, they seemed to have respected that and moved things along. While appraising my trade in they noticed an issue, asked if they could run it to shop real fast and came back with a full diagnosis and offer, gave me information on different avenues I could take to fix the issue and then trade, trade with issue, so on and so forth, I was not charged for this information and I respectfully left somewhat upset that I had an issue with my vehicle. They called and emailed me a day or two later just to check up on me and make sure everything was ok, I was never asked to come back up or pressured into a conversation about next steps, this dealership is how I expect mankind was when my grandparents talk about how kind and helpful people use to be vs today s evil. They have more than earned my business.

Rating decision is currently low but pending. With being over three hours away we made an appointment to view a vehicle at 10:30 in the morning. After test driving the car, we decided that it was the car my son had been looking to purchase. Already preapproved for a loan through our bank we waited over 6 hours at the dealership for Loan papers to came out. When paperwork was finally presented it was not prepared through our bank, but another bank.During this time, we had missed breakfast and lunch. No one at the dealership had the courtesy to even ask us if we would like something to drink. The auto that we are purchasing could not be driven off the lot at the time of purchase as some repairs were needed. Dealer stated they would delivered at a later date.After a week we were informed that the car was ready for pick up today. Everyone in the home took off work to pick up our sons new auto and now the car is not ready nor do we have a delivery date! Unless something changes soon I would not recommend this dealership. Hope the rest of this six-year journey turns out well for our son.Final review Changing my review from 2 to 4 because of Mr David and his high level of professionalism. His kindness and compassion is the reason for this change. Just as Keisha Westmorland, I am disappointed that our loan was not prepared properly (expecting dealership to do better) but this can and will be changed in a few months (don t pull credit too often it will mess with your score) once Mr David became aware of this issues we where having with miscommunication, he stepped right in and got everything moving smoothly. He even personally delivered the car. My son is so pleased with his new ride. Thank you Mr. David! I ll be ready to trade my dodge 3500 chassis in the next 2 years and I will look for you.

So, I applied for a vehicle here last month. Not only did these associates lie about my credit score (they said it was about 100 points lower than what it actually was), they did exactly what I told them not to do. I was asked if my co-applicant could apply as the applicant, while I applied as the co-applicant. I FIRMLY stated NO !!! Well, all of these papers from the credit bureau say otherwise. They ran my co-applicants credit as the applicant. I specifically told them not to do this. I ve had so many issues from this place I sent my charger to them last year for a diagnostic focusing on the transmission. I told them that if the diagnostic went well, I d like my trans flushed. They ok d my diagnostic, and flushed my transmission, just to turn around and tell me that my transmission was bad. Turned around and tried to charge me for both the diagnostic AND the flush. The point of the diagnostic first was so that I wouldn t pay for unnecessary work. Of course I went tf off. That was a well over $700 invoice. In addition, they had my car for over a week! In the end, only the diagnostic was paid for. I will never go here or consider these folks for not one service. They don t seem to have ears Oh, and don t let me forget when they finally did return my charger they sent me a key to another drivers Dodge Charger bless these folks

Filipe went out of his way to be helpful and make sure my Grand Cherokee was serviced properly. He brought me the check up paperwork to show me things that needed immediate attention and things that will need future attention. Very thorough He even washed my car twice when I was not happy with the first wash. A+++. Great job Felipe

Will was great. The wagoneer did have about 1300 more miles on it than I was told. However still really low miles. Not sure why it takes 20 days to payoff a trade when most all other dealerships only take 10 days. Overall working with will over the phone and in person was great.

Fast and friendly service. Winter was great to work with. She got our truck in and correctly diagnosed the problem. Coordinated with our warranty company and got our truck repaired within 2 days. The had sat at the Dodge dealership in albemarle for a month with no progress made. Winter did everything she said in the time she said it would be taken care of. Always very curious and professional.

Bonnie is GREAT to work with. I told her the budget I had and she found exactly the vehicle that I needed within that budget.Bonnie gets 5 stars. Randy Marion the owner gets 1 star because I do not like the fact that there is a $899 doc fee and another $890 fee for Resistall that the dealership puts on all the cars. Customers should have the option of including it or not. I wish the owner Randy Marion and his daughter Jennifer would be kind enough to lower their $899 DOC fee and not add a product onto every car just to put more money in their pockets. Randy Marion is the King of price because he advertises the car at a lower price but make up the difference by charging ridiculously HIGH FEES on the back end of the sale.

Very disappointed. Just about the truck a couple weeks ago and now the big screen's gone out. Worst thing is this dealership does not have backup cars like other dealerships that you can drive. But right across the street they're Honda dealership does have cars you can use while they're fixing your car. Doesn't make sense now. I got to figure a way how to get home and go to work. What is the use of having a place to take your vehicle?

Absolutely zero customer service after the sale. Paid for the service plan 8 months ago and got a notice that it was canceled by the dealership and a refund had been issued to them. After 3 weeks of calling them you can't get an answer. So far all I know is I'm paying for a service plan and can't use it. Don't bother calling them after u buy a car because nobody will return the call

I am a VERY busy person. As most people are. When it came to buying a car, it was stressful, a long process, and exhausting. Eddie the financier at Randy Marion made my lending decisions so quick and so easy, walking me through every step of the way. I cannot rave enough about how much I appreciated how well of a job Eddie did! Thank you!!!!Fast forward 3 months later, I go to try and download the VW app on my phone, and it does not allow me to do so due to the fact my vehicle I OWN is under fleet management. I called NUMEROUS times and they kept referring me back to VW when VW told me (the FIFTEEN times called them) that the dealership i bought the vehicle from is going having to have to get it figured out. How is that my problem? David Neal at Randy Marion should have known this material fact as the listing stated my vehicle had the ability to use Car-net services. Even though he did not know, he should have done everything in my favor to get this matter resolved, instead he referred me to a bunch of different phone numbers in which they were also unable to help me. Randy Marion should of took this issue upon themselves and resolved it solely without me having to call a million different places as this was not a problem that surfaced while i owned the vehicle, but when they owned the vehicle.

Excellent customer service from the sales team and financial team. Just ask for Dave in sales and Eddie in finance. You won t be disappointed. 60 days later, i purchasad a 2019 f-150 and it s a hugh lemon. Gas tank filler neck broke, 2 pulleys, thers spots all over the truck that wont come off and randy marion in salisbury will do nothing. If we had a lemon law in NC this would be the picture for it.

i would only recommend buying a car here if it s your only option, i purchased an audi and the same day i took it home it was leaking oil so i took it back to get fixed and then i took it home again and it starting leaking again so i took it back and they informed me that they didn t use the right oil plug im not sure how that happens but it was a huge inconvenience considering i spent a few hundred dollars in oil in just a few days. i was told by bonnie (im unsure if that s her name) that i would get a second key fob since my car had 2 keys registered to it and i ve called repeatedly trying to get that mailed to me and i still haven t received it, i ve owned my car for almost a year and im still waiting for my key fob. not only all of that but i pay for oil changes and services that are included in my monthly car payment and when i go to get my car serviced they keep refusing to service my car because they don t accept ally insurance which is what i pay extra for, i didn t choose ally but apparently the randy marion service centers don t accept what i pay for even though its supposed to be all included in my payment. i do not recommend buying a car from any randy marion location. the entire business seems very unprofessional and made for people with no money.

Had the truck for one week, check engine light came on went back to find out why and was informed none of it was covered. Granted the truck has quite a few miles, but I think the service department should have fixed the issue. Just my opinion.
