Mr Sykes was a pleasure to speak with about my son's car. I showed up without an appointment and was helped right away. He and his mechanic, Christian, worked quickly aligning all of the tires and answered all of my questions about an issue we were concerned about. Will definitely return to have my other vehicles aligned and highly recommend them to all of my friends!!

I went there because my car is very low and I think they are the only one in Rocky Mount can do it. The day I went must was a busy day I had to wait along time. But once they got me in they went to work. I take care of my cars. The only take away I give them is when they went in and out of my car they left oil spot or dirty spots on everything they touched. It was very hard to removed. But if it want for leaving those dirty spots I would have them 5 stars. If I have to go back again I would just let them know. Friendly staff also.

I got wheel alignment and 4 new tires, the car drives like it is brand new. He received the tires the same day and it was very quick service. Awesome work! And the price was right too. I highly recommend!Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Fixed me up not only same day, but 5 mins after I drive into the parking lot. Didn't have an appointment and was surprised how fast I got in, as well as how fast I was out of there. Very friendly owner and owners son. Will be back again.

Took my car in for an alignment. The tech put my car on the lift then came out and said you should probably get tires first and charged me $35! I asked if I go get tires and come back will the $35 go toward the alignment? It only took 5 minutes to do what he did. He said no. He knew he was gonna say that when he went out and looked at the tires, but didnt. Bad business tactic. I then had to ask for a receipt for my cash! What a rip off. went and bought new tires and took my business somewhere else. The next business said we'll they are *** ***** down there. Satisfied with my tire purchase and alignment from the next business. $35 really? Have lunch on me. My whole family used to go there for many, many years.

I have been taking my vehicles to Ron for over thirty years. The first time was back in the 1980's for tires. I had called around and gotten several prices from other dealers. After giving me prices for tires, all of them then added in fees for mounting and balancing. Not Ron. He gave me a price and then I asked how much additional for mounting and balancing. The price he had given me included the tires and all associated charges. Ron said that he kind of figured that I wanted the tires on the vehicle and balanced so the price he gave me was the total price the first time, with no surprises. Over the years, he has done brakes and alignment for me and, of course, tires. It is now a family business with, I believe, three generations working in the shop.Take your car or truck to Ron. This is a place that you can rely on to get quality service. They are very friendly and they keep you informed of what is going on while getting work done on your vehicle. I highly recommend.

Service was very good they are the only place that can give you an alignment when the others say they can't do it...I had an issue with my SUV and they fixed it without a charge...THANKS you just don't know how much they made my day

Was recommended to this shop by my boss. Took my work van in for an alignment and they do good work, fast. Price is more comparable then a dealership on most stuff. Update : After a year my van still drives straight as an arrow!

First visit to have tires balanced and rotors turned. Second visit to have tires mounted and balanced. Third visit to have front end alignment. Work was done on three different vehicles and handled very competently. Looking forward to returning for future repairs due to the satisfaction I've received.

They did a bum job alignment on my car and tried to overcharge me for other stuff that I needed done. They quoted me $400 for a $40 job (not the alignment of course). I had to get another alignment elsewhere.
