I went in for oil change after having been there several times my serving attended his name was Jacob. He was very helpful and informative. Actually, he informed me of some issues I was having with my car that had nothing to do with an oil change. I appreciate the great service and the fair price. He also gave me a coupon that I was unaware of that saved me $15 so I would have to give Valvoline on Sunset Avenue of five stars. Great service I went in for oil change wind up getting my tires rotated filter inside my HVAC system that I didn t even know existed so I appreciate the good service, the quick service and the efficient service.

These guys are awesome. The tech instantly put a smile on my face with his good attitude. I love they announce everything they are checking so you know what they're working on. The location is clean and nice. I'd definitely come back to this one!

Loved the service here at Valvoline. I had a servicer named Jaylen that went above and beyond to ensure I had a great oil change experience while topping off the air in my tires on a timely manner. I was serviced quickly and no problems whatsoever.

The Valvoline technician drained all the transmission fluid as well as the oil out of my vehicle during my oil change on 8/21/2023. I had no idea after I drove out of the parking lot that this had happened. My gears could not spin, it started smoking and making a horrible noise and this happened on the interstate. I thought my vehicle was going to blow up. I had to drive it back to Valvoline to get this issue addressed. Most likely all my metal gears inside my transmission are damaged from the lack of lubrication and maybe a full replacement of my transmission is necessary. I have a 2023 Nissan Rogue!!!!I am so angry right now; words cannot describe it. This cost me time from work trying to get my vehicle back to its original state before a Valvoline technician touched it. I want my vehicle repaired completely, and if necessary, a brand-new transmission.The manager-Walter is doing all he can to correct this problem. He has been so patient and kind throughout my angry disposition. I just want my vehicle back in the condition it was before I drove it into Valvoline. Service: Oil change

I went in today for an inspection, and oil change and these guys made me feel like I was the only customer even tho they had several. Very nice, knew what they were doing, and had me out of there time enough for a 4:00 appt I had. They are now my go to business for my van. We recently moved to the area and didn t know much of where to go for oil changes, car maintenance, etc. and Valvoline has been great! All of the employees are very kind and honest and it s the first time I feel I haven t been pushed into adding extra things to an oil change. They take the time to explain what they will do, how much it will cost, and they re so quick! Will definitely be coming here in the future.Services: Tires, Oil change

Very nice friendly people. Drove up and was greeted nicely and was quickly taken care of. Went for an inspection and was out in less than 15 minutes. Got a couple of good laughs in with the staff doing inspection and oil changes. Will definitely go back.
