Jonathan rocked it for me and my 2011 Audi Q5. My front grill and and plate holder was missing paint in several spots. Jonathan walked me through sanding the area and using the proper primer and paint. The grill looks like new. Thanks Jonathan!

I visited this store and was highly impressed on the Assistance I received from Daniel he assisted me with making sure I had the correct windshield wipers educated me on the differences . I'll definitely make this store my go to

I just needed two tail light bulbs. I walked in and told the gentleman at the counter what I needed, he went and got the product for me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service.

Jonathan the store manager was incredibly kind and helpful today when my battery died and I had to get the car jumped to get here! He changed out my battery in the pouring rain and got us on our way in no time! Highly recommend this store and will come back if I ever need additional assistance. Staff were friendly and helpful. I d give them 10 stars if I could!

We only needed antifreeze. They had it. The cashier was friendly. Based on this visit alone, I probably should have given 5 stars but we have had hiccups in the past that are still a little fresh.

DeeDee was exceptionally helpful. Had to replace my truck battery and she ensured I had the correct one and to top it off, i am coming off a 3 month medical leave so she even went as far as to cart the battery out and load it for me!!! Amazing and I will be back!! Thank you

Purchased new windshield wipers and they offered courtesy installation and broke my windshield replacing the wipers and now costing my insurance $2515.00. They wouldn t pay for their mistake, after repeatedly claiming they would pay.

3 years I've been going here, and it gets worse every time. At this point it's comical to me. See how long I can be in there before an employee emerges from the back, just to ignore you. 99% of my reviews of businesses are five star, this is my first one star review, for a reason. Terrible business!!

I had a very pleasant experience with this location over the weekend. My battery died at the BP across the street, I called and with no hesitation someone walked across the street with the battery tester to see what was going on. Then they drove a truck over with jumper cables to give me a jump, that did not work. I ended up walking across the street to buy the battery and Dometria went above and beyond. She was very helpful throughout the whole process and she ended up installing the battery in the parking lot at the gas station lol. I want to say thank you to the whole AutoZone team at this location they were all friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Dometria for helping as much as you did and with a great attitude! Customer service like this isn t easily found these days!

I visited this location last week and DeeDee was very helpful. My dad had visited a different location and was told to buy the wrong windshield wiper, (no big deal) so I went to this location to exchange it and have it put on for me and DeeDee was so great. Her customer service was excellent and I really appreciate her time! If I need anything else, I'll definitely return to this location specifically.

The guy who helped me (Jerzeel ?) did the whole thing (shop, replace, install windshield wipers) for me. I've tried to do it 3 times myself and failed.Very happy with this experience.

All around great service. All the employees are great but I m always happy to see Dee Dee when I go in. Dee Dee is a hard worker and will take the time to make sure you get what you need; even if they re busy/short staffed.

Excellent customer service. Thought I needed to purchase a new battery. My sales clerk, volunteered to check my battery, before allowing me to make my purchase. After testing my battery, he explained in full detail what was wrong. Basically, he told me that didn't need a battery & he was not going to allow me to spend money unnecessarily. He told me to start my car everyday and let it run for about 15- 20 minutes a day. Because, I would go days without starting my vehicle and then the temperature being in the single digits didn't help. Again, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend this AutoZone to anyone that is near.. They will not allow you to spend money when not needed

Been going here for 5 years. Everyone is always helpful. There is always at least one very knowledgeable guy there to help you out with mechanic stuff. Speaking for AutoZone in general, their reward program has no match. No one comes close to their $20 back for every $100 you spend. I always work on my own vehicles (already saved tens of thousands doing so). Their brake exchange program is awesome as well. Basically, you purchase their more expensive brake pad set with the lifetime warranty and the next time you replace them, you just bring them in and they give you a new set free. FREE. Haven't had to purchase pads for my 4 vehicles ever again after the first time purchase for each car. You need a membership to do these, of course. Free to join. Love it.

My car battery was bad and I knew I would be in trouble if I didn t have it replaced ASAP. I went to this AutoZone based on its reviews. Tasha helped me - she was quick and efficient. She tested my battery and replaced it with a new one right away. Car works great now and I am stress free - thanks Tasha!

Place is well organized, everything is in stock all the time! I m always greeted by a smiling face and I really love the environment. It s located right across from a gas station and a grocery store, in the town of Rolesville. I come here all the time for truck parts and accessories. Give them a try if you need parts in your area, and within a good price range!
