We had 2 units (forklifts) in the area that we needed help loading onto trucks to bring back up to Minnesota, since the shipper didn't have docks to load from. Keith & Billy were very helpful & a pleasure to work with. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great company and great service. They showed up within 45 minutes of calling, were able to get my ambulance body van back home, and charged me exactly what they quoted. Couldn't of asked for a smoother experience! Thanks Caleb (truck driver) and Brann's wrecker service

My dealings with them have been retrieval of rental equipment from wrecked vehicles, always friendly and helpfull. Nothing like dealing with the auctioncopartyards. They stay busy, there is a reason for that.

Edit below*Tow truck driver drove my car through some trees while it was on on the flatbed scratched my car up and down in several places. Owner of the shop refused to provide insurance information to me, and tried to tell me that most of the damage wasn t caused by his tow truck and was already on my car prior to the incident. businesses like this will reap what they sow. I ll write a review on here every month until they resolve the issue. BUYER BEWARE!!___________Edit begins here*I guess the business pushed me under the rug, and never offered me a solution. It s really unfortunate, but I m thinking about taking them to court as the statute of limitations is still active and my lawyer said I would definitely win this case.

After striking out at a different business. I tried this place. They learned, after checking my ODO, that I did not need coil caps or spark plugs. But these people, INSTEAD of calling me (about anything. They never called me. Only called my Son. Unreal), decided that I DID need them. AND they kept my car for 2 days. No phone call. Never had an estimate. I WILL be traveling back home to the honest people I'm used to. North Carolina sucks. Cannot find an honest person here at all. HUGE disappointment. You're welcome, guys. Fooled me once..I'm done

I recently had these folks move a shed of mine. The driver was named Don. He was polite, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Don made absolutely sure my shed was where I wanted it to be and it was level. He made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving and gave me an excellent price. If you need anything towed, look no further than Brann's. Best service and price in Person County by far.!

I called them for a job and they were out here within the next hour. Exceptional service and he gave me a discount since it didn't take very long. I definitely would consider Brann's again!

We are in California and needed a vehicle recovered out in Roxboro. Brann's located and professionally recovered the vehicle for us and stored it until we were able to get an employee out to pick it up. Reasonable rates, prompt and very professional!!!

My family has use this company many times. There are a few of the same companies in my town so I do have choices. But several years ago when my daughter was stranded by herself on a very dark deserted road; they were the only one who answered a very scared & panicked mothers cry for help. They were nice, helpful, & brought her home safely to me. I will always call on them to help!!!

Unless you just want to waste your time and money, don t do business with them! Purchased a car from them to find out there was an open recall on it about 2k worth so it was in warranty and they said to bring it to this shop where they would fix it, took it to them which was the worst mistake! Got it back and they busted up my car, they lied and never fixed the recall! 1 year later and the car needs a new engine, catalytic converter which is stopped up and coming apart and the manifold is cracked! They messed up my car tremendously! Owner is rude and callus! So please do yourself a favor and find some professionals who won t just steal your money!

If I could give them a zero I would!!! They have a BAD reputation in Roxboro when it comes to fixing their vehicles. And after the experience I had with them, I can see why. Got a vehicle from them and noticed it needed some things done to it. I was still under a 30-day warranty, so they were supposed to fix the problems which was more than one. They claimed they put two new Cadillac converters on it and a new transmission that came with a lifetime warranty. Well the same issue I was having started happening again a year later. Come to find out, they lied about putting a new transmission in it and all they did was take it to Henderson to get them to reprogram the transmission smh. And they lied about the warranty. They don't do everything they say they do....at least for certain "people" I've noticed. They fast talk you and will tell you whatever just to get you out the door. Or turn your service engine light off making you think they fixed the problem. I heard so many people bad talk them but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Wasn't I wrong! If you want a decent vehicle that's in good shape, that you don't have to spend half your life savings on getting fixed because they didn't do anything but put the vehicles on the lot, then DO NOT go through them!!! Lesson learned!

I m from Erie, PA so I definitely know how to drive in snow but I managed to get stuck in an unplowed parking lot and unlike Erie, nobody offered to give me a push so I called Brann s and two very nice gentlemen came within 20 minutes and got me out and the owner then drove me up and got me turned around safely and on my way. Once on the road I was fine. These back roads in Timberlake don t get plowed and we got over a foot of snow so it was treacherous but doable. But front wheel drive in a little SUV with no sandbags in the back? Sketchy! Price was reasonable and I was so grateful I tipped 35% because they were awesome! I d call them again any time I have an automotive issue.

One of your trucks almost ran my family car filled with myself, husband and 3 kids into oncoming traffic today on Roxboro Rd, Durham. The truck had no break lights or even a license plate. Even worse, the driver saw and heard our horn blaring and continued to plow into our lane.

Roommate waited for 4 months for a spark plug (1) fixed and then this year I buy a car that I told them didnt seem right basically push me off for two almost 3 weeks after day they said its ready then its goes bad will not tell honest truth about anything DO NOT BREAK DOWN IN ROXBORO AND CALL BRANNS
