We were very satisfied with our experience here, from start to finish. Why? We called around to other options to get estimates, they were up front here, discussed our options on product available (instead of just giving/offering the highest priced product). They were professional and still personable, we did not feel rushed or dismissed at any time. They were realistic on time frame, they did not over promise to get us in the door AND they did a good job! Actually done earlier than expected. Nowadays, to get all of this in one place is rare and commendable. We will be back and recommend to others. Thank you, we appreciate your great service!

I love this family owned business! They were honest with me and didn t try to waste my time or my money. I did as they instructed me to: I went and had my flattened rim fixed then came back for my services and my SUV is riding and braking perfectly! This is my new regular place from here on out!

So thankful. I cant begin to explain how amazing and helpful this place is. I was in a bind (across the street) and they helped me change my tire to a spare so that I could get my car to the shop and they could replace the tire. I had a great experience with my vehicle. Took it in for some maintenance service which I was told it did not need yet and I was given some quotes for further work. I am grateful they did not charge me for a service that I didn't need. Could have taken advantage of me, but did not - great integrity!

The staff at Meineke Car Care Center were amazing! I brought my car in because I heard a terrible noise and my kids heard it too! They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it same day! They explained everything to me so there were no surprises and assured me the car was safe for me and my family! Absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Oil change and tire rotation at a reasonable price and prompt, courteous treatment too? Great combo. Plus I got to thank John, the owner, for giving me some free advice on my old F150 a few months back that ended up saving me a small pile of money. I'll be back.

Convenient way to schedule appointments online. Fast service and the owner who was checking me out( Rolesville store) even took the time to look at another issue I had and made a suggestion on which store has the equipment and expertise to fix it. Will definitely return in the future.

They went above and beyond to do the job right for my tires on my 2018 Chevy Silverado. Also took care of my wife s bad engine oil switch on her 2014 Ford Explorer. They are cool guys who will treat you right.

I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced and the Meineke team was able to take the vehicle right in and got it done along with an alignment. They were very accommodating and responsive when the vehicle was done.

I use Rolesville Meineke for all of my vehicle needs. They are helpful, fast, convenient and reasonable. My husband handled everything and when I suddenly found myself responsible for all aspects of vehicle upkeep I would have been lost without the great staff right here in Rolesville!

I had an oil change and tire rotation performed. They were prompt, thorough, and I had a very pleasant conversation with the owner John. Overall a great experience. I will be returning there for any other auto related issues I have in the future.

I received a brochure in the mail for a discounted oil change at this specific location. (Grand Opening)When I went in for my appointment the girl at the front said they were not accepting the brochure s any longer. There was no expiration date on the brochure. I didn t make a big deal out of it and proceeded with my appointment since I was there. The oil change ended up costing me double. Just know if you have this brochure they are not honoring it any longer.

Very patient and understanding being a female we all know it's difficult to please but I think I found the shop for me and having questions about my lift kit and system I don't even want to do the work myself
