Always make sure I have what I need before I leave and if they don't have what I need or can't order it. They always refer me to where I might be able to fine the part I need

The go-to place for real auto parts. Yes you may pay a smidge more than other stores but they will last longer and have better fitment.

Good atmosphere. Good employee reps. Very nice store to go in. Get the Cover All tire blackner. Its the best to spray on tires.

Visited O'Reilly's today. Prior to today the store had been pretty good. No complaints. After today, this is the worst parts supply store in Roxboro. I tried to purchase 2 gallons of coolant for the advertised price. When the product was scanned the price doubled. I understand a misplaced item. The coolant was misplaced entirely. Any other place would allow you to continue your purchase with the advertised price. Not O'Reillys. Also no manager to be found. Called the manager, he said he can't sell it for the advertised price. His name was Patrick!

Fast friendly service and assuming the brake pads are the correct fit, overall excellent experience. Update: brake pads were the correct ones.

Had a very strange experience. This dude William was acting very abnormal, kept flashing gang signs for groups he's not apart of. Made me very uncomfortable. He also failed in helping me find a 710 cap for my vehicle

Caleb and the other male attended was great , they matched my price of my axels to auto zone prices which was significantly less than O'Reilly's price...thanks to you both ! You both were very helpful to me .today is another review another date October 13th 2018 Caleb was working again today and I had to take one of my axles back because they gave me 2 axles for the same side ( makes me wonder if they even know what they're doing . And Caleb wanted to blame someone else for giving me that discount when he is the one that did it . And when you're at work aren't u supposed to be clean ?he looked very dirty and was very mean to me smh. Not ever again ! Not to mention the parts I took back . He as in Caleb gave me a extremely hard time asking questions like "has this ever been installed " he smelled it ..claiming I would take back parts that I installed ...what a complete loser . Take a shower for once !

They are the rudest, obnoxious, and unsafe staff I have ever seen. Plus, none of the employees ever wear masks. Which makes that place a potential super spreader location. They should be ashamed of themselves and investigated by the state.

TERRIBLE SERVICEMANAGER DERECK HIDES IN BACKSOLOMON HELPER HAS NO CLUENEITHER SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO WORK HERE. INCAPABLE OF USING COMPUTER TO LOCATE PARTS NEEDED. DISTRICT MANAGER NEEDS TO GET ON THE BALL FOR ORIELLYS AND HIRE EMPLOYEES TRAIN THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS.NAPA FROM NOW ONNAPA GOT IT RIGHT NO HASSELSPRICE VERY COMPETITIVE TOO
