This was by far the best interaction with a dealership i have ever encountered. Amanda Simpson was wonderful to work with during the sale giving clear, concise information on the car and the entire purchasing process. I was able to find my son his perfect car without breaking the bank and losing my sanity :D Thank you for all of your help and expertise!!

I worked with Suzan Richie, the purchase of my 2023 Toyota Camry she was very nice, easy to work & honest. She wasn t pushing to make a sale. She wanted to walk around and look at the other cars in and out to make sure this was the one I wanted, she made sure to help me understand everything with the paper work and letting me ask the numerous questions with out a change of spirit. I high recommend to anyone that is look for a new/used car at this dealership to talk Suzan Richie she very nice and easy to get along with.

Had the BEST experience at this dealership!!!!! Ms.Suzan was able to work her magic and get me in a beautiful 2024 toyota Rav 4 ! not only was she a great sales lady but she was the nicest person to work with and communicate with!!! She kept me updated with all my information considering my car wasn t on the lot yet!! she went above and beyond trying to get me a vehicle!!!! I will definitely be referring her to other folks to get a vehicle

My wife and I were driving to Savannah to celebrate our 31st anniversary, when we ran over what looked to be a brake drum. Once we had the donut on, we contacted Jay in the parts department by phone hoping for a direct replacement. Unfortunately, there was not one available anywhere on the East Coast. So, Jay said he was going to explore options for us and to head on in. We limped our way there from I-95 South weigh station before Rocky Mount. When we arrived Jay had a slightly different size rim and tire ready to go. He set me up with Mike and Ken in service and we were back on the road in about 40 minutes. Not only was the service exemplary, the cost was less than the pre-service quote. Jay made sure I had the part number for the direct replacement when I get home, the center cap and valve stem cover which don't come with new, and showed me the shattered TPMS he attempted to salvage. These guys are great!!! So good, that when I'm in the market for the next new car, it will be worth the two-hour drive for this kind of service!!!

I had a fantastic experience working with Sales Rep. Suzan Richie at Toyota of Rocky Mount. The best service!I needed a battery for my Prius V. The parts staff member was very professional and helpful on the phone! When I arrived in the parking lot, I was greeted by a helpful staff member from the service department. Even though I arrived prior to the time the parts department opened, a helpful service representative took me to the department and I received the part in record time. I can't recall getting any better service anywhere! I highly recommend this service department and everyone I met was friendly as well.

I worked with Jackie about 2 years ago when purchasing my first car. She made the process very smooth, worked with me, & overall had my best interest at heart. I recently just purchased my 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Toyota of Rocky Mount. My experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Although we were there for a few hours, it did not feel like it. Jackie was my saleswomen and was awesome!! Jackie made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. I recently purchased a Tundra from Rocky Mount Toyota and Jackie was my saleswoman. She made sure I was comfortable with the experience and made it one of the best experiences I have ever had. Bought a truck 10 days ago, buying went well with Jackie and not the single most issue, truck had a clean carfax and only looked to have normal dings and scratches. Few days later I noticed their was a lot of white over spray on the truck and wasn t painted correctly which lead to me discovering the truck was in some sort of accident which involved the bumper/bedside/driver side mirror and misc components being damaged. It was hidden and unless you crawled under the truck and looked around wouldn t have noticed. When brought up they offered to do a trade in where I would lose a bit of money that I can t afford or keep paying for a truck that was wrecked/damaged. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. Either keep paying full price for a damaged truck or trade in for something I can t afford now due to negative equity from a truck 10 days old. I m now stuck with a damaged truck. Lesson learned to not buy another truck from here.

I was introduced to Mrs. Jackie Burke thru her husband (David) my coworker. As I was looking for this particular SUV. She called and advised me that not only could she help me but she could find whatever I needed. Low and behold Mrs. Jackie had exactly what I was looking for. It has been nearly a month since my husband and I bought our 2018 Pacifica from Rocky Mount Toyota. Our experience was a very good one. Our sales lady, Amanda, made the vehicle buying experience so much better than I expected. She went into the lot eager to help us find something just right for us. Her eagerness was genuine, not pushy. My husband spotted the Pacifica and knew that was the one . Since it is a hybrid and I am clueless, Amanda stood with me to research alongside me. Not once did she seem annoyed by my questions or my need to learn as much as I could about the hybrid vehicle before she grabbed the keys for a test drive.Once we decided we wanted to move forward, Amanda and the manager gave us plenty of time to talk to each other and not push us. I found out later that they were 3ish hours past closing time.

My Husband and I came to the Toyota lot here in Rocky Mount to look for a family vehicle that we could potentially take home. Mrs. Suzan King-Richie greeted us, she was very nice and pleasant to speak too. She has a lot of knowledge on the vehicle we were interested in, she was very helpful, professional, kind and friendly during our experience here at Toyota. Suzan made the transaction process very simple stress free while helping us save money. My Husband and I couldn t be more pleased! Back in November I was having major troubles with my older car, so I ended up making the decision to just outright buy a new one. My partner and I, as well as my mother, went here to see what I could get and it was a wonderful experience. AJ was my salesman and explained everything very well and thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable since buying a car is a huge commitment, and it was my first time doing so more or less on my own. When it came to actually getting the car ( 22 Toyota Corolla), he was awesome with explaining its features and showing me how to use them as well in the test drive. Post-sale he s been easy to reach with any questions or concerns I have, especially concerning weird scam mail. I couldn t recommend him any more. 10/10 experience. Thank you RM Toyota!

I called this location regarding a specific vehicle I wished to purchase cash for my mother. Called location and spoke to Brianna, who informed me the vehicle I was inquiring about was still available. I informed Brianna that I would be there in 30 minutes with my mother. When we arrived, a salesperson greeted us at the door. I told her who I was and who I spoke with. The salesperson walked to the front desk and spoke with another lady (possibly Brianna), who whispered to her. The salesperson then quoted the vehicle I wished to purchase, then claimed it was just sold. My mother asked if it sold in the last 30 minutes, and she responded "yes". The young lady seated at the desk (possibly Brianna), dropped her head and wouldn't look up. The salesperson then looked at the computer screen and then stated that they sell a lot of vehicles and this one was sold yesterday.This is why I despise dealing with sleezy car salespeople and dealerships. Deception and dishonesty was the driving force to get us to come to this place. Their goal was to get us to come to this dealership at any cost...even through lying. Terrible experience, sleezy salespeople.

I went to Rocky Mount Toyota because they advertised a lifetime powertrain warranty and I got a great price on the used vehicle I purchased. The team I worked with were very nice to me and the paperwork was done quickly. Erin, my salesperson, was very kind and helpful. She did whatever she could to make sure all my questions were satisfied. Thank you Erin. Erin would be a great salesperson to assist you. I would say that if you are buying used, make sure you take a close look at your car so that any problems that you might see may be addressed before you buy. I found a few problem areas with my vehicle but they were minor (cosmetic). The team did work with me to do their best to resolve them for me and made me feel that I had their full support. All-in-all, it was the best dealership experience I have had so far.
