Some of the best people work here!!! They go above and beyond for ya here! The lady manager came out in the freezing cold to help my husband and I with a headlight. She was awesome!! #wewillkeepcomingback

I had to get a battery replaced in a work truck. Trent rang up the battery and installed it in under twenty minutes. Great professional and friendly service.

People were great nice inside plenty of choices. But when you go buy a quart of transmission fluid and it's almost 9 dollars and oil company's making up to 30 BILLION DOLLARS of pure profit a quarter that can be a big letdown .

The staff was very friendly and knows their stuff. I'm not saying they are mechanics. However they have got me the right part in the dozen or so times I have been by. Plus they never claimed to be a replacement for an automotive technicians. Anyway I have had good experiences at this particular location. I'm sure you will too.

Went in for a exchange on a part that didn't work out for me and was helped by an associate named Brad. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If he isn't the store manager he should be. I will return there simply because of the incredible help I received by him!

Went in for a new battery. Computer said "professional install recommended -estimated 45 minute install time". Kat was able to get the old battery out and new battery in in less than 10 minutes and save me a trip to the dealership. She was phenomenal!!

Awesome employees and great service. Tried tipping Brad after he helped me out on his smoke break and he wouldn t even take it. These fellas will help you out and get you right.

Great employees. Not a single negative thing for the employees. They all listen, respect, and help in every possible way. Only issue is with the company and their pricing. Over 400% markup is a bit overboard. Almost as bad as Ingles deli and their markup of boars head.

Great service, helpful, knowledgeable, clean store. People are great. I buy all my parts for my car dealership here. Amanda is a great manager, Jason is very helpful w/ my commercial acct. Keith and the rest of the crew help keep my cars running. Very happy Advance opened the Rutherfordton store. Highly recommended.

Trentin helped me find everything I needed. He looked up each item and then went out in the store, on the shelves & got them for me. They were out of the "# bulb" I needed, so he went in back and check back-stock & found my right "item" I was wanting/needing. He knew that i could use something else & it would of Inter-changed just fine, BUT Trentin knows that I'm a widow & I'm disabled & I want everything done just like my husband always done it. Hats off to Trentin!! He definitely deserves a raise!!

Knowledgeable associates, always willing to help and lend their knowledge. Brad, DAngelo, Jason, Amanda, Keith are all great people. They go out of their way to ensure you get the right parts the first time, Everytime, and on time.

We in to see if battery are the alternator was bad. Turned out to be alternator was bad. And jeep was stuck there. The guy showed me a trick to get my alternator to start back charging so I could get thru till 2ma. So my direct deposit could clear and I could purchase it 2ma! Life saver and it's very cold right now so I'm very thankful! Wished I remembered his name. Real good guy!

The cashier, who had no name tag and couldn't be bothered to do anything except blink at me when I asked, is ignorant. His body language and attitude are horrendously dismissive and "can't be bothered." Otherwise it's an Advanced Auto...
