Please change your Service Policy to include balancing with rotation each time,or perform the balancing and allow the rotation to be optional! Without the balancing the tires definitely will ware out,100%! Tires are too expensive to not balance or check the balance each 5,000 miles! I have noticed a lot less vibration after the 15,000 mile adjustment that I payed for them to be balanced! Thank you for the additional necessary maintenance that all tires need to last to their life of their expected miles!

It s been 8 or 9 months since I purchased my 2020 Highlander Limited from RMT. At the time of purchase I had an excellent experience no pushy sales pitches, cordial and knowledgeable sales force and everything was by their word. Since then I ve been privy to the best Service department that I ve dealt with in my 50 years of car buying provided by Rocky Mount Toyota. Anna and now Bridget are exceptional in their customer relations skills which reinforce my belief in a quality deal followed by quality service making a great and lasting relationship.Again thanks Bridget and RMT for what you do. Received prompt, courteous, and professional service. I was reminded by email of my service appointment. This was a no charge service since it was for a recall plus a free tire rotation because I had purchased the tires for my Highlander from my local Toyota dealer. I needed batteries replaced in my key fobs and I was pleased that they did it at no charge. They make it very easy and convenient to do business there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

3.26.2021: From the moment I drove up, Tony & Ken greeted me with kindness. Tony listened carefully as I explained the problems & clearly explained my options. In addressing repair priorities, he kept in mind I had taken off work to be there, making the best use of time. Tony & his staff identified the most crucial issue & addressed this immediately replacing an essential part. Tony & his fellow staff also solved another issue by adjusting a switch first before reordering a part that would not arrive until the following week, resolving the issue. This is the second time I have used Rocky Mt. Toyota. Their expertise & ethics are much appreciated each time. I just bought a like new Toyota Tundra from Jackie Burke, and she was amazing ... along with her team. They all stayed several hours after normal closing time to ensure that every box was checked. I visited Rocky Mount Toyota in hopes of finding a reliable vehicle that would better suit my family. I left with the vehicle I wanted and couldn't have asked for better service. I went in for my first 5,000 mile service. It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and courteous and there was minimal wait time. An hour appointment took about 15 minutes. Left with 4 different air pressures in my tires. This was my very 1st maintenance appointment on my 2021 camry that was purchased at that location. Spoke with the GM about the issue the same day, promised a callback on yesterday and haven't back from anyone. The carfax report came through email which indicated that the tire rotation was not done. Poor free service that Rocky Mount Toyota offers. I guess since it's free, they feel they don't need to provide a quality and complete maintenance check when the vehicles are brought in. Poor Poor Poor!!!! I need my car well maintained, I travel with me and my son in it!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The experience was excellent. My car was serviced at the appointed time, the waiting room was spotless, bottles of water were available, tv was tuned to a pleasant, non-political channel. I really like the work they did on the detail of the car. My only issue was I didn t check the center console of the my 4Runner I purchased. There was dirt and trash in that. I would recommend checking everywhere in the car and not just the surface...Overall, they did great and would recommend them again.Service: Auto detailing

My service advisor Venny did an excellent job servicing my truck. It had a creaking noise in the front end which took several visits to correct but Ken the service manager got it taken care of and I'm very happy with it now. I love the Customer Service of DJ Strickland and also Kenneth Battle. They was very polite and helping me get what I needed and helped me get into a vehicle. Only thing I didn't like was the rudeness of the Service auto when I asked for help with opening my hood but everything else was fine

Everything was great except for the shuttle service. In the past, they offered an actual shuttle, where one of the employees would take you back to work and pick you up once your service was complete. When I called last Thursday to make my appointment, I was assured a ride back to work and a ride back to the dealership when my vehicle was finished. When I arrived, I was informed that they now partnered with "Lyft" ride service and they would have to set up a ride for me. I was able to get a ride to work, but when it was time to get a ride back, there were no Lyft drivers available. I made them aware that I needed my vehicle back by a certain time and that I had to pick my daughter up from school. I waited over an hour for them to attempt to get a Lyft driver, so I had to scramble to find my own ride back to the dealership (I live out of town). Other than that experience, the service on my car was excellent.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This dealership is just not capable of getting you in and out in less than 2 hours. I was promised this wouldn t happen again last time. Same old same old. It s just getting old now. I just don t see why an oil change takes 2 hours... The auto chat that helps you set appointments doesn t work either. When you get to the dealership they have no record of your appointment and then the dealership gives you the sense that you didn t do your due diligence. Recently had warranty work done on my 4Runner. Vinny help with my rental that was ready when I arrived, stayed in contact with me during the time my vehicle was there. Once completed she called me to pick up. Very professional, courteous, and punctual.Thank you Vinny and Rocky Mount Toyota

The staff were very professional. I arrived early for my appointment, and they took my vehicle in with no questions or issue. The video of the service was comforting as it assured me certain things were indeed checked. I would definitely recommend this facility.

My sunroof wouldn t shut with a huge storm approaching and I showed up without an appointment and they were kind enough to get it shut ordered the part and had me come back the next morning and replaced my switch! And it was under warranty which I didn t expect! Kenneth was awesome! They had me in and out in under an hour! Service it self was great... only issues was with they mask requirements one guy came in without a mask sat down & started coughing & he didn't have a mask on I feel someone should have told him to step out,asked him to put one on, or gave him one. After he cough a few times I left walked to the surrounding business I come back walk in I hear a voice yelling from the side office didn't see anyone & they started yelling again some lady runs out asking to take my temperature I told her I was in already in the Service department & they've already taken it she looked like she didn't believe me but walked away while the same guy was still sitting inside still coughing. I paid over 100$ for a diagnosis and they didn t even tel me what was wrong with my car, just that they didn t feel comfortable working on my car and because it had high mileage that I should just replace engine and transmission. UPDATE: took it to dealership in Raleigh and they changed my ignition coil and car is running like new! I couldn t be more disappointed in Rocky mount Toyota, took my money and didn t help in anyway at all!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have not used Toyota Service yet. However I am the new owner of a 2021 Toyota Tacoma. DJ was my salesman and I have to say, he did a FANTASTIC JOB! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

I am very impressed by the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff there. They are very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and the price was great. My Experience was great at Rocky Mount Toyota. I took my 1992 Toyota Previa to them and they were able to do the work it needed. Despite it s age they still accepted the challenge of maintenance for this vehicle.
