I m a new customer and had a wheel alignment on one vehicle and an inspection on another. Both visits were extremely pleasant, the work was done well and efficiently, and the wait time was minimal. Glenn is very personable, and was very accommodating when I made the appointments. It s a good feeling when you are confident about where you take your car for service. It s about trust.Integrity Auto Repair is aptly named!

Like lawyers, and used car salesman, mechanics have such a reputation for try to screw you, that it is almost a trope. Integrity could not be further from this stereotype. At every step, Integrity had my best interest in mind, even when it meant losing business by advising me to bring it to the dealership.I won't bring my cars anywhere else.

Do not take your vehicle here unless you want it back worse than when you took it! Took them my truck for over heating issues they put a water pump on it and fix a intake issue and never checked the cylinder heads to insure no issues . Picked up my truck and drove 2 blocks and truck start running the dame as when i brought it in also staring smoking and locked up due to water getting in the cylinders from a blown head gasket not only did they try and charge me for the tow bill getting the truck back to them but also tried to charge me a diagnostic fee i had them remove all the charges and tow my truck back home but not once did they offer to refund any money spent on fixing stuff that now have to be repaired again to replace the engine oh yeah they did send me a quote for a new engine through text and never even called me to talk about how they messed up and cost me an engine may go to small claims court and i do have all the saved massages where i asked if they checked the head gaskets and how they told me yes everything was checked and good to go if they try and say im confused to whoever would like too see them

Integrity means being honest and doing the right thing even if people aren t watching you. This place will tack on extra charges and do things without your approval and pass it off like they are doing what is needed and overcharging you for it without being honest to you about upfront costs. Had a few cases of this happening and refuse to go back.Came in for an inspection and was told had a license plate bulb out and they took care of it to pass inspection to then charge me $63.90 for what takes less than a minute to pop open the cover to change the bulb. The bulb I checked with NAPA less than 100 yards away and the bulbs were only $1 a piece.Beware of this company not being upfront with costs and tacking on extra costs or way overcharging you on the end for simple repairs that they hope you don t notice or question.

Today I went to this business and 1 was charged for a service that was not done and 2 was given a diagnosis that blamed me for their inability to do the job. They said that my car needed a compressor which it didn t. I know this because I went home and did what they should have did which was confirming the diagnosis with a digital multimeter. This is a way that you know the problem 100% and don t have to guess. If I would have listened to them I would have $600+ into a problem without it fixing the problem and back where I started from. For some reason every time I go to a mechanic I get the short end of the stick. If you are thinking of going here or any other mechanic do yourself a favor. Go to Harbor Freight and buy a $10 multi meter and watch a 5 minute video on YouTube on how to check if the part is actually bad. You will save yourself big money they pocket for just changing out perfectly good parts. This is absolutely the last auto shop I ll take any car too. Also they broke off my Ac condenser knob and didn t tell me about thi. That is 100% bad business.

I have a 96 mustang and a 08 Escalade. These guys at integrity are super reliable and honest. I don t take my cars anywhere else but here. Any prob. They can fix it! It always amazes me how fast they get my cars fixed considering how busy they are. I definitely recommend anyone and everyone in the area to check these guys out. You won t be disappointed!

My wife took our car to Integrity to be inspected. She was told that the driver brake light was out and needed to be replaced before it could be inspected. She asked how much it would be to replace it and she was told $65. She left and bought a light and I replaced it in 5 minutes. Price seems ridiculous to replace a brake light.

Glenn is always so helpful and kind. The service is great and prices are reasonable. Took one of my vehicles in to get a recommendation of a body shop (I trust Glenn to send me to an honest shop) and he stopped eating his lunch and took time to fix the minor body repairs I needed. Refused to take payment! I brought another car the following week and had repairs done (brought the guys breakfast as a thank you). I ll only take my cars to Integrity Auto.

So my car broke down and left me stranded in a parking lot. Me not being from the area I didn't have a mechanic in the area so I did some research and decided on integrity. I had my car towed to them and from the time I walked in until my car was returned to me Glen was very respectful,informative and patient. They got my car in and worked for a day and a half on the diagnosis as my car was displaying some odd and confusing symptoms and messages . Glen explained evrything to me as their findings gave me the shop's recommendations as to the next course of action and listened to what I thought and how i wanted to proceed and followed through with my wishes to the letter. They got the job done and had my vehicle back to me in the condition they received it only now with it running and for a reasonable price for the type of car that I have. Though I have an excellent mechanic in Charlotte... as of now I've decided that it will be integrity for those local immediate needs. Thank you so much for be honest, upstanding, hard working individuals as this seems to be a dying breed of people. I saw some negative review to include pricing hemophilia lying to customer regarding issue to car and work they either needed to do or have done. As well as racism. All I can say is I am a biracial not so feminine woman with a northern accent and a nice car that came to them out of nowhere with a vehicle that was disabled and I experienced none of these things AT ALL!!!

Great place to get all of your auto needs, I have an older Lincoln Town Car executive package, and the parts are not easy to find. The owner is a great guy he worked out everything with me and found parts & and inspection. I'm good till next year

I went to them about my ac. I was so sure based on the symptoms including noise and vibration that it was my ac compressor and I told them I needed a new ac compressor . They did some tests and turns out it was some freon ,ac recharge and a couple of bad relays . So much cheaper . They could have lied about it and sold me a new compressor. They really live up to their name (integrity) they are so full of integrity. They are reasonably priced , very intelligent , kind and professional. Our kids car broke down at a track meet and we were 45 minutes from home. After looking for a local repair shop we found Integrity and I m so glad we did! They were fantastic through the whole process and gave us a great service experience as well as a fantastic price. Great people to work with. They do live up to their name of integrity. My car is running so much better now! They are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. My cruise control went on the blink and they ordered a part. They got me fixed up and on the road quickly. I had to have my heater core replaced and booked an appointment. The quote was fair and reasonable. I work from my vehicle and I can t be without it long. They were very accommodating and worked late to get my truck finished. Very grateful and pleased with their service and their work

Starter went out unexpectedly. I was able to get it started enough to drive to integrity auto and they took it right in and replaced starter by the end of the day. I've always enjoyed doing business with them. Take great care of your vehicle and don't take advantage of you like a lot of auto shops do. Highly recommend.

So I went here to try to get an alignment. I had to leave work early to make the 3:30 appointment they claimed that either my control arm or my struts needed to be replaced in order to get the camber aligned on the front end. Didn't charge me because he couldn't do it. So that was nice but it was a waste of time. Especially since neither of those things were wrong and punchy whittakers had it completed properly within an hour. Either they just didn't want to put the time into completing the alignment or they lacked the experience to do so. Either way, I won't waste my time coming back.Service: Wheel alignment
