Oil change/service, State inspection and tire rotation. Mark was very patient and informative about rotation recommendations and intervals, as well as wear patterns and the way tires contact the road. All staff are always very pleasant. My household (5 vehicle owners, 6 vehicles) have been patrons of this Mr. Tire for years and have always received this type of service. Hope to continue for years to come. Thanks a bunch.

I came up there to get an inspection done on my car. I read reviews that it was quick and that the mechanics were friendly. The staff absolutely were friendly and personable, the service itself was okay. I suppose they only have one guy at a time running inspections, and I got told he had left for lunch but would be back soon. I ended up sitting up there for about an hour and some change before my inspection got done. Once he started, it was quick! The wait time ahead of it was just a bit rough. Overall it was affordable and the mechanics were friendly and the service itself was fine!

Got a new set of tires! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They got me taken care of in a timely manner even after I messed up my tire request.

I dropped my car off Friday around 10am and they did an oil change and replaced a few tires and I got my car back at 2:15. The people at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. Very satisfied with the service

I took my car in because of a squeak when I turned right or left. He came back with an estimate of $1300 needing to be done to the car, not related to the squeak. I told him I'd let him know but his recommended fix for the squeak was to turn the spare tire over and tighten the screw holding it in place. When this was taken care of, I came up to pay the bill. I was charged twice for someone to drive my car for a brief test drive before and after. $80 each time. And $10 tax. $170 total. I won't go there again. Can't imagine how they rip people off in other ways. Beware!

I love this particular Mr Tire because they tell you everything that s wrong with the car, then tell you what s most important to fix, then they allow you to customize your repairs for that day. I ve been stuck in high pressure repair situations before that left me broke and uncomfortable and this was not one of those instances. I went in needing $1400 worth of repairs, but thanks to the no pressure, knowledgeable and understanding staff, I was informed of all the issues and able to choose what was to be repaired at that time. I really appreciate these guys and their commitment to good service

Top-notch service. My wife and I have both used them and received professional, efficient and courteous service.Steve and the rest of the staff are first-rate. I had a slow-leak that needed repair and called for an appointment. Steve told me that they had TEN appointments the next day but nonetheless fit me in at 11:00am. The work was done in less than an hour. EXCELLENT job! Consider us return customers.

I have been going to Mr Tire since 2019 and always received great quality service and respect. They may recommend service coming up that is needed but never push you into anything.

All I asked them to do was the alignment, but instead, they took the time to do their own diagnostic, which cost me 85 dollars for half an hour of labor fees. Then, they told me I needed to replace all 4 of my tires due to the front 2 tires being separated. What? Never in my life have I heard something like this for just an alignment. I checked the treads on my tires later that day, and they were perfectly fine as well. What makes this story worse is that I was going to be charged $131 for each tire when my tires cost (on average) $80. Imagine wasting 85 dollars and didn't even get your alignment fixed. Shameful.

Crooks don't go here!!!!!!! I went there to have EVAP system installed because vehicle did not take fuel and they installed it and I picked up vehicle and was not fixed. They said replace the gas tank.i didn't believe that was the issue so I went to another mechanic and paid him to fix what they had already been paid to fix and didn't need a gas tank.

Took my truck there to have it serviced For 150k maintenance! Charged me $909 only for me to have to go and get my rotors and brakes done 3days later!This company at this location is a rip off! Stay away!!!!!!!

Wonderful people at the Roxboro, NC location! Have been to several places over the years but no other place has been as kind and friendly as this with the best service ever! Keep up the good work guys treating people fairly and in a timely manner.

During our military move we stopped in Roxboro. I took my car to express lube down the street. First mistake! They overfilled my oil and my car was breaking down as soon as I left their shop. Express lube didn t care about what happened and blamed it on my exhaust leak.After being stuck for 3 hours I went to autozone to try and replace the spark plugs since all the places express lube recommend we re closed on Saturday! A clerk at autozone told me to check out mr.tire and I was able to get my car to the shop.They did amazing! My family was stuck and they let my family of 5 and 2 dogs stay in the waiting area while they fixed my car. My 4 year old daughter was able to play with her Barbie s and the amazing employee working the front desk put on nexflix for her. They replaced my spark plugs and redid my oil.As a military member I can not express how thankful I am to mr. Tire. We had been on the road for 20 hours and just wanted to get to our new home. Please take your business to them!Express lube made a mistake and instead of owning it and fixing it, left me and my family to figure it out. In a place we knew nothing about and knew no one. I get that they are cheap and fast but I hope that you will look elsewhere for car services! Go to Mr. Tire instead!

Mr. Steve and his crew are a great team of honest and professional men. Being a woman it s sometimes hard to trust a mechanic, but that s not a concern here. I don t know any other place in the area that gives top notch service, keeps you informed with updates about your vehicle, knows your name, accommodates your schedule and delivers EXCEPTIONAL customer service with a smile every time you bring your vehicle in. I ve used this shop several times and so has my colleagues, we are pleased with the service received by these guys.

When you call to setup a service and they say it'll be about an hour and a half and you say ok I'll be there in about an hour so you only have to wait 30 minutes you would expect about a 30 minute wait when you arrive after running a few errands rather than sitting in the waiting room for that time. Instead you're told that time you spent running errands "means nothing" that your time starts when you arrive and are sitting in a waiting room? What the hell? Service shouldn't even be in the name. Should be we'll expect you to waste your time in our waiting room, thanks.

Hoping to make up for some of these terrible reviews by which I almost listened to! Being new in town, I needed a quick fix to my overdue oil change. I walked in close to 5pm for my oil change. All the service guys were polite to me and every other person that walked through the door. Went above and beyond to try and help even non paying customers with questions and concerns. Even gave me helpful advice for another issue with my car. Never once did I hear them try to up sale or do anything shady. I was in and out in maybe max 30 minutes. Thank you guys for your hard work, especially on this hot day. Well worth $30!
