Brought my Lexus from them last year. Great deals on used cars and he truly honors any warranty that he gives you. I have recommended several of my friends to him not only on a purchase of a vehicle but also getting their vehicles inspect tuned up and general maintenance. They also do waxing interior steam cleaning customized upholstery window tinting and all types of mechanical work. If you have a problem with your car I highly recommend them.

So the Shops owner Cory Angle decided to correct OTHER imperfections on my vehicle. Which was not inclided in the Imsurance estimate. The OWNER stated that he would fix items outside the estimate so that's the vehicle would be a mobile advertisment for his company. However, per the ESTIMATE he DIS NOT repair what he was SUPPOSE TO FIX. Not to mention, the additional work he did made the the vechile worse. Headlight isnt operating correctly, paint job is TERRIBLE. A week later the paint job has pimples as well as the paint is starting to bubble. So at this juncture the STATE will pursue a Fraud claim and with a new estimate, this case would end up in district court. I shoupd have taken my Lexus to the Lexus dealership. My car has been sitting in this shop for months! I ve called every other day and i keep getting told it may take more time. It s been 4 months! Completely unprofessional. I live in another state so that his been truly inconvenient. There has been more than 3 mechanics working on my car, and the last time i called to speak to the current mechanic, i asked if they could release my car to me so i could have it towed home, but he rudely told me they were busy and would make time for my car when they could, then proceeded to hang up before i could get another word out!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Paid over $600 to get my brakes fixed and got ripped off. Poor customer service and owner refused to address any of my issues. Reported the company to the North Carolina Attorney Generals Office.
