Disregard this review. I wrote the review on the wrong company. I attempted to delete this review, but it failed several times. This review was intended for a company in Wilson. However, after doing the research, the error was on Triple A. I am disappointed in Triple A's error and have reached out to them as well. I apologize to this organization for writing this review on the wrong organization.I would NEVER use their towing service again. They were scheduled to pick up my vehicle, but called and said they would need to store it overnight and complete the transport the next morning. I disagreed with them storing my vehicle overnight because I was not aware where it would be stored. However, they lied to Triple A and said I agreed to them picking it up and storing overnight.I gave them one star because zero was not available. They give Triple A a bad name. If they do not want to do the work, they should remove their name from the rotation.I asked Triple A to reschedule with someone else and within 30 minutes I received a call and within 45 minutes my car was picked up and transported.

I wanted to come and personally thank this whole staff for a job well done on getting my car back on the road in good timing to make it to my business meeting. Truly a blessing to have a great auto team conveniently in the area to save the day. 10/10 !

Very horrible and unprofessional. They will cut your car off anytime they want to, they told me my insurance was cancelled when it clearly wasn't and cut my car off. I do not recommend and alot of people told me the same after I got the car. IT BE YOUR OWN PEOPLE WHO DO YOU DIRTY! Not to mention that I found out after I purchased the car it has a bad oil leak & had to buy a new starter but when I brought it to Marvins attention of course he acted as if he didn't know. Enter at your own risk is all imma say.Definitely not mad because I have proof. When your insurance lapse you get a letter from Raleigh hunni, not my first time having a car. My insurance said pending payment but whatever makes you sleep good at night you go right ahead, unprofessional like I said & it be your own people.

I have bought 3 vehicles from them, currently driving one. The other 2 served me well. I drive HARD, like oil changes every 6 weeks hard and they held their own. Any issues were fixed, with no run around, at realistic prices and expectations were met. When it comes to my next vehicle, if they can get the one I want I'll be getting it from them again.

I go to Richie s for ALL of my car needs! Car repair, maintenance, tows, and inspection. They have great customer service, knowledgeable at what they do, and very professional! I highly recommend them!!

Mr Marvin was nothing short of amazing at the lot!! He took his time and made sure we were informed throughout the whole process!!! It was seamless and easy!!! Shon looked out for us at her shop in wilson after we got the car!!! Shon is one of a kind and actually cares about her clients and work!!!!

Richie s auto service group does a amazing job on my truck . Anytime I need anything major or minor my favorite staff is Tony he is fast and well organized I love when he works on my car . he takes his time explaining every detail even the cause and affect of the car problem . Tony is great ! Thanks Richie auto group.

I'm very pleased with the promptness and great customer service from Ty and Everton!I had been waiting on another company since 7:01 and they were giving me false ETA. I called Richies6and spoke with Ty at 9:05 and he had Everton out by 9:25!

How am I not a customer when I was sold a lemon? 2012 Ford Fusion that I only had two months that needed almost $2000 worth of work done? Horrible customer service from Marvin. Lost a great customer, everyone love how the car looked but all agree they ll never so business with y all!!

Worse People To Purchase A Vehicle From.. Check Engine Light On In A Day Leaking Oil and smoking within a week.. Paid for tags only to receive them after the 30 days and didn t even have the decency to call and say they had them.. But called when I switched insurances to make sure I had a 250 deductible and them as lien holder. Crooks Left a comment under mine to call manager! I went to the manager the day after I purchased the car.. it started to act up Nothing was done !

Not open on Saturday as stated online. Makes it hard for an individual who works the same hours as you're open to do any business with you.Response to comment below.I did try, I was told to "call back Monday to figure something out". I originally called on Thursday. I figured 2 days would've been enough time to make an appointment. I guess you're too busy to make money. I'd also like to add, I asked multiple times on Facebook for information, with no response. After 48 hours and me getting stern, I finally got a response. Still didn't have my questions answered. "Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm new to the store". Was the response I got. Bad business ethics.I see you changed your hours online. Good job.

Hi just wanted you'll to know I was reimburse for my break pads for the 2005 Honda Accord. If all car lots was like Richie's they would be okay. I'm going back and taking my sister along with me. They are good people. I know this for myself. See you soon Richie's Auto for car number 2

Do not, I repeat! Do not buy from this place. They are very shady, have extremely high interest rates and prey on the poor. How they sleep at night is beyond me. I luckily had cash and made a final payment after a few weeks.
