I bought my very first car here in October of 2022, and I had a great experience! I m not sure why it s taken me so long to get around to finally writing a review, but I got a great little 2003 Toyota Camry for about $3,000, and I ve had no issues with it so far. I drive it all of the time. Also, the salesman, Charles Sessoms, was very helpful and kind to me and my family while we were selecting a car. I would definitely recommend Sessoms Auto to anyone who is looking for a nice, reliable little used vehicle. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience here.

Made a 3 hour round trip from Raleigh today to look at a GMC Envoy listed online and it turned out to be complete junk! When they drove it around from the back it had a horrible squealing noise coming from the engine, which was according to them just the belt. After further inspection the ac lines were missing and electrical connectors dangling on the driver side engine area. Complete waste of my time, fuel, and I don t appreciate being tricked into coming to see something listed as excellent condition. Instead of wasting people s time you should list the vehicles actual condition before someone drives that far to see a piece of JUNK. I would advise everyone to stay away from this shady dealership and read the 1 star reviews, they sound like they are all true according to my experience today . Find a quality dealer that values your time and business because this is not it! This is an honest review of my experience. Beware of the positive reviews!

Found a nice, clean, reasonably priced used car for my daughter here yesterday and worked with Charles who was nothing but a gentleman throughout the whole deal. I've been buying used cars for years, mostly through private sales from non-dealers. There are several reasons I don't like buying through dealers (based on some past experiences) but none of those reasons were apparent here at Sessoms. Just want to give a thumbs up and thanks to Charles for changing my mind and making this purchase a very pleasant one. I think my daughter is going to love this little Saturn ! I'll pass on my experience to anyone else I know who is in the market for a good used car and send them your way. Thanks again !

This is the fourth vehicle that has been purchased from Sessoms by my family and we have all been pleased. They are very easy to work with, cars are in great condition and prices are reasonable. Anna and her dad are so nice! Go see them!!!

Had a great experience here buying my car! Jose helped me with every step of the process and was very informative. Never felt pressured at any point and I could tell he cared to make sure I got what I needed. I met the owner Charles as well and he was very welcoming and helpful. It's hard to find a place with good customer service nowadays but this place delivered and then some! Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. When it comes time to get my next vehicle this place will definitely be my first stop.

I wanted a small, used car that was fuel efficient. I had shopped around, and knew about what I wanted. In 2009 I stopped by and test drove a 2003 Saturn ION. I enjoyed it, and returned later after shopping around to purchase the car. The people were very friendly and knowledgable. They were honest straight-shooters, helping check the car out before purchasing it, as it was clearly stated a "buy as is" deal. Turns out the car was great, I still drive it everyday. It has 245,000 miles on it, and I have only replaced the battery and brakes. Highly recommend this business.

I a bought car from them a day later the check engine light came on. I understand this is buy as is but there shouldn't be a problem the day after I purchase it. The manager Jose is very unprofessional. They had me bring the car back and they kept it for 3 weeks and did nothing to it to fix it but drove it around. I definitely wouldnt advise anyway one to buy from here.

I'm loving my 2010 Honda Accord. Customer service was exceptional. My buying experience was pressure free and sales persons were very resourceful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I will definitely purchase again!!

If you want to avoid the typical "used car sales people", then I would encourage anyone to go to Sessoms Auto Sales. You will experience upfront honesty and reliable customer service. The staff does everything possible to work with each individual person and is always willing to assist in anyway. They are friendly, caring and want to ensure that every customer leaves happy. If there happens to be an issue with the car, they are willing to work with the person to make it right. I would recommend anyone looking for quality used automobiles and honest sales people, they should go to Sessoms Auto Sales to do business.

A great experience that amazing deal love my 2015 Nissan Venus Notes! Got a great deal, Low miles.The gentleman was woundful,honest, respectful, and very polite! After I drove there to look at some vehicles I left and he actually held the vehicle for me till I got back! I would go back their b4 I go anywhere if you only have 2,3,4K I will go there first!

I purchased a Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer in 2012 from the company and it's currently 2018 and my SUV is still running. The people are really nice, though I don't think they know much beyond selling a car. They worked a little on the price (about $300 or so) and sold us tags too. They sell cars as is, which, can be a bummer because about 3 days after my purchase I had to replace my entire exhaust system (another $500 investment).

Family owned, friendly, no pressure. Very reasonable prices. We dealt with the owner's daughter and it was a delightful experience for my teenager who was buying their first car. Haven't had any problems with the car either.

I called and spoke to Jose about getting a car they had available. He said that there was a clean title and a clean carfax report but whenever I completed my loan application through a lender, they declined it because they said the vehicle had shown frame damage in the history. Now it may not have been totaled out but with any vehicle that has frame damage probably is not the safest vehicle to drive. He never disclosed this with me until the lender told me. He was also very pushy.

Don't buy the Dodge Avenger. It's full of issues that they lie about. Had a mechanic look at it and yea its gonna cost about $2,000 just to get that thing back on the road.

I bought a 2009 Nissan Altima from there in March and I I m having problems back to back I put more money fixing then car than I did buying it they will jimmy up cars to make them look nice but I m reality there trash
