They are rude and very un professional and charged 876.00 for balljoints. When i picked my truck up there was a big cut in the head liner called dude he said we didnt do it when clearly ik it wasnt like that when i dropped it off

Don t ever take your car to them. They are rude and they didn t even fix my car..cost almost $1000 for the AC compressor and it still doesn t work. The guy in front is rude and I don t know why anybody would go up there and he did the same thing to a friend of mine. . The lady that works up there with him she s nice., there are not words to say how rude he is..

The ladies and gentlemen there are just wonderful,fast,through and I highly recommend these folks if you are in need of car repairs,tires,oil changes basically any thing you need for your car maintenance !! Give them a call you'll be glad you did !! Just as a note if you may not have the money to spend at that moment the also offer Snap finance which helps tremendously and it can break your owed money down into payments (if you qualify).

If I could give 0 stars I would little bitty smart mouth yankee at the front desk and his wife are rude and didn t even look at my truck for inspection took my payment and said it would be completed sometime that night I was free to roll on , I got my refund and that little old man ran his mouth the whole time

New to the area and I do not recommend this place. Still have issues with my car after 2 visits, ridiculous prices, they don t test drive your car before giving it back. Didn t even put air an the spare wheel after replacing tires, oil was on empty after I told them to do full check up on my car the bill was half of the car value how about that after putting new brakes and changing tires. Plus they will lie and tell you that you have bunch of other issues that need to be fixed just to rip you off and get as much money as they possibly can from you. Stay away from this place!!!

We use to have no problems with this shop but I believe the problem is the manager and not the owner but after selling us new tires when we didn t need them they sawed off a bolt and it became lodged between the rotor and cap which caused the truck to lock up. Fortunately we were going slow otherwise it could have been a nasty accident. Who with any morals would let someone leave the shop knowing it was an unsafe vehicle .They would not take any responsibility after numerous times going back to the shop and calls the owner still has never called. The mgr is very condescending and unprofessional.

The worst experience ever. Truck was there for 5 days and not even touched. Owner wanted to charge for work not done. When I tried to pay and just take truck to a better place they refused to take payment and hold truck hostage and ended up calling Roxboro PD. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone .unless you need an inspection without having your vehicle checked out. I did witness that bappen today for several different vehicles while tryin to get my truckService: Brakes

Back in December I brought my vehicle to Ford brothers, I m new to the area and a few people had recommended them, plus they could fit me in. I knew I needed my wheel bearings replaced so they told me I needed them all around and proceeded to start with the back, I thought it was only the front but I m not a mechanic. I had done some research and found out journeys go through bearings so I didn t think anything of it. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the mechanic who did the work, Matt, came and spoke with me and insisted I also needed new brakes, I insisted that was not right as my brakes were not even a year old yet and I don t drive that much. Now I couldn t afford to replace all the bearings so I had to wait on the front and I knew they needed to be done because my car sounded the same as when I dropped it off. I found someone else to take care of one of the bearings and another mechanic took care of the driver side. Both mechanics said my brakes looked BRAND NEW!!! Matt was lying through his teeth and now I m questioning whether he did any work on my car at all. Now that my front bearings are done I can now hear noise coming from the back. I will never recommend this place to anyone, go to anyone else if you want honest work done on your vehicle!Service: Auto maintenance

I stopped in to do a pre purchase inspection and they were just flat out awesome. They did exactly what I needed and had great snacks while we waited and was very patient with us even though we were late. The cost per hour was great and the results I got was dead on. If your looking for a place to get work done or a car checked out stop on by you get what you need done.Also we got girls scout cookies while waiting and it seems they support them so we had to aswell.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Ford Brothers a while now. I've never had an issue with their work and I know I'm getting quality parts and the warranties cannot be beat. Parts fail sometimes even when they are new and I've had that happen once they covered everything. I trust them 100 percent with all of my vehicle needs. They also offer the best rates on labor. Very courteous, helpful, and professional they go over ever detail with you from beginning to completion of service. I just had one of my vehicles repaired and I'm pleased as I always am. I am glad they are a part of the community as well...I like dealing with hometown folk and people who give back to the community!

A++ First of all the ladies at the front desk are super nice and take care of their customers very quick. Even though I had no appointment, my inspection was done very fast. I recommend Ford Brothers to everyone.

Always friendly and great quality work. I've been going to these guys for 2 years, commuting 40 minutes because I trust them to do the job and do it right. They've never tried to upsell me a product I did not need. Trustworthy reliable mechanics.

Rude leadership will sink a good ship, WILL NOT BE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH FORD BROTHERS. Plenty of real costumer friendly shops in town, Strut Daddy s for one.

Went because heard good things. I am so glad I did. The counter guy was great. The mechanic called me explained the part I needed and why, took the time to answer all my questions I was impressed the guy that was repairing my car called me not someone else that is a great way of doing things. The costs were lower than other shops I know I called around a little. I will not go anywhere else now. Thanks Ford Brothers

Tires are cheap but you get what you pay for!! Wheels weights popped off in less than 4000 miles and they want to charge to replace them. Even though they charge you to mount and balance the first time. Not on my most recommended list for auto or tire shops in Roxboro.

Locally owned and operated. Great staff with quality service. They are trustworthy and honest about the work that is needed, what can be done and what gets done. A big plus: they do not try to get over on women which is a big deal these days.

I called to ask some questions, asked to speak to the owner, and the male who answered the call asked for my name, and what the call was concerning. Then asked my phone number, and asked me more info on my reason for calling.( I was asked by a friend to call and ask if they owned a used car lot beside them, she was interested in a used car that she thought was located in a lot beside them. )Well the male I spoke with never would let me speak to the person I asked to speak with, was gruff about putting me on hold before he would answer any more of my questions, so I hung up. I didn't want to talk to him, but to the person I asked for. And I found him quite rude about it all except for the fact that he was dealing with someone else before I called. I know I'm not the only person in the world, or the only customer this day. But the incredible anger and disgust in his voice when he asked me to hold on, instead of connecting me with the person I asked to speak with, made me feel very unvalued as a customer, and the friend that asked me to call, and I have definitely agreed this was rude, disgusting, and not a company that is caring or patient, or understanding, and definitely not one we want to trust with our business ever!

Ford Bros. On main Street are trust worthy and they give you a comfort level when you leave your vehicle for repairs that you know that the job is going to be done right ! The prices are not outrageous. Good job ! I'll be back ! Nice staff also.

Tires were a great price but they can't be dependable on when they will put them on. They will tell you one time and after you drive there they will say sorry we can't do it today come back tomorrow. Not a good way to do business!

Bought 4 tires at a good price. They did my alignment and was told I needed a upper control arm. They put the wrong side on. They also did not put all my bolts and rubber boots and bushens back I had to take it some where else to fix and redo another alignment.

They were super informative, and let me know step by step what was needed to be done. Very reasonable and interested in helping genuinely, not just for money!! Recommended for everyone. Plus the work warranty is hard to beat!
