This is a great store. A gentleman with a long red beard, intentionally looked up the wrong product twice for me today. Apparently he was in a rush, even though there were no customers. I have a printout that was given to me the previous day, with parts and numbers. After seeing the parts in stock I returned today. I mentioned seeing the parts already, he proceeded to lookup the wrong part again, and flipped the screen. I showed him he had entered the wrong number. He told me that he " hated that I was having a bad day". I will return but I refuse to be helped by this particular gentleman. I really like the points from a $176.00 purchase, but I was forced to use the competition .

Always willing to answer any question you have sometimes the employees have nasty attitudes act like they don't want to answer any of your questions but you always find that one that'll answer any question help you out any which way they can next time I'll have names to give

Very helpful, the two guys working were doing All they could do, with being short handed they had everyone covered the best they could.Great Job getting in and out in a short time. The employees were taking care of each customer with each one having a unique question when they come through the door.Great job from all perspectives.

CJ helped us put our battery in. He went above and beyond and even tried to help us with some bad terminals. It even got a little busy inside yet he still stayed with us as long as he could to make sure we were good. Great service!

This is a great store and I love coming here everytime I come somebody always greets me with a smile. The store is nice neat clean and organized and easy to navigate. And you never have to wait long in line they are quick to ring you up and get you on your way and I love that about them. Anytime I'm near ai will definitely stop here for all my automotive needs and I suggest you do the same.

Went in to check on the price of a part, the lady saw me standing there. Asked another customer if she could help him, after helping him she walked off. The other associate that was helping someone else had to call her back up front. Then she still asked another customer if she could help them instead of me. Auto Zone you are about to lose a life long customer. This is the second time I've had a problem with your service.

Associate took care of me right away. She was knowledgeable, and within 1 or 2 minutes I had what I was looking for. Price was competitive.For today's visit I give them a high five.

Unfortunately on this visit they did not have the item I was looking for however by and large I have always been satisfied with product selection availability so I really cannot condemn them out of hand on one item which they do not carry. As with most brick and mortar retailers they have a much wider online selection and if you have the time it is definitely the best way to go. I found the personnel to be extremely polite and professional.

AutoZone towing guests to the Chearwine Festival. Was an opportunity to show their support for the community, but instead ruining dozens of people's night. I saw them tow dozens of cars. Plenty of available parking. I will never shop here again.

Do not pre order anything with this store. They do not have their receiving section in tact. I ordered a pretty pricey piece with the knowledge that I would receive the piece today. The customer service person didn't realize I know how to read shipping reports. It clearly said it was received by the store. The staff took their time to scan my item in the system to move it to the pickup section. In doing so lost the purchase. Im told I have to wait 3 days on top of the time I had to wait. Long story short don't waste your time if you're expecting it in a certain time frame.

I will never give autozone another penny. They gave me brakes and rotors for a car that I don't even have and now they're purposely holding my $200 refund from me because I took the parts back after they gave me the wrong ones.

It's an okay parts store. The staff is kind of rude and they do a lot of cussing so I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids in here.

Used to love autozone, always had the best prices and generally the workers were very helpful but the last few times I've had to deal with them wasn't good. Not gonna get into all of it just the most recent one. Called the other day for pads and rotors and was told that they had em in stock, went yesterday to get em and was told they had the rotors but no pads. They didn't even offer to order them for me. So I went online and placed the order myself. Got a voicemail from them saying that they didn't have the pads in stock and I can either come in for a refund or they would order them for me. When I tried to call back, they had me on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. So I hung up and tried to call back later, same thing, on hold with no response. Then I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. Got there after work today to find out that they cant find my pads or my rotors and that they would have to order them and I'll have to wait another day to get them. I think I'll have to shop at advance from now on because this is ridiculous.
