Stopped by to see if they could fix some coolant pipes that are no longer available for an old truck. They had me sorted in a matter of minutes. Very nice people.

Great customer service!.Dropped my 1987 chevy Monte Carlo off to get my a/c fix and now it s blowing like a new car.He kept me updated on the parts and communicated the whole time.

Wonderful place! We are from Pennsylvania and were traveling to Florida last week when our car overheated suddenly! They were very polite, fast, and knowledgeable! I also didn't think they charged us enough for all the speedy work they did! You and your car will love this place! They saved us for sure!

Just based on my first impressions I'm very happy that I chose to take my vehicle here for service. Place was very busy though you can call and make an appointment to drop off that's probably your best bet I dropped mine off and they told me to be a couple of days. He told me next time call ahead and make an appointment for drop off that way you won't lose the usability of your car while you wait for a spot to open in their shop.

Went in a week before July 4th 2021 and was told they were busy and I'd get a call to schedule a time to drop off my vehicle. 2 weeks later still no call so I called back and was told it would be another 3-4 weeks and they didn't even bother to see if my name was in the system. This is poor business practices and I will not go back.My main issue is I spoke to someone face to face, not on the phone and they took down my information and then did absolutely nothing about it.

Had some work done in June. Totally satisfied with the work. About 90 days after the work was completed Matt from the shop called me to follow up on the work that was completed on my truck. I explained I was satisfied and remembered that my truck needed a state inspection 4 its upcoming registration. What a pleasure I made an appointment which I followed up on. Great company to do business with and I highly recommend them fully satisfied with their work.

This is TOP NOTCH business. I was traveling with my family from Michigan and had a radiator & AC breakdown -- the owner reviewed my van and explained everything, very professional. They then fixed everything FAST and gave me a super price. These guys are the best. And they have integrity. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you Rocky Mount Radiator!! God Bless!

These guys are awesome took my wife s 2013 Ford Explorer up there a year ago and started having a couple problems with it a little while later (new parts are not always perfect) and they replaced it all again with new parts and even threw in a new belt and tensioner pulley for free labor!!! If you want peace of mind and guaranteed work go to these guys!!!

I had to tow my vehicle here while visiting home from out of town. The staff was super friendly (including the dog) and the pricing was better than I expected from such a large facility. Definitely took the stress out of having my car worked on!

Very impressed with these people. I took my car here for an oil change after a Dodge dealership had not cared for it properly, and they checked it all over and found numerous small things needing care (air filters and more) along with tire rotations. Basically, they went the extra mile to check it, instead of just changing the oil. I'll keep my business here.

What amazing service. We were traveling to Georgia from Virginia and our AC stopped working in 95 degree heat. Not only did these guys have us back on the road within an hour, but they kindly worked us into their busy schedule. I can't say enough good things about this place. I only wish they were in our area. If so, they would have a customer for life.

Had a appointment to check k my car for a leak only to be told they are too busy and come back next week. I've used them several times with no issues but this really disappointed me.

The service is on point, the staff helpful, and my experience is always pleasurable. No one likes having work done, but Rocky Mount Radiator makes the experience better all around. Don't let the name fool you, I have had my car inspected here, oil changed, tires rotated, and brakes resurfaced. They can do it all!

All started in 2015 had a locked up compressor, replaced compressor assembly, condenser, accumultor, liquid line with orifice, fan clutch, cleaned radiator core, leaked tested, serpentine belt and replaced refrigerant. Added a power steering hose and it costed $1789.02. Lasted One year in 2016 I was back to replace the condenser which they installed and left a rubber mount in the way which put a hole in the condenser. They replaced condenser under warranty -- Tired to charge me for the refrigerant :( Also knew that my heater core was bad from water on the floor so they wanted nearly $1000 to replace that since you have to remove the whole dash which would take hoursss. So I went home and pulled out the dash in about 1.5 hours. Reinstalled with only two bolts and drove it back to them and showed them which to bolts were left along with having blue tape on the bolts. They surely didn't like that so they worked slowly on replacing the the heater core. I picked it back up and finished the installed of the dash myself. They charged my $498.75 for that job. They fussed and bitched about me starting the job of pulling the dash out and kept trying to tell me how much more there was to do. So now it's 3/27/17 guess what I got hot air again and the compressor is making rattling again. So I called them back up and told them I left on bad terms and that I spent all this money with them and this is the 3rd year in the row i'm having problems. And what comes up is about me helping pull the dash out. The dash has nothing to do with the AC unit or the compressor. They will not listen and will not work with you. They want only seem like they want to work the easy stuff from start to to finish so they can charge you for more hours of labor at a slow pace. I the person I talked to said I just want "FREE, FREE, FREE". Umm well I spent over $2200 already, I just want it Right the 1st time I had no issues paying them for their work as long it was right! But this is going on the 3rd year and I will be not be returning to this place and will recommend everyone else to watch out for the work they do or seek other places!

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff that covers all ranges of radiator repair. They can repair or completely rebuild any size radiator. They also offer on site repair.
