Very efficient and knew what he was doing. RVRX was suggested to me from a different repair guy I had called. As a Travel RN, I was in an area I didn t know and got into a jam when I tried to pack up my 2021 Cherokee Limited in NC to haul back to TN but my 3 slides didn t work.He took my call and listened to my concern and was very knowledgeable on likely causes. He was upfront on his rates and told me a plan of action. Set an appointment, kept the appointment, made the exact repair he thought it may need and fixed a few minor things that also helped. Kept in touch with me out of town even during the repair. I know it s a long review, but I can t say enough. He saved me in a pinch, kept his word, showed up, and billed me very reasonably. 10/10 recommend. - Chris K

Not too mobile. 45 mins to Ridgeway was too far. We were in Martinsville for race.This area is under served. All communication was via text. Mobile RV Techs in Upstate SC have a range of 90 mins making allowances for traffic.

Gary can handle most issues, but not everything. Service call price is priceyPlus by the hour is high. He will be honest and tell you if he can't do something upfront. He does great winterized service. I wish he could do more.

I called Gary and told him what I needed. We agreed on an appointment time and day. Gary showed up on time when he said he would which already rates five stars in my book. We chatted briefly as he got his tools together and on the roof of my camper then I left him to do the work. When he was done we chatted a little more he explained everything he had done showed me in detail. He did above and beyond what was expected used high quality materials and I felt like the price was very fair. We will definitely use him again and keep his number on speed dial. By my wife, Gary was amazing with his knowledge and professionalism. Being that my wife was the the one handling our plumbing issue, he was very informative to her as to what needed to be done and with suggestions. I would recommend RVRX to anyone that needs prompt and professional work. He did all the work the day before Thanksgiving without delay and at what I considered to be well worth the cost. Very thankful to have had him do the work.Thank you Gary!!

Gary was a pleasure to use to replace our air conditioner. He got us in very fast as we were on a time crunch, getting ready to head out on a trip. I called and Gary gave me some advice on how to fix my issue but it wasn't to be. He was trying to save me money on a repair bill which is proof of how honest he is. After I explained more he came right out the next day. Said he'd be there at 10am and he was. He went right to work and did an extremally good job fixing my issue with perfection and professionalism. If I need repairs for something I can't do myself I know who I'm calling next time.. RVRX for sure. Gary is a nice person to chat with and he does it while he continues to get the work done with no delays. I can highly recommend Gary RVRX with no doubts.

Our furnace was not working in our Keystone Passport RV and Gary was awesome !! He set up a time and was there as he said and fixed our situation. He was so nice and helpful and went above and beyond before this winter storm is coming in. Thank you Thank you Gary !!! I recommend him to anyone. I now have his number saved in my phone now and he will be my go to guy :)

Gary is AMAZING!! Besides the convenience of him coming to our Airstream for services (this trip was to winterize), his service is ALWAYS TOP NOTCH!!We wouldn t consider letting anyone else touch our Airstream!! He s the BEST!

Our motorhome lost electrical power and I learned that the problem was with our coach system. I contacted Gary at RVRX Mobile Repair. He provided trouble shooting information and instructions for parts information. I accessed the electrical/ power cord compartment of our coach and found burned wires. When I described the wire connectors , he informed me that those types of connectors were inadequate for the amount of power in the system.(those were factory installed connectors)I repaired the damaged wire and replaced them with heavy duty wire connectors. It worked and we are back to full power. I would recommend RVRX Mobile Repair service to all. Gary was a great help.Service: Electrical

Gary was easy to work with on finding a time to come out to work on our RV. He also did his homework before he even looked at our RV and already had ideas on where to start troubleshooting some problems we had. Overall, I was really impressed with his service and knowledge. We have known Gary for quite some time now. When we learned of his mobile RV repair business, we immediately called him to take a look at our 1995 camper. Gary was prompt in returning our phone calls and messages and scheduled an initial meeting in a timely manner. After taking a look at our camper situation, he offered a plan of attack and was very descriptive on what needed to be done and how. His professionalism is beyond measure and the quality of his work is second to none. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Gary was absolutely FABULOUS from initial call to final clean up. He was very communicative. On time and extremely knowledgeable. Tested my batteries, even told me what I needed and where I could get new ones with a 20 percent discount. He gave my generator a tune up, I think the first one since it left the factory 16 years ago. I wish I could take him back to Seattle with me. Thank you. Gary.Services: Electrical, Battery

RVRX has keen problem solving skills. He was very organized and detailed in his approach to servicing my RV generator and problem solving my other issues. He had a wide variety of appropriate tools in his well organized and professional looking van to problem solve issues and solve both mechanical and electrical issues inside and out of my Class A RV in a timely manner. The electrical is now working on my refrigerator, I again have heat, my new microwave was installed, and my new kitchen faucet has been installed. Gary not only did all the above, he also installed a psi regulator to my drinking hose, he strongly suggested a surge protector for the main electric hookup. Gary is very professional, very friendly, and is a certified technician who stands behind his work. He explains what he is doing and why. I've learned a lot from him on what to do but more importantly what not to do. I've used RVRX once before and will continue to do so when the need arises. I recommend him to anyone who needs his services.Service: Electrical

Gary was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and through and most importantly excellent communication throughout the process.. I was having trouble with my motorhome's air conditioner and considering it's age was expecting to replace it. He diagnosed and repaired it in the same visit saving me st least $1000. He even had the part on his truck for a 1998 model year.He will now be my go to guy for all my repairs.

Called RVRX because dealer s service department is overwhelmed these days and frankly provides less than spectacular service. Gary was on time and professional, went about performing the services requested while answering any questions I had, which was quite a few. He did excellent work and provided some answers and guidance that I will take seriously. I will definitely reach out to him again when I need RV services. Thanks Gary!

Gary is an amazing person! We had brake trouble on our RV and stuck in Hanging Rock. Why is it that NOBODY is ever available for repairs nights/weekends?!? That's the ONLY TIME our rig seems to break down! I found Gary thanks to Google search. I left a message and he called back almost instantly. He was very honest about his exact ETA (unlike other guy from Greensboro Pilot who stood us up for 2 hrs waiting with 3 wild boys ages 4-9). He showed up at our campsite exactly when he said he would! Very honest and reasonable mechanic. THANK YOU!!!

Being new to RV anything, we found some water damage to our rig. Called around and Gary went out of his way to wrangle around his schedule to come and look at our unit. Unfortunately with our time crunch he couldn t take on such a large job, he wouldn t be able to fix what we needed, how we wanted it, in the frame and budget we had. He did give us fair, friendly, and helpful advice. Though we were sad that it didn t work out we were impressed and humbled by his kindness and taking the time to come and look at our situation. If we ever need anything else done, we know who to call.

We were very pleased with the work that was done from RVRX. He was prompt and called to notify us of any changes. He had to change an entire electrical panel in our trailer. His work was outstanding. I would recommend Gary to anyone.

Extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. I paid $1100 to CW less than a year ago to replace brakes/bearing seals etc. Since then, we've made two rather short trips the first cooked the rear brakes on my truck. So I increased brake. Then brakes were locking up at every stop. I wasn't able to get the right setting. Gary was able to determine the reason and correct the problem. It turned out that the brakes on the driver's side (the ones I could see) were locking up. The passenger side was doing nothing. CW error cost me $400 for brakes on my truck, plus one full day at a garage on Labor day weekend. It could have been much worse, obviously. Gary has earned my business and more importantly, my trust. CW will never see my camper again. Thank you very much.

I just bought this camper that was 5 years old. I asked Gary to come check it out to see if it was functioning properly. Gary found several issues with it and was able to fix it in one visit. Gary found a bad electric plug that could have caused a fire. I m so thankful for his service!
