Fantastic work every time. My only regret is that I don't have more work to be done. They can do everything and they do it perfectly and professionally. I had them tint windows, spray bed-liner, apply sun protection, change headlights, change decals, and swap out the grill, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality and the speed.

Best place to get pretty much any work done on your car. From tint to radio install and pin stripes. Fair pricing and fast work. Even if you just have some audio questions you can stop by and they help you out and guide you on the right track.

I came in this store knowing nothing except that I wanted great sound. I put all of my trust into the staff, Chris specifically, and I could not be happier with the results. Great customer service, nice people, and absolutely amazing work! 10/10.

I ve been dealing with Wires, Inc for years now. Brian and Wanda s team are amazing. They make you feel at home. Very clean and organized shop. Appointments are kept and they don t keep you waiting. The work is always superb. If you need any kind of work done on your vehicles this is the shop where you need to be. Serg is the best tint guy in this whole area. If you want truck accessories, automatic starters, truck liners, stereo needs, lighting or any accessories for your vehicles this is the only place to go in NC. Thank you Wires, Inc for the excellent service that you provide, you ll always have my business.

Came here to get a much needed cruise control installed...cannot complain of how good of an experience I received. Not too pricey, great friendly knowledgeable staff and the quality of the work is phenomenal!. Would give 10 out of 5 stars if possible.

Called and asked if they wouldn t mind if I swung in around closing to grab some replacement speakers for my Semi Truck, they told me come on and they d get me fixed up! Great group of people to work with! Even did some demos for me at closing so I could pick the right set! A+

the place was amazing the knowledge was great the prices we're great the attitude of everybody there was awesome for such a small little place I was amazed to see how much quality was there that booklet on the counter with magazines of any type of any type of sound you want it's literally just walk in and your jaw drops you like wow this is a man-cave out-of-this-world

Talked with Chris G about the issues with the install of a radio from another shop in Raleigh. After talking with Chris he assured me they could fix it and I would be pleased. Once I picked up my Jeep, I was very pleased. They showed me pictures of what needed to be replaced and communicated with me about the additional cost. Overall I was quite pleased with the service, communication, and price. Great job!!

Took my F150 to get a roll bar with lights installed on the back, and Chris was knowledgeable, super helpful with the details, and stayed in contact with and updates about the installation and work needed. Couldnt be more happy with the work done ! Would recommend to anyone! 15/10 !

I've gotten two vehicle's windows tinted at Wires and I've been an absolutely satisfied customer each visit! They do excellent work and offer excellent customer service & support.

Mr. Chris Gainey and the rest of the wires, Inc crew are second to none when it comes to professionalism. They greeted me at the door on my first visit and did so every visit after. Chris told me things about my vehicle I didn't even know. The service was tremendous, quick, and efficient. They even worked on parts I didn't get from them (which won't happen again because I'm shopping with them from now on). I have told everyone who would listen to got to these guys if you want good service. Thanks Chris and staff

Got window tint done about 5 years ago with lifetime warranty. Back tint is blurry. Called to have fixed. Said they don t have records over 1.5 years ago. Advised I would try to find receipt. Then they said they wouldn t cover the repair if I cleaned it with wrong product. My husband was in car clubs in rocky mount and we know which products to use. They are trying to find a way out of the warranty. Would advise against using them for tint job.

These gentlemen recently put a new radio in my 1989 Chevrolet 1500. Did an amazing job with the installation, and outstanding costumer service. I took my truck to them at 9am and it was finished by 4pm the same day! I highly recommend!

Showed up at 10 for a tint job, they took the truck right in and began working ( Sergio did a great job).While the truck was being tinted other staff assisted me with questions I had concerning future modifications. I would recommend wires if you need quality tint with a warranty.

My wife went in late yesterday afternoon for problems with her radio in the ice cream truck. They got the problem diagnosed and a new install within and hour!! Great job Chris, Shane, Clint, and Stephen! Chris new that without any sound, the ice cream truck couldn't make money. We appreciate you guys.

I bought a replacement radio/clock/CD for my Jeep. The unit works as advertised. It was installed in the time they said it would be installed. The cost was as estimated. All that is good. The bad was that when the Jeep was returned to me the windows would not go up or down. They argued with me that it was not their fault. That I signed a work order (whatever that means when the installer pulls loose or breaks something). The head technician finally came out and opened the door to the vehicle and said, "Do you think we pulled these wires loose deliberately when putting in the radio". I have no idea how that factors into the fact that the windows worked for 15 years including today when I came to Wires, Inc. and after Wires, Inc. had the vehicle for an hour the windows failed to work. But, they did fix the wires they obviously pulled loose/broke for no cost. Poor quality control of their work and trying to blame shift their problem onto me is a bad way to do business. Therefore, I give them 2 stars and the admonition that they turned a satisfied customer into a bad review through their failure to fix what they broke before the vehicle was returned to me and argued with me about a problem they created.

I was there looking for a window tint on March, 2021, they told me that the only spot available was until June, I left my information with them waiting for a call, to let me know for the service. Still waiting. I didn't ask which year I guess.

Wires has been an inspiration to me and somewhere I want to be, the owner Brian west has treated me like family for almost a year. I m trying to get into bass spl and he has helped me along the way and gave me tips on what and what not to do. He not only treats me like family but he also treats each and every customer the same way. Every job performed at wires inc is done the exact same way, like it should have been done. They don t half do things it s 100% 24/7 never changing. The products they sell are backed up and his work is backed up. It is a very focused work area and they get the job done. Hats off to you man, you ve been a real role model for young audio installers like me! -Tyler Doss

This has been a great place. They installed my hitch and remote start for my hrv. They work with davenport honda and has been awesome. I will surely be back when needing more accesories for my autos. They were able to get me a hitch when it wasn't available from honda yet. Check them out. They seem to almost do anything for your car.
