Had 2 new tires put on my Honda pilot yesterday "02/27/2024" at the Rocky Mt store. When I left, I noticed the pilot pulled to the left constantly. I stop at EP mart and check my air pressure in the 2 BRAND NEW TIRES I had just purchased. 1 tire had 27lb of air, the other had 33lb of air pressure. Sooo the big dummy that put my tires on needs more training on how to check the air pressure in tires that he installs. I paid over $200 AND had to stop and check my tires AND add air to both tires. Big white dummy!!!!!!!! A grown azz man did this. 2 days later my husband noticed my hubcap had not been put on one of the new tires!!

The have the very lazy employees the do not want to work they keep talking to each other and not working because they know the will get paid any way. I hope walmart company gives them hourly and commission for how many cars they finish so at least they can help customers and not delay them

Had a flat on I-95. 15mins before they closed, they allowed me to roll my flat tire into the shop and they quickly put on a new tire. Very thankful! Customer service was great!

Good and clean service. waiting times depend on how busy they are. But they make sure that you car is clean inside and out. they also gave my mother attention about a broken gasket on her engine.

Ordered my new set of tires on the Walmart app, very easy to do and got a great price! They were sent to the Automotive Center, received an email saying they were here. Went over and paid a small fee for installing and balancing, took about an hour, very happy. Second time I have gone through this process, this time was much smoother.

We pulled up Sunday at 6:55, and they were starting to close up. We were 4 hrs from home with a flat tire. Adam stayed open to take care of us with a very kind humble attitude. So grateful!!!

I been here for literally 3 hrs waiting on a battery change not to mention my last visit getting new tires caused my tires to be cross thred and caused severe damage (which was reimbursed) but to be honest the experience last visit and this visit I will never come back. On top of literally seeing everyone here just act like it s another day on the job. I will not use them again and if you re thinking of it don t The only reason I m here is because it s the only battery locally for that priceService: Battery

It gets one star for the people because they were nice. However it took them 2 hours to replace a battery. I have never had to wait anywhere close to that long for a new battery install at other places (especially when that whole time they have it in the shop with the hood up). But hey, it's Wal-Mart, would you really expect any better.

NOT RECOMMENDED!They Quoted me a.price for $106 for a.battery on Rollback, then they said.that it was the wrong battery and.that the battery my car needed was $150.I asked them to replace headlight because it was out. They said no problem! When I got the car back, I noticed that the headlight was still out. I asked the service manager why the headlight was out, and he said "I told them to decline that. There is a plate on the front that has to be taken out ".There is nothing there about all headlight except . . .They are lazy little oil changer know nothing's.NOT RECOMMENDED.

Unfortunately, with high mileage oil change, you have to get complete package. Some of the things aren't done even if you're watching. You have to say something to them. My last oil change there, I was told that my oil drain plug was stripped. I quickly told him that I had it done there. He checked and informed me that, that person no longer worked there. I have no idea what he did to get it to work. I plan on buying an oil plug, since no one was offering any assistance. It's time for my oil change, I'm going there because they need to resolve the problem. I'll let you know what happens!

Very quick oil change, just got off working 12 hr night shift. I thought I have to wait a while. Nope they were done before I qas finished looking at clearance. Thanks lube ppl. You all were on point for me today..

Customer service SUCKS. No one said can I help you or hello, be with you in a moment. She act like she didn't want to bothered with anyone. About 2pm called the number listed for the car care center and it took about 20-30 rings before someone answered the phone then I still had to be transferred, then another 10 rings before someone answered then had to be put on hold. Finally talked to someone about the status of my car, whether it was ready for pick up or not. She said it was. Why wasn't I called. I only needed a tire on front driver, dropped car off about 1030a. Walmart car care in Rocky Mount, NC. Price was cheaper than Firestone but Walmart DID NOT have all season/weather tires in 225/50/17

No customer service. Waited in line 20 mins before being waited on. Asked the other worker (who watched the line get longer and longer) say " I'm on break". The time was 5:45 and they close at 7 pm, then she said, " I'll be back, I'm going to the bathroom. But she used her entire break on her cell phone. Then a young lady walks up from out of the blue to check out and guess what... she checks her out before she addresses the others who now have been standing in line for 25 mins. And her attitude was AWFUL. Of course no badge, so i could not post her name up here on this complaint. I will also will be making a formal complaint.

Trust me they have good deals I have had my battery in my truck for. A year now and I paid less than $60 for it and it was brand new I also got an oil change great price great customer service

They refused to honor the road hazard protection I paid for when I bought tires from them. Claimed they could not find a record of the purchase. Incompetence or dishonesty?

Received absolutely great service from Annette, Herbert, and Danny when I went in for oil change and wiper blades. All were friendly, courteous, and very efficient.

They really need more than one person at the registers in TLE, especially when they're are multiple people in line. Oil change was pretty quick though.

They reset all of my car computer settings and changed the digital display from mph to kph. This almost caused an accident leaving the parking lot. Horrible job Walmart in Rocky Mount, NC. Not going back there.

My wife won't shop at Wal mart in general, but she definitely won't shop here. If we need something from a Wal mart we drive 20 minutes further down the road to Nashville. It's not so much the store as it is the people who shop at the rocky mount location. You definitely have to be concerned about your safety.

I waited 3 hours for my car tires to change, there were only 2 cars and mine, I asked if I was ready and they said no, they didn't ask me my name or what car I was driving, they just said no, the employees were somewhat lazy and customer service is not said, bad service was a very bad idea to be here

This is my first purchase from Wal-Mart Auto Care. They staff where friendly, worked well with me for what I needed. They price was reasonable and I was in and out in a reasonable time.

They vacuumed out my van and did a great job with my oil change. They were very polite and comforting
