I highly recommend Duby's! I live in Charlotte and my daughter lives close to Duby's in Salisbury. Not knowing where to go I googled places for tires and found Duby's. My daughter's car had severely worn tires. She had a spare on one, a leak in another and the other 2 were just waiting to go flat anytime. She was in a jam and needed help. I called and they gave me a quote for 2 tires. I went in the next day and was blown away with the great customer service. The place is very caring, honest, showing me exactly what all was needed for repair. I ended up buying 4 tires and was in and out fast. I got a quote on the other items needed for repair. They have a payment plan if wanted/needed for anyone. They even replaced the battery in her remote keychain for free. I will definitely be back to get the other items fixed and a new set of tires when needed again. Duby's is the place to go!

I called that morning to ask about tires. They had what I needed. Got there about 9:30am and I was pulling out by 10:07am. Great customer service!! Very nice and friendly. As a female I felt comfortable the whole time there. Great prices also. Highly recommend and I will be a returning customer.

Fast friendly service good equipment and knowledgeable staff. I'm pretty picky and they even stayed late to get the job done overall I would recommend for a used tire

What a great experience I had with Sergio getting new tires for my Ford Explore ST. I really price shopped and no one was close to his cost for four brand new tires. The exact ones I was looking for too. As great as that was the service and knowledge was even better. These guys really give great service and great pricing. I would give Sergio a call anytime you're looking for new or used tires or needing a wheel alignment.

Very good service, went in for a tire to be plugged, and they got it done within 15 minutes, aired up all of my tires and it was cheap! Very good staff

Really nice service. They actually made time to fix my car while I was at work, and even started a hr past the time they said they closed just to finish my car. The outcome was like riding on air on the highway otw home from work and i was beyond satisfied. Highly recommend.

Honestly, my only complaint is that it took quite a bit longer than expected (2 hours for 4 tires mounted and balanced). However, all things considered, they did a great job and were extremely kind people. I d say they may just be a bit understaffed since they have only been open for 3 months now. They gave me 4 used tires in much better condition than I had expected and the tread on these things is almost like new. Mounted and balanced for an extremely good price! I wish them well and I hope their business thrives. I will be returning for all of my maintenance needs.

I only had 2 tires replaced. The experience here, was perfect. The technicians got me in 40 mins before closing and had me on my way before closing.Only downside is, I'm not sure if it's the tires I brought to get mounted or if it's a rebalancing issue.

The proprietor's are very friendly and curtious, they make you feel welcome and they are very respectful, something you don't find too often these days,it was a pleasure doing business with them. Great atmospherePlease come by and check them out,their prices on tires are economical. You won't go wrong.

Fast service. Great used tires. He stayed open longer because I had a my tire slashed. I was able to get my kids home safely because of Duby's Tires. Most importantly open 7 days a week and very affordable!!!

I drove to Duby's because I was having a tire issue and they are closest to where I live. I was a little hesitant at first because they just opened, but I'm so glad I went there. The gentleman helped me right away. He understood what I was explaining to him and went right to work. He was able to fix the issue in less than 15 minutes, then he test drove it for me because he knew I was concerned about the issue that I came in with. The charge was extremely reasonable, and the other staff are very friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED going to Duby's.

Very friendly eager to help or deficiently to replace two tires and in two different intervals two different days and two tires put on one day and two tires put on like 4 days later three days later very very very polite easy to work with very helpful.

They were very nice, I was offer coffee and water as I waited for my tire to be fix, they put my spare tire back under my thaoe had a hard time but fixed it and was very nice. Will go back.
