I went bought one tire one day they charged me one price $45 I went a week later and got my other tire changed they charged me $70 for basically the same tire nothing was different. Then they BROKE MY STUD where you put your lug nuts at. they didn't even replace it I had to pay for it . Then I went to getting alignment I called he quoted me a $70 price and when I got there I had to wait an hour and a half after he said come on I'm ready for you, then he charges me $125 and I told him I won't going to pay it cuz that's not what you quoted me paid him $100. And then my alignment was going one way when I got there and then the next thing you know my line is going to complete opposite way and it was never fixed it was worse than when I started. I don't recommend these people to anybody you're going to get something done like that go somewhere else and if you're going to pay $70 for a used tire you might as well get a new tire for that price.

I was heading down to Florida for work and had a major hole in my tire's sidewall happen in the middle of the night on the fifth of August in 2020. No other tire business was open the following morning except Uby's Tire and I'm not surprised with it being a Sunday. After a little wait they were able to find me a tire, get it mounted and get me on my way. I'm very thankful that they were open. I paid cash.

If u need a used tired or some minor car work. Come to these guys and they will get your car right. I took my '96 Honda Accord for a Front End Alignment and found out that I needed some extra work so I went ahead and got it worked on by these guys. I appreciate them very much. Now I can continue to drive my car and no worries.

I had a horrible experience visiting this shop all because they don t and won t torque your tires and claim they don t ever do torque and they never had a problem so they won t torque for me when it literally takes and extra 5 seconds each nut I have 5 he would ve been done in less then an extra 30 seconds since I was only getting one tire changed but Insted since they don t torque insted he decided to take the new tire back off put the old tire back on the the rim and I had to put my spare back on and go to a shop that would do the job properly. This is about 1 hour later and I ll definitely be looking deeper into the matter because I really don t think there guys are 100% legit with all the licensing and DOT requirements because if so they would not operate like so

Cash only no receipts. Good for flat fix n tire repair only. Crooks if need other work done. Also, lies n say u need work n don't. Men keep your wife's away from them they allow hotel residents to service them in store front n rear. I will call state emissions

Was not advised by the clerk that they only accept cash. So I had to drive almost a mile to find a ATM and get cash. And the wait time is long, but the price for the tire is great.

This is good for overpriced used &new tires. Last month I was paying $10-$15 less than I had to pay last week. When I told the owner this he threatened to take the tire back off after not alerting me the prices have gone up. There's no signs with printed prices and everything is done by hand/cash, no registers and no professionalism. Also make sure you check the tires before they install them too, because some of their tires have been patched/plugged or already have excessive wear beforehand

Ive been here twice...this was going to be my new spot until my second visit.I got my tire replaced by them and within 7 days, I had two bulges on the side of the tire they replaced. I took it back to show the man who replaced it and at first, he winced...then went on about how it was fine, "good tire", kicking it and so, to show that it was okay...which it wasn't.Not knowing that I knew it was dangerous and could burst at any moment...So, this older dude had no problem flirting with me, trying to get my number and in my pants - but can't honor his word regarding problems with the tire within 7 days.I'm glad I didn't listen to him and continue driving because it could have turned bad, quick...Just be aware of the tires they use on your car and the older dude with no teeth...he's more concerned with woman, no matter the age, than tires.

This place is very horrible. When you get something you want to feel good that you got it. But not with this tire shop. First time I came was about 3 years ago. I had low profile tires that they didn't have and kept telling me they was to small but they know nothing about tire sizes. So I got them anyway which was a little to big they rub when I turn. Second time was when I got my tire plugged and it went back flat like two weeks or less later. I came back to them and they tried to charge me again to fix a plug that a young boy was doing on my tire which he didn't do right. After they tried to run scam on me again I just left. Now the very last time I came was 3 months ago only cause the tire shop I like closed down. They gave me a used tire and I told him I already got 3 used tires I have from last year that locked better then the one he was trying to give me. He said it would last longer. Thread is starting to show already. They love cheating people and need to be reported.And they charged me $50 for a tire that looked way worser than the one that was on. Somebody need to take a hidden camera down there and record them a few times and send it to WRAL 5 ON YOUR SIDE AND TELL MONICA LALIBERTE.

Worse and he's so rude will not listen to you. Check and photograph your tires because he'll switch them on you and play dumb. Don't patronize this place he has no respect. He has his workers trained . He will lie to you in a minute

Worst place they have kids working and these kids don't know what they are doing. Was there for 3 hours just to have 1 tire put on. The boy stripped 4 of my lug nuts then they wanted me to pay more because they got me new lug nuts. Never coming here again would not recommend this place at all

On our trip to Florida on the 4th of July, we experienced a slow leak in our tire. We were frightened that we wouldn t find a place open on the holiday but Uby s Tire was still open. We pulled up to the shop and our tire was quickly repaired. The service was quick and the staff was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I m handicap from a stroke and I went to get air in my tire and the gentleman that help me told me I needed a new tire bc the back passenger tire had a lot of cracks in it. He told me where to come and how to get there. I m not originally from here I m from md. Thank god I had cash in my pocketbook that I normally don t carry. I m blessed and highly favored for good ppl willing to help me. I got a used Michelin tire for $40. Elvis help me. Thank you so much you made my day complete. Friday may 7, 2021 at 10:15am

I've been dealing with Uby's Tire for the past 15 years and I must give these guys their credit they definitely help a guy out when he's in need of a "decent" used tire. Appreciate the help and assistance when I have needed you guys!!!

Pulled in and the guy jacked my car up and said that their tires are $45 before he took my tire off my car then as soon as he took my tire off he comes back and say $50 we got different prices when he already knew what size tire I needed

I came here back in 2017 and they sold me a used tire that went flat the same day! Wasted $60 on a tire that went bad immediately after I got it put on. Never ever again will I come here.

These guys make up prices as they go ... Wanted to charge extra to put the spare back under the truck and to put the center cap back on the rim .. NOBODY has ever done that.

Broken tire nut and flat tire. $30 and in about 30mins I was on the road again with a patch on my tire.Was impressed with service and surprised how busy they were. Definitely will recommend.

Check these guys out. Uby , Elvis or one of the guys will definitely get you straight in a timely and professional manner!! I burn the back tires on my mustang out ALOT. They already have me ready when I pull up!!

Wanted to charge $ 40.00 for tire Rotation...... I wouldn't take a Walmart Bicycle there with a Flat tire.......

The guy was fast and did exactly what I wanted. Tire had a puncture and I ask him to patch from the inside. He took the tire off the rim and patched it and installed it back on the rim.

Very rude. You ask the tire size and I am giving the size. And they act as if I don't know the size because I am a woman! Lost a customer before can even become one

Always good people && good place to get some good, used tires. It's the only place I go to for used tires.
