This one of the best shops around. Been going there for about 3 yrs now and I have always been satisfied. With that being said the staff are wonderful people and honest hard working. I recommend this shop to all my other owner operator.

many have told me to never take your trucks here because they treat people of color horribly. I must say this did happen to me. I took one of my tow trucks to have a motor put in there in the month of October i also delivered the motor that would be put in the truck . this motor was $6000 so after I drop the motor off it literally sit out side uncovered for two weeks in the rain with my open transmission after repeated request to please cover my motor up or bring it inside my request we re not graniteThe initial price was $3400 and they ended up charging me 5300 with no reimbursement for the motor sitting outside on the pallet getting rained on today is February 27, 2024. I just got my truck back so it sat there from October 2023 until today, if you re a person of color or anyone do not take your truck here because they will not respect your equipment like everyone else s. Had a coolant leak. I thought it was the water pump mechanic quickly noticed it was the radiator. Checked in at 9 waited for part to arrive and done by 2:30 pm. Great work straight forward people no BS. I recommend this shop to everyoneThanks Eller DieselGil from Los �ngeles, California

I liked it. Guys are fair $40 reefer washout if it's not bad they use acid. Shop charges $100hr seem to be good people

I had a bad tire on my class c rv. I had a spare but no jack. The guys at Eller changed my tire and had me on my way in 30 minutes. I have roadside assistance, but it was a 2 hour wait for them.

I am very happy to recommend Eller. They have taken care of us like no other shop could. In fact, I would never take my truck anywhere else. Tim and all the folks that work at the front desk, are professional and kind. They make my life easier and save me money every time we visit. Very professional and polite, didnt take 3 days to " diagnose " the issue, found the issue within 10 minutes and waiting for the part to come in was the only delay, good mechanics are worth their weight in gold

Great mechanics and service! Reasonably priced. Had me back on the road quickly!! Don t waste your time and money at loves speedco. These guys are the real deal!!! This was great repair service, kept us well informed, told us what was wrong with the truck after diagnosis was performed..everything was done in extremely good time line, especially considering it was Christmas..We have been fighting this truck for a couple of years, the last shop charged us over $7000 and we had to pick it up on a lowboy..We then contacted Eller Diesel had the truck towed over to them...to make it short we drove it back when it was ready for pickup and we have had no trouble since..runs better now than when we first got it. Thank you Eller Diesel for being a great shop you have earned our business from now on...Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I highly recommend and appreciate this establishment! I came in with a minor issue. Without any hesitation, fella in office told me pull up and had mechanic on it within 15 minutes. 30-45 minutes later...problem resolved, rolling out!! You won't find this kinda service at the Love's lol Highly impressed with cleanliness also inside shop!! Thanks again and keep up the good work

My husband and I needed our brakes looked at on our semi. We were brought in a soon as they opened for business. No wait like @ a truck stop. Dusty was our mechanic. Dusty and then other mechanics checked our brakes completely and thoroughly. Dusty found that we did not need new brakes pads. They adjusted our brakes and sent us in our way. This shop was run with precision. All mechanics worked together as a team. I recommend this business to all truck drivers. Prices were amazing and we were only here for maybe a 1/2 HR. Everyone was friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back.Service: Brake service & repair

Came in with a coolant leak. They got me in as soon as they could. Found the leak resolved the issue and filled reservoir back up to get me back rollin. I ll definitely be bringing my business back here next time I m in the area

It is the worse shop I have ever seen! They kept my truck for three weeks and did not repair anything! I paid for that service $2200, and in the end, nothing was fixed. They said they provided service even if the issue was not gone, so they had to charge for it. I missed so many loads because of this shop. I will never come back here.

They're kind a expensive, but they diagnosed and fixed my truck in a timely manner, no lounge no place to sit n wait for your truck, they are nice they drove me to the hotel and brought me back next day.

We were on the way to Carowinds to go camping, when we had a tire blow out on our camper. We were lucky enough that we ended up on the off ramp next to this business. They did not have the tires we needed in stock but sent someone to pick up 4 tires for us and as soon as the tires were there they immediately put them on for us so we could be on our way. They were so nice and professional. They went above and beyond for us!Service: Tires

Ask anybody who is from NE, used to their mechanics and used to maintaining their truck the right way, about southern mechanics and the response will be very similar to: they are slow and unskilled parts-changers .Some shops do charge less per hour than the dealer but bill you for more hours - which equates to the same or higher $bill than what a dealer would have charged you for the same work anyways.Therefore, one should not solely gauge a shop based on their hourly labor charge, as I know a place that charges more per hour than any dealer and there is a wait to get - in, with local dealers and other cheaper shops loosing clients to those guys. Reason is simple, $ overall price along with fast/faster turn around and not having to do, and pay for the same/similar work again = future savings and less headache.As far as my take on this shop, now that you know a little bit on my stance ; they have not gave me a solid enough reason not to use them. Clean shop, friendly people.As a recommendation, or what I would like to see: little bit faster on a turn around times would be nice, more attention to detail - do not want to go over the repair my self and double checking the work, wiping-off/cleaning dirty fingerprints off the paint is also a big plus.They are located over one hour drive for me, I do use their services and I d use them again if need to.

I have nothing but good to say about these guys. I have been a technician for over 20 years and a company owner for about 2. There were some honest mistakes made but, I found nothing dishonest about them. They were up front and offered multiple options. There were items that they did not charge me for. The way they do business is the same way I ran mine. They were passionately against dishonest or inadequate "technicians". They took good care of me and my driver. Recommended and drove my driver to a hotel. I am a NC company and will use this garage as my go to place, as I do not service trucks any longer. From all of my years of experience I tell you, do yourself a favor, and use these guys.

Got me right in, and repairs were done quickly.Update: 3 used tires I bought lasted less than a day. My luck. The two brake chambers they replaced, was only partially replaced, and on started leaking a week later.

My studs broke off both rims and tires came off of the trailer axle. Came out and chained up my trailer axle out on the road then I drove to their shop and 1st thing Monday morning change out a couple of rims inner and outer bearings drum and cap had me up and running by noon. Great job.

The company I work for NYX uses them to keep there fleet of 9 trucks running and fully maintained to complete the task that the trucks are called to do at anytime rain or shine and in between. Always excellent service and they go above and beyond to make sure this company stays trucking. Never been let down highly recommended. Great team over there.

If you are out of state AVOID THIS PLACE!! I purchased a trl from taylor & martin for $16,000 and I got this place to keep my trl for storage until I fix it up I was originally charged $119 for storage for a trailer from dec- mar. I went to the Philippines for vaca for a month 2nd week feb was when I got email from Terry saying u owed 100 dollars per day for storage from feb 1st until the time I saw the mail it was 1st week March. When I got back from Philippines I went there to pay the fees and it wasn't even on the bill he already knew he robbed me for that trl and took it for free. He didn't want to pay anything for it. He was kinda shaky when I handed over the title shady tree mechanic

Had my air compressor replaced by them. When I first got there I got a quote of under 1,000$ for parts and labor. When it was finished they charged me almost 1,700$. Labor rate is 90$/hr which seems extremely high. Overall they did let me sleep in my truck and drove me to the nearest truck stop which was nice of them. They are just way too expensive.
