Been here many times and before today never had anything bad to say. People were always friendly and looked like they knew what you were doing. Today the one of the two guys that was working was just on his phone talking to someone not really doing anything. Then when I went out to ask a question he just looked at me and said I can t be on the floor while they are working. Okay my bad was just trying to ask a question. Will no longer be bringing my car here after referring many people and coming here for well over 2 years

These guys took care of me big time! I showed up with a maintenance required light on my car and figured I d get an oil change and tire rotation and that would be that. I lucked out because they told me my engine oil was bone dry. They also told me that the dealership service department where I usually get my servicing done had been using the incorrect oil and had not been changing my filters like they should have. These people gave a quick turnaround on service and were extremely efficient and nice. They have earned my business from now on!

My fiance called here when his grandma was about to pass away in VA to see if he could get our oil changed as quick as possible so he could get on the road to get there to be with her. Quintin made sure this could happen for him. He pulled everything out for our vehicle to be ready for him so he could start as soon as he got there. Within 20 min he was done with our vehicle and he was back on the road . That type of customer service is almost unheard of now. He went above and beyond and we cannot thank you enough

Staff nice enough, but oil splashed everywhere in what was a clean engine bay. Obvious, (visually) feeble attempt to wipe the bulk of the spillage down. Also dip stick not fully reseated.Details count folks. Won't be returning

Friendly, reasonable, knowledgeable team. Our car started shuddering when shifting gears. We took it to a mechanic nearby and they told us the transmission needed to be replaced. We took it to Jiffy Lube and they flushed the transmission. Shudder is gone and my kids still get to have Christmas. They saved me about $4700.

The guy literally failed my husbands car for a wiper blade and still took over and hour to give us our car back. Then charged us $40 to fail an inspection and tried to force us to buy the wiper blades for $20 a piece to pass. Usually I wouldn t mind but this time I felt as if they were trying to penny and dime us. There wasn t anything wrong with the wiper blades at all. And at check out we were told we failed for window tint when there is no window tint on the car at all . And the paper says nothing about window tint just the wiper blade. Will not return

The difference in this store has been extremely noticeable since Quinton and greg have been in charge the service have turned around in the best way possible with this crew here my feet will continue to be a customer with jiffy lube thank fleet maintenance at PTI

You inspected my car but did not verify the information that was on the registration to the actual vehicle. A mistake was made. I gave you the wrong registration. You have now transmitted that incorrect information to the state because I was able to confirm it. Because of your threats of arrest I cannot get it fixed in person but that's okay. People who come to this location beware. You have someone that goes off of the paper and not what is in front of them. That is according to the Inspection Unit at the state an error on their end. A complaint to Jiffy Lube corporate has been lodged. Hopefully, the franchise owner and not the general manager will reach out. The Rowan County inspector is not open until tomorrow. Fixing this is ideal but at the end of the day they need to know because you just certified a vehicle as being good that could potentially be a road hazard.

I really appreciate the staff's courtesy and quick assessment and follow-up for the car's problem. Jiffy lube team is always fair, friendly, and honest. I bring my 1988 lincoln town car to them for service exclusively, because of the good people working there.

How can they justify charging $175.00 for an basic oil change. Same service at the dealership with tire rotation is only $89.00. there answer was your vehicle takes an extra 5.5 quarts of oil at $12.99 a quartService: Oil changeService: Oil change

As always I got great service from these guys/gals in Salisbury. Thank you again for giving my car great service I had an oil flush, oil change, and I had hit something a few months back and it made my oil pan protective piece fall off. Came in for an oil change and to have my brakes checked out. Technician said the brakes were OK but offered their specialist to give another look. I got extremely lucky by being the only customer when I arrived. When I had my other vehicle I had great service, but it was also other people working there.I went to get my oil changed, it was raining and the guy said they don't carry the type of oil my car takes. It's 5w 20. What kind of oil change shop doesn't have 5w 20??I really felt like they just didn't want to do it, as I was the only person there. I was really disappointed and probably won't ever go to this location ever again. The guy as a total jerk.

The Service Man that waited on me was very polite one helpful. He discussed with me what I needed and what they offered and then ushered me to a waiting area and offered me coffee while I waited for my car to be worked on. He said it would take 20 min. And that is exactly how long it took. He came in one time to see how I was doing and to reassure me that they would be done shortly. I had a pleasant experience while there.
