These guys are amazing. Blew a steer tire on a Friday night, they picked up on the first ring! Translation was a breeze. Tech was super cool, and extremely professional. Thanks again guys!!

I cannot say enough positive things about the great job that I Ali did on my truck. His word was honest and truthful from the beginning of the process all the way to the end I had a lot of people who said what they could do, but none of them delivered. Thanks to Ali I am back up and running and back in business.

Ali came out quickly. He diagnosed problem. Their was never a question of his ability because he knew his trade. Confidence in talking with him was reassuring. His only interest was to get me going, fix my problem, and have a satisfied customer. I am so very thankful that I came across this business by doing a simple google search, as it has been hard to find someone to work on our trucks. They have helped us out 2 or 3 times over the past few months with our box trucks, and they ARE ON IT!! They had us up going in no time, which is very very important when you have a business to run. I 100% recommend them!!!!!!!

3 hours into a family vacation, 2 of our RV tires went flat. We looked for 3 more hours trying to find someone around that had our tire size, no luck. Until I emailed STARS & within 15 min I had a reply stating he had 2 tires for us!! We had such a sigh of relief. He is so pleasant & we will definitely be keeping his info for future references!

Our tire pressure light came on 1.5 hrs into a 4 hour car ride. Apparently we picked up a screw on our ride and the air was leaking quickly. Our tire was plugged & we were back on our way in about 15 min. Excellent service and very friendly and professional mechanic. Don't hesitate to call!Service: TiresService: Tires

I was traveling from Tampa, FL to Maryland when I had a tire blow out. I was in a bad situation in the middle of nowhere. I called a couple of shops and the mechanics were rude. It all changed when I contacted STARS. Ali was professional and calm and had be all fixed up before I knew it. He s got the old school way about him. You would make a mistake if you didn t contact this team first.

A mechanic named Ali came out to fix what I thought the was the problem. He identified what it actually was ASAP, and had me fixed and rolling. Mind you, in the business, most would have oversold you on what you dont need. He saved me time and money, which is a blessing during these times. No doubt when I'm in this region, Ali is now my go 2 guy. That man needs a raise. Honesty is refreshing!

Top spot repair told me my truck had to be towed to the shop plus of course the repair.I called this guy and he came out and fixed my air leak on the spot!!!Got the job done and did it right ....Call this company if you are in the Rocky Mount area and need assistance with a repair.
