AJ and Russell were so amazing to work with and I got a great deal and great vehicle today for my daughter. We noticed one slight problem but they took care of it with no issues. I don t particularly like working with car dealers but these two are a dream team and I left with a big smile. Thanks guys!

I called about warranty with transmission not going into gear and was told all warranty appointments were full !!!! The salesman said he checked with owner !!! It was his decision !!! Do yourself a favor.. buy a car from someone you can trust !!!!!!!@@!@

Great company and wonderful people to deal with. Random went above and beyond to get me the truck I wanted and Russell was just so awesome to deal with...I could have sat and talked to him all day. This is our second d purchase from Rick Davenport Auto Sales and it will not be our last! We drove almost an hour to do business with them and would have driven even farther if necessary. Highly recommend!!!!

I just bought a 2015 Kia Sorento from this dealership and it was the easiest and most streamlined process I have ever experienced purchasing a vehicle. I got to the dealership and was out the door within an hour. All of my paperwork was ready to go.If you need to rebuild your credit- this is the place to go! I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had. No one should have to feel ashamed if they have bad credit due to life circumstances. And these guys really want to help you get back on your feet!Go see Bill Morgan and tell him I sent you! It is worth the drive!

These are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL individuals I have EVER come across! A mechanic was supposed to work on my car only to go on vacation without giving ANYONE any information about my car! So after about 2-3 weeks without my car, he is finally back to say it s the starter and say it would be done Monday, then Tuesday and now... they are saying it s the motor (after they supposedly already checked under my hood). A motor they ll have to order 2 days from now for whatever reason and won t come in until MONDAY... no apologies for the inconvenience, no offers for a rental (which they have!!) NOTHING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS TO THIS HORRIFIC COMPANY!!!!!!

Brandon and the staff are friendly, knowable and will go out of their way to help with your auto needs. They offer good quality ,low mileage vehicles and good prices. I purchased a GMC Sierra Denali truck. I searched the internet sites and Rick Davenport Auto Sales had the best deal and lower mileage. If they don't have what you're looking , they can find it for you. They have a great service department . The showroom is very clean and comfortable. I'll be looking now for a car for the wife. You won't regret buying from Rick Davenport Auto Sales.

I have purchased 3 vehicle's from their car lot in the years to past, and their prices are resonable to any job weather you're making PT hours or FT they will sale you a car,and I've never had any problems out of either one of my vehicle's in the past. I've paid all 3 vehicle's off and received my title during my last payment on the spot without any problems at all, they stand behind there word and there vehicle's you'll be glad that you purchased from Rick Davenport. The only thing I would ask them to do is acquire your paid off vehicle to be subject to be shown on your credit for future references. Thanks Brandon and Rick Davenport you guys will earn my business again soon I have no regrets.

This establishment must ran by the most famous good Ole boys. If you're a FBA (Foundational Black American) The white boy in rentals will question that you have the qualifications to rent from them. 2022 I see more Mountain dwellers being the fiends then BLACK ppl tho ... Are you mad at me or yourself paste boy???

Excellent ! I will rent from them from now on, made a reseveration at enterprise for Wednesday, went to pick up car and they couldn't find it and had no cars available. Being after 5 p.m. checked website for other rental places and Davanport popped up. Called them and they said they had 1 car left . they would have closed by the time I would have gotten there but they stayed there till I got there. I'll never rent from enterprise again, Davenport will get my business from now on

They're very helpful. They also have a great car rental rate and even have things to entertain children (ie. Coloring books, crayons, basketball etc...) . Much less hassle than Enterprise.
