First of all I would like to say I like my Massey gc1725mb , however I carried it up to premier , thinking it was under warranty. I was wrong , keep it short , they had it for a good bit , and finally told me I had bent the cross bar on the ssqa , I have never overloaded that tractor , I suppose the ssqa isn t very strong . Problem I have is they should have called me before they bent the warped cross brace back and charged me 300 bucks ! I would have just come got it myself and done that !!It ain t rocket science!.When I picked it up , I had to walk way out back no one offered to show me where was at or help me load or nothing. I got back there no key ! The guy shut the door behind me , I walked around the entire building and ask for the key and walked way back around to get the dang tractor!Bottom line , just got the feeling they were not to concerned about my business! Classic case of i bought a little tractor so I ain t important.I want be going back for the record .They just didn t seem to care.

I purchased a Stihl chainsaw at Premier. From day one the chainsaw did not work correctly. It was hard to start and smoked. I took it back and they made some adjustments. After that it still was not working correctly and I took it back. The technician said that it was my fault and it was going to be $200 to $300 to fix. Three times I asked to speak to the manager (I was told I needed to talk to Spencer). First time I was told he wasn't there that day. Second time I was told he was traveling. Last time he was in a meeting. I left my name and number every time and I never heard anything back.

What s great place. The people there are so easy to work with. The Service Manager (Ryan was his name I believe) was super helpful! He made sure that my experience was was memorable! I will do business here time and time again!

It was another successful visit, we went knowing that the fine folks at Premier Equipment could help, and they did as they always do. The backhoe needed some fuses, so we headed straight to Rocky Mount, North Carolina!

Best sales and service of any dealership in NC. You wont find a more fair and honest bunch to take care of your needs. Whether its a large tractor, mid size or mower, they have everything you need at Premier.

Not a good place to go if you need something.. they don t keep anything in stock, always have to order parts no matter what it is. Small and limited selection on Stihl products. The employees aren t the most knowledgeable on the parts and equipment they sale. I would drive the extra little bit and find another location.

Premier Equipment is the best place to buy a tractor..The staff is awesome and very knowledable.Nick Bellamy was my salesman and he is a #1 guy and worked with me and gave me a great deal on my new holland work mastet tractor.Ryan Johnson and the service dept is outstanding!!!! Anything i need or need ti know...Ryan is on top of it !! I fully recommend if anyone is looking to buy a NH or any other tracror or for any other tractor needs...go to Premier!!!!!

So this is Matthew Corts dad who wrote a bad review that was the last owners of premier equipment there new service manager was very understanding to our situation and has our mower back there and is doing the right thing by us . I think it s important to shop local and purchase local these new guys want to keep us happy

The people there do not know what they are doing or what they are talking about called and ask for a part number he looked it up and still gave me the wrong 9ne but first try to argue with me and tell me I was wrong about what I needed but I wasn't
