We were on vacation passing through Salisbury, NC and the water pump on our truck went. The mechanic who was there alone that day made time for us to juggle his schedule in order to accommodate us and replace the pump in a timely fashion to get us back on the road the same day. As a visitor from Canada, I was very impressed with the Southern hospitality and great service afforded us.

My starter went out. As soon as my car was towed to the shop, they rolled it in and started work. Even though they were busy, they made the time to get started right away. The owner was very courteous and informative. The next morning it was ready! Overall a great experience! A little pricy, but for the work they had to do, comparible to other shops I'm sure. A good little shop there. I will go back.

Great local business. I was treated well and expect to return.2nd review.Just used these guys for a few repairs at once. My 3rd time in the shop. These guys are well respected in the community and should be. My experience was exceptional and the cost was very competitive.Finding a mechanic that you can trust is not an easy task. I do not take it it lightly. I believe I have found such.Check them out, I believe you will be satisfied.Vehicle-2004 GMC Canyon 4x4.

I called 3 different other shops to get my car inspected and they all turned me down because they were too busy. I walked in their door and even though they had other cars they were working on in the lot, they automatically took my info and my keys and to get my car pulled in. I know mechanics get really busy but any and every time i have come to this place, they've given me the same respect and treatment and have not once turned me away cuz they were too busy! My daddy has been going there for years and now i will be too! I refuse to give my business to anyone else from now on! Nobody more dependable than cales!
