Wonderful experience. The manager was very Hands-On and made sure that I was in and out in no time. I feel like this place really cares about the customer and highly recommend this place for your next oil change or any type of preventive maintenance you need done to your car. Oh yeah and the coffee is great

I'm leaving this review based on a conversation from the person that took my car to this establishment.The staff was very kind and attentive. She was very impressed by the fact they vacuumed upon finishing with the car. She thought that's a nice gesture. She would go back.

First time using Grease Monkey. Brought friend s car in for oil change. It was quick with great customer service! Shoutout to the guy who assisted me this morning! I know nothing about cars but he sat and explained all the services he recommended for the car, without pressuring me to get it done like most places do! The list he provided along with the prices were very helpful! Will be coming back again!

I wish they would give you a list of all the things that they do to your car like the other management did this new management took over i believe in February of this year I needed something change in my car and they could not figure out what i needed and their prices are higher then the other management I miss the other management and there employees but overall I would go back to Grease Monkey

I had our oil changed a half hour before closing and was treated as well as I do visiting at earlier times. My car was vacuumed clean and I always appreciate that service too.

I always get great service at Grease Monkey on Innes Street. Today, they cleaned my very clouded headlights. Amazing difference! They look brand new! Looking forward to being able to see better at night!

This company is awesome. I m on a tight schedule so I arrive around 7:50. They allowed me to be the first in and serviced me early. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I am currently changing my oil right now and I ve just gotten to my filter and it will not come off. Either grease monkey wayyyy over tightened it or they didn t change it at all. I am now having to break off the filter cover and replace it. Please make sure to ask to see your filter every oil change to make sure they are changing them properly. I am now down 50 bucks thanks to these guys

June 12, 2023I came to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I also wanted them to check my rear brake pads to see if they needed to be replaced (Last time I came here they said on the next oil change the brakes would need to be changed). Instead of just following through with changing the brake pads, they told me not quite yet but definitely not to wait too long. I decided to just go ahead and have it done while I was there. I arrived at about 9:15am and they had me out of there in an hour or so. They even drove my car to make sure it sounded okay before I left. The price for all I had done was very reasonable, less than 300 dollars. I highly recommend Grease Monkey for the speed of the service, price, and the friendliness of the staff. In and out fast! Staff was friendly and informative. I used to go to Jiffy Lube but they were very careless. Grease Monkey pricing and promotions are also more attractive!
