My experience was top tier. Calvin did a great job answering every question I had as well as providing good recommendations for my vehicle. Patrick provided great customer service as well. These two guys are a dynamic duo. I have never had such a great experience. If you re wondering if you should go here and get your service just do it. The manager over Calvin can t remember your name but thanks for listening to a concern I had about a previous situation and addressing it as well. Thanks guys

Shamar and Sam did a wonderful job helping me. They showed me my filters for the cabin and air showing that they were old which both I never knew because other places didn't check that on top of doing a wonderful job with my oil change. They were very friendly, helpful with letting me know about everything, and gave great customer service! I definitely will be back here for more stuff for my car!

I always have a great experience at take 5. The service is always professional, quality, and even a little fun. The guys are always upbeat and excited about doing their job. Calvin was the tech I worked with today and he did an amazing job providing me with the information I needed and was extremely polite. As a single woman, this kind of service is appreciated, it s no pressure, and you know you re getting a good deal. You won t pay $300 for an oil change ladies 10/10 would recommend.

Sam, Calvin and Terry provided immaculate service! Before I even acknowledged what I needed, Sam greeted me with a smile and a complimentary bottle of water. Sam was also very knowledgeable in offering and educating me on additional services to keep my vehicle running smoothly. Sam wasn't pushy and didn't make me feel as if he was trying to force services. Calvin ensured that all services were accurate and customer approved. They also checked my tire pressure aaaaaand cleaned my windows (front/rear). I must say that I'm impressed with the services I received today. I'd definitely refer anyone needing the services they provide. Awesome service. Amazing staff.

We showed up at 6pm on the Saturday before Easter to an hour wait and the two men that were working told us that they d make sure we d get our oil changed tonight even if it meant they had to stay late and that they did. Those two guys (Sam and Calvin I believe their names were) worked their butts off getting everyone done that they could and deserve so much kudos! I will continue to go back to this specific Take 5 solely for those two workers, they made my first experience also not be my last. They treated everyone with respect even though they knew they were looking at staying late the night before a holiday and I will forever be grateful for them!!!

Sam and the crew who changed my oil and air filters, and even the rest of the shop were beyond excellent from the time I pulled in for my services until I left out the garage. Checking not only on my car but me as well. Wonderful experience all around for my 2nd time at a take 5. I will most definitely return for a 3rd. Thanks to all the guys there today at this location. I appreciate it all.

Taking of information very intrusive & long. Started my oil change before I chose oil change level. Big drama about oil. Honestly I wanted to leave but they had already drained the oil so I could not. People not in uniform working on my car, not sure if they were employees. It was a 35 min ordeal, overpriced hugely. Signing papers. Please take 5 to take my information out of your database...

I visited Take 5 Oil Change (Rocky Mount, NC) on 5 March to get my mother's oil changes. I must say that this was the best service that I received in my life. The crew was very professional, efficient, and enthusiastic. They kept me informed through the entire process. They made me feel very comfortable about the service that I was receiving. I want to personally thank Deanne, Ian, Tyrius, Shamar and Marvin. You guys demonstrate the epitome of what excellent customer service should look like.

I had a wonderful experience with an oil change, air cabin filter change, wiper change and fluid change at Take 5! Calvin, Terry and the whole crew were knowledgeable, quick and had great attitudes. Definitely worth the value and they get you in and out!

Went today for an inspection and oil change. First time visiting this station. Such a great crew at this locaton. The crew were very welcoming as soon as I entered the lot. I did have to wait, but Tyler was sure to keep me updated. I was greeted by any team member that I came in contact with. Tyler did an awesome job with my inspection. My oil change was performed by Tyler, Sam, and Exzavier. I love how you are able to remain in your vehicle during the process and how they keep your informed of everything. I am beyond satisfied and will be back for my next one. Here's to a new and repeat customer. Thanks Guys!

I had heard a lot of good about Take Five but I was disappointed first I waited 1hour and 10 minutes before they even touch my truck. When they finally started on it they tried to sell me everything in the store. I will not go back. They didn t check anything. They just changed the oil. I could have done what they did in 20 minutes myself. I go to those places so they will check everything out. Differential, transmission, etc they did none of these things but charged as much as places that do.

Take5 in RM is amazing! The team always takes great care of me and makes sure everything is just how I need it. Sam was great. Answered all my questions and made sure everything was accurately done. 10/10 experience every time.

Techs were very polite and even offered me a beverage. Unfortunately, after waiting for almost an hour to get my oil changed, they did not have the proper socket to access my oil filter. Once again, this is NOT a dig at them as they were perfectly fine, however after waiting an hour and finding out I could not have my oil change really was unfortunate. I hate to say it but I may have to avoid going there due to this incident.

My first experience here. The guys were very friendly and fast. They asked the required questions and offered a few suggestions, not overbearing. Very polite and helpful. You stay inside while the service is performed. It did not take long at all. I was very pleased overall with the service I will return. Byron did a fantastic job

Was it expensive? Yes, but I need 8 quarts, so that's on me.Was it worth it? Absolutely! My entire visit here was quicker than just checking in at other places.I know it was cold, but these guys were still super nice. And yes, they have to try to upsell, but they weren't pushy.

"TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE!"This was the worst oil changing station ever: The employees were playing like children. And the prices of the oil change was super high. And When I got up to get my oil change the people went on break, Had me just sitting there for almost a whole hour: and then they Try to scam me in getting a very high Price oil change that I did not need! So I left, and went down road to: PRECISION oil change, and got a much better deal. And a much better Price.

This place had probably the best customer service I ve received in all of Rocky Mount. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, proactive, hard-working, and engaged. Calvin took great care of my car, and offered an amazing overall experience. Will recommend to everyone.

All technicians were nice and friendly and explained what they were doing to my vehicle and what they suggested I needed done. I will be back at the Rocky Mt. Location to get my oil changed each time. Hands down a very pleasant experience.

Exeviar (I might be spelling this wrong) but the manager on duty was a pleasure. He greeted me with a smile. Talked me through everything as he trained a new employee. Made sure that I was being taken care of in a timely manner and represented the company well. I had just bought my car in Durham and knew I wanted an oil change here based off last time with the other two gentleman who still were there and equally as great. I love the is location. They are so informed on the vehicles and make sure you learn with the knowledge you necessary for your cars. I love it and them! Thanks Guys! Whole team needs a raise. Also new guy Tyler WAS AMAZING!

Had oil changed there and they lied to try to upsell. Was on the phone with my father listening and they told me i was out of coolant and needed a flush. Found out was untrue and was looking everywhere for a cabin filter even though was told I didnt want it replaced. Also guy in red shirt also rude about me not wanting anything else except the reason i went there. An oil change. Lost 3 customers today. Me and my parents.

I visited Take 5 after work...due to my work schedule and weather the two men took care of my truck and had me out I'm no time...so far I'm pleased.
