I really enjoyed purchasing with Carmazone. The sales associate I worked with was Gavin Oldham. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I also worked with his managers Mike and Pat who were also great. Other dealerships I visited all had "no haggle" pricing, but I really preferred being able to negotiate to a price that I felt happy about.They allowed me to take car to another mechanic for an inspection which helped me feel better since the carfax (they provided) did show a previous accident. The only odd thing was that the weathertech floormats that were present in my initial test drive mysteriously went missing when I returned for the car a week later, after it had been cleaned.The best thing was that they provided the Clean vehicle 15400 seller report so that I can apply for the used EV tax credit.

I started car shopping today just thinking I was looking. Mr Zach Moore was assisting me. What I say he found the perfect car for me and my family. I was so happy, I didn t even expect to leave with a car because I didn t have much of a down payment. He was able to get me in this car at a great price. And his southern hospitality made for a great experience. If you are looking for a car, start here.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! From the moment I set foot inside the door I was greeted with a smile by Mr. Miguel; I had came in search of an Audi; and boy did they deliver. Pat , manager on the floor today, was super friendly and answered the endless questions I had before I even looked at what they had to offer. I was presented with two amazing options both in my price range and both right up my alley. After a smooth test drive with Mr. Miguel I was SOLD; I have just became the proud owner of an Audi A3; for a STEAL!!!! And a new home for all my families future car needs!!! 10/10 would definitely suggest bringing yourself down here for a new ride!!

This was the best car buying experience ever. Alex Chinery was excellent in covering all aspects and answering any questions I asked. I highly recommend if you're looking to buy a car this is the best option to purchase a vehicle.

I had a very positive experience purchasing a vehicle here. Mr. Miguel and Mr. Pat were beyond helpful in working with me and my situation to get me into the car that I wanted! I wanted a particular car and in a certain price range and these two gentleman made it happen...I am very pleased and pleasantly surprised. I have been looking for this car for about 6 months and they were very kind, ourteous, and gave me very good customer service upon arrival.

I was very satisfied with this dealership. I planned on spending a while, finding the vehicle that I really wanted. Zack Moore was very patient with me. He took time to allow me to look at multiple vehicles and was very informative about each one. With his help I was finally able to find the right vehicle for me. Zack was great and patient with us every step of the purchasing process. He answered all questions promptly and honestly. If there were any questions that he did not have the answer something he wasn't too ashamed to say so and find the professional on site that could provide those answers. Charlotte was also professional and helped a great deal with explaining the process to us over the phone, which is who helped us to get into the Salisbury location.

BEWARE! Start off from my original purchase. I bought a 16 mustang from them and had the car not even two weeks and the check engine light was coming on and off and the rear end rebuild they did sounded like a sewing machine. So I proceed to bring the car in to be repaired just for it to be tore down without even checking any part availability nor consulting me on the tear down. This in return left me without a car for over a month and even paid my first payment with it sitting on their lift from poor decisions and communication. Best part they somehow made me believe I was getting a lower payment with a better warranty but in reality they charged me another 5,000 for this "better" warranty. Now let's keep in mind they offer a year "warranty" with the vehicle already. So they proceed to charge this other warranty company for their mistakes and selling a vehicle that wasn't ready to be sold. The intake tube clamps was all lose.Oil drain plug leaking etc from day one.. So after almost a month and a half I received the vehicle back but only after I had to pay a deductible on a car that didn't even make it two weeks. Now let's fast forward to 4/8/24. The car is in need of repairs that was already showing signs from the purchase so I try to give them one more shot. Only to be told I have to pay a diagnostic fee even though the warranty company stated clearly without a claim and this warranty they sold me I do not. Best part as this is going down the older gentleman that was just sitting there acting like a service writer was actually the manager.. Luckily I asked him if he was a service writer to be told he's the manager. That just sit there not saying a word until I had to contact global for information. This place is full of crooks and it's more my fault trusting a establishment of this nature and business aspects. Just fyi a car warranty is the same thing as insurance and a hospital visit. As I was told by one employee. Nothing but attitude and lies and me having 20 years in the automotive industry all the way from lead tech to service writer. I would NOT recommend buying nothing from this place. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had and a year later it was no different. BUYERS BEWARE. I'll do everything I can from here on out to spread this truth of how shady and unprofessional "carmazone" truly is. Negative five stars!

If you are looking for a good running nice vehicle Carmazome it's the place to go I was in need for a good running work truck I call Carmazome and talk to this lady name Mis.Brooklyn she made me appointment to come in I talked to this guy named Robbie and I told him my situation we talked about the down payment I wasn't there 30 minutes he asked me are you ready to drive your truck Carmazome was there for me so I recommend anybody if you are looking for a vehicle get in touch with Carmazome ask for Mis . Today March 29, 2024 well let me backtrack. I went online looking for a used vehicle and I was talking with Ms. Kimber who was very nice and helpful and set up an appointment for me to come in on today Friday. Well when I walked in this everyone spoke and Miguel stood out and said may I help you and from there I test drove some cars and I talked to Patrick who make things happen and today I am going home driving my new car. Miguel was very nice and patient and Patrick pushed it all the way through!!!!Thank You Caramazone !!!!I m Driving In Style And Nobody Can Beat The Deal I Got!!!!

This place has quality and good cars with lots of inventory to choose from. The sale consultant Jeff did a great job find us a car for a great price. Kimberly and Holly provide us great information and scheduled our appointment. Definitely would recommend this place.

The whole experience was painless. I applied online and immediately Kimber replied and reached out. She scheduled me an appointment and I came in and Miguel greeted me on the spot. He took his time to understand what I needed and got the job done. The whole process was great since the staff was so friendly and willing to help. They also brought life and laughs to an already lengthy process, definitely thanks to Pat as well. These guys were great and I got exactly what I came for. Thank you guys!

Holly first contacted me when I inquired about some cars and she was lowkey and very helpful. When I arrived for my test drive, Jeff was ready for me and did a great job of answering my questions as well as letting me listen to thr vehicle and seeing hownit felt with minimal distraction. Plus they offer good warranties you don't usually see available for used vehicles. Id recommend Carmazone if you want a good car buying experience with minimal distractions or hassles during the process.

We just recently bought a traverse from yall and the salesman Gavin was and is amazing from start to finish. He helped us seal the deal. Even when the car was getting there late he called us, gave us his personal cellphone, which I think says alot. He's very personable makes u feel like ur his only client. That is a rarity these days where everyone is in a rush. I hope everyone request him. Even when customer service did not get me my tag on time, hr got rt on it and he has awesome customer service. Outstanding service. Holly addressed all my concerns about my credit over the phone and got me in for a same-day appointment. Gavin was really nice, upfront, and professional.
