This is really the only place to go for professional quality window tinting. The staff is professional and great with follow-up which is appreciated these days. Had them do an older model Firebird and I know they spent a lot of time on it, but the results were first class all the way and the price was very fair for the work. Will happily bring in other vehicles to be serviced here and recommend them without hesitation. Thank you so much!

I had my car inspected. I stopped by on a recommendation from a friend. They took me right away. The man running the front was very knowledgeable friendly and had excellent customer service. All the guys there were quick and thorough and pleasant. I was waiting for maybe 30 minutes which is fantastic and when they were finished they had my car waiting in front running heat on ready to go...auto Express has a new customer I'm going there for everything car related. After 2 years still excellent service and prices . John is the best and so is Kate , so friendly and always fit me in and the prices are great! Do NOT waste your time and money here. We have had so many incidents here. Management never really cared when we brought up issues and we had to purchase a part that they messed up for an oil change. Said they wouldn t rotate our tires unless they need them rotated, even though I asked. They checked off a list saying everything was good to go and ended up we had wires showing on the inside of our tires. Also messed up our brakes when they had fixed them months prior. We decided to take out business elsewhere. Our new shop was shocked AutoXpress let our vehicle leave their shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Last year these guys tinted my windows on my Chevy Silverado. They did an amazing job!! The whole team was helpful and knowledgeable about all areas of what they were doing. Most importantly they respected my brand new truck at the time!! I am so pleased with them that they are doing my Lexus this coming week as well!! If you want your windows tinted, call these guys.

Purchased a new vehicle one day and was able to make an appointment with AutoXpress the next day to get my windows tinted. Excellent service and have not had any issues thus far. Would definitely recommend

I've been to this shop only three times but each time has been a good experience. The staff has always been very professional and did their best to perform good work in a timely manor. Compared to another shop a few doors down the road, my experience with both places is that AutoXpress is more trustworthy. Maybe I've just been lucky so far but great jobs guys.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called the day before and made an appointment for my car to be serviced at 11am. I was told that it would take 2 hours for service to be complete and once I arrived at the location, 30 minutes before my appointment I was told that my car would be serviced right away. There was another gentlemen who arrived after me that was serviced before me and I did not appreciate it. I went to get food with my family from DJ s restaurant across the street and when I returned, my car was in the same spot and had not been touch, but I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. Asked to speak to the manager, no one came and I am very disappointed. Unprofessional and will never be back.

I went to get my car inspected. There wasn't a wait. The guys were very nice. I have a piece broken on my gear shifter, they told me what to look up online to replace the part. My window tint is starting to come off, they quoted me a price to get it redone, which was very reasonable.

I've never been at this business before but they were so nice to all the costumers and made sure they know what's going on with their vehicles. More places keep you there to run up your bill. Not here they get you out quick but make sure everything is good. I will be going back.

Friendly and courteous staff. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I take both of my cars here and won't consider taking them anywhere else. They are very thorough with any concerns you may have. Good price for the service they provide. Definitely recommend!

Very unprofessional. They never told me that my car need most expensive oil and never ask me what I WANT in my car...Just at end they charged me $66.57 and when I ask what is this female at front desk told me that my car require Sintetic oil,so when I ask why they did not tell me that in advance she was so not professional just repeat the same thing again and again.I said again and few more times but why you did not tell me that to begin with, she started acting all upset then she told me to come again and I said no never again,then she said good you should not anyways.I would recommend a guy that was working on my car ,HE is the best thing they have there.

Needed lugs replaced in a wheel, and they fit me into their schedule. I was impressed in the way they tried to save their customers money rather than attempting to upsell them. I'll be back for regular maintenance work.

They are very friendly and let you know right away if they are going to be able to help you. I went and they let me know my car was going to fail inspection and how to correct it before charging me. I appreciated that.

2011 Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change. Get the car home and notice puddles forming under the car. I put the car up on ramps and discover the oil filter was not even close to being tightened. Lucky for us that we discovered the issue before it pumped all of the oil out of the engine. Avoid this place if you value your car!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Contacted them a week ago on FB about getting windows tinted. Took them days to even read my message (FB messenger confirms the day/time) and then they ignore me. No reply. Won't be bringing my business here.

I called ahead of time. The guy said it would be about 30 minutes before they got to my car. It turned out to be an hour and a half. I don't care if it's an hour and a half. Just don't tell me it's going to be a half hour.

Very unprofessional. They overcharge you for services. False advertising. Just in general will never take my car there again. That 1 star is being VERY generous.

Went for an oil change, they unplugged my transmission fluid and drained it and then overfilled my oil. My oil was over double. When they pulled it out they claimed it was my brakes acting up. Will never come here again.
