I took my I had just bought from a dealer that was having issues stalling to two wheels. They were amazing at troubleshooting the problem and fixing it. They also took the time to get to know me, providing great customer service. Unlike most other repair shops where you're just another ticket number. This is the only place I'll take my bike. If you're looking for a honest & reputable repair shop, this is the best in Rocky Mount.

Have been doing business with Tom Moore for over 3 years. Includes servicing & tires twice a year. In 2018 he saved me mega $$$ when I border line totaled my 06 HD Deuce. I was well pleased with how well they put it back together. Being a former outdoor power dealer, I know what it takes to be successful. Some of the necessary traits are honesty, good communication, the right products, & & good prices. I consider Tom as a friend.

This place has had my bike for close to 9 months now. I have missed the whole riding season. Not to mention charged me as much as I could have literally bought a new bike for. They have been paid and other riders come and go while my bike sits there. UPDATE: After receiving my bike back here I sit by the road broken down again $3,300 dollars later.

Great people to deal with! They are a straightforward and fair with their prices. Daniel put air ride on my wife s Road Glide and did an exceptional job. I am very particular about these things and the way he routed the wires and the airlines were perfect! I inspected everything when I got it home, and I wouldn t have done anything differently. Would highly recommend!

When to order parts for my bike, had already priced parts over a year ago for a new clutch, yesterday order a complete clutch plus a new back tire, labor and materials was actually just over 50 dollars more than what it was over a year ago with all the discounts he gave me, highly recommend
