I got a low tire pressure warning within a mile of this station and pulled in at 4:51 with them set to close at 5:00. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally nice, and they went out of their way to find the small leak that was causing the issue and get me back on the road even though it meant they stayed later than closing. Can t thank them enough! I was over an hour from home. Wonderful service.

Stay away from these guys. I took my Cadillac To them to fix the timing chain and the took half of the engine off only to tell me that they couldn t finish the job because they didn t have the right tools! And on top of that charged me 500 dollars and they did nothing! I also had to pay 80 bucks for someone to tow my car to the actual dealership So that they could actually fix it and they are charging me A few hundred dollars less. These people will definitely take advantage of you. They had my car for two days knowing that they didn t have the tools to fix my car. They are scammers! Be aware! Older gentleman In the mechanic shop thought the issue was funny. After I got my car to the dealership for them to fix what these guys didn t fix, I discovered that some of the bolts were missing. The owner made a comment under my post but has not returned my phone call as I have left 4 messages in the past week. I wouldn t take a lawn mower to these clowns! Went to court and they lied. Again! Stay away from these clowns. They will cost you more money in the long run. Use the Dealer. Managers and owner seemed racist in court too.

if i could give it 0 stars I would !!! Never take your car to precision tune. They did an oil change and didn t put my drain plug back in all the way. My car started smoking on the highway less than 24 hours after the oil change and all my oil ran out the car and my engine locked up. They now have to replace my whole engine, I ve spent extra money and time behind this careless mistake on top of missing work waiting for a tow and for them to pay for a rental !!!

These guys took us right in and got us back out on the road quick and easy.Cost was reasonable. The manager was great. Staff friendly. I'd definitely use this business again if I lived closer.But they helped us get back on the road home to NH.

Came here the other day to get an inspection. Waited a whole hour for them to replace one small light bulb. 3 mechanics was having a hard time taking it out. They cool though.

Precision Tune Auto Care Rocky Mount, NC will never receive my services again after 15 years. Told them my car shakes when slowing down. They replaced an axle and cv joint per their assessment. $700 dollars later got down the road car still shakes. They told me to bring it back. But I m sure it would ve cost me more money in this economy we re already in. This has not been first disappointment with them but I believe in 2nd chances. But never again.

I didn't go at a busy time so they were quick and the prices are affordable. Knowing most of your car situation helps speed up the information process so they know what to look for. They were honest in saying they couldn't fix my radiator and recommended me to a place that could. They were all friendly and we had a good laugh when I explained what happened. I would definitely go back.

I usually try and only post positive reviews but unfortunately had a bad experience here. The customer service was great but the work done was not. I paid $120 for a full engine and battery diagnostic service and all I was told was that my brand new alternator was broken... After looking at the harness at home I noticed one of my pigtails was frayed and the battery fuse was blown. Seems like basic things that should have been looked at noticed during an engine and battery diagnostic.... Very disappointed in Precision and plan on going somewhere else for my car needs, especially after wasting $120Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Well this is my opinion. I felt my time there was wasted..I set there 4 hours to be told my car needed struts before they could do a front end alignment. Not to mention the price of it. I choose to go elsewhere the next time I need services done to my vehicle. My time is as valuable as their time. Again this is just my opinion and a way of saying it should have been done differently. I've always been taught a satisfied customer will always return but an unsatisfied customer will take their business elsewhere. A tip so you won't slip with the next new customer.

The lady at the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable too. Very appreciative of her; however, I got here at 7:50 AM and didn t leave until 11:00 AM. All I wanted was a regular oil and filter change I m very understanding of the time that we are living in now but I wasn t expecting this long wait!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went to Precision today in Rocky Mount. My son needed some work done to his radiator. He was quoted the price 379.00 and some change. Few hours later, he goes to pick up his car he's told 800+ dollars. They got over today! Corporate will be called.

I took my Toyota tundra in for a new alternator and these guys took my inside liner from my wheel wells off all 4 sides of my truck. Then said it wasn't there when they got it and that rocky mount is a tough place maybe someone stole them. Only logical thing I can think of is they broke 1 off and decided to take them all off thinking I wouldn't notice them all gone.

Wonderful experience! They went above and beyond for us. Tony the regional manager and the rest of the crew were amazing and extremely polite, professional and kind. We're from out of state and they took wonderful care of us. Knowing our predicament, Tony got our car in immediatly to start the diagnosis. He even when out of the way to get a part in Raleigh to help get us back on the road that day. To see such commitment to service and willingness speaks highly of what type of people work there. Highly recommend!

I understand oil change package but I didn't care about the other stuff. All I wanted was oil change and get out. Never coming here again. They may be short on staff or whatever the situation. But they need better communication towards customers and warn time wait, detailed maintenance, etc. If they would have lowered to price for not warning time nor communication detailed maintenance on the oil package. Would've went somewhere else for the time and money.Service: Oil change

I've brought multiple vehicles of mine and family members. They are quick and professional and great, fair price and they get it done right. Only small problem I did have is that they didn't reset my oil life after completion of oil change. They fixed it no questions! My # 1 spot for a tune up hands down.

The crew that used to be here took great care of us, and never gave us any problems. All new staff there now and it s a whole Slough of problems now. They forgot to top off my fluids that I paid for, and my tire pressure sensor is mysteriously missing. They refuse to fix it and claim the sensor was already missing - but never had an issue with the lift before? No that s a load of BS. Time to find a new mechanic shop.

I recently decided to take my Chevy Suburban in for some brake work. Brandon was very pleasant and informative on the phone and was the reason I chose their location. I am pleased with their work and service and I am assured knowing that it s backed up by a warranty. I will continue to trust them with my vehicle repairs.

I took my car to have it inspected and as usual there s a problem. Precision has inspected this vehicle for the last 3 years and nothing has changed. No modifications at all since the very first inspection. Today my car apparently failed inspection because the headlights were not bright enough. I was a little confused because this car has had the same 8000k HID headlights since i brought it. Anyone who knows anything about HID lights know that they are very bright. People sometimes tend to mistake low beams for high beams because these lights can be so bright at times. But fine maybe they aren t bright enough but why has this never been an issue? I then told the young lady there is always a problem when i bring my vehicle for simple things like an inspection considering i can no longer trust them to change my oil or do anything major. She replied with a attitude what cause we are following the law ? So for the last three years you guys have been breaking the law is what you are telling me? She then charges me $23.75 and tells me i have to come back there once the issue is fixed. I asked them could i swap the bulbs out with regular factor bulbs i was told we close in 10 mins . It doesn t even take 5 minutes to change those headlights it s a simple plug and play. This will be the last time i visit this place. The staff are a joke and the customer service is horrible. I wish i could rate a negative.

They were super quick and friendly. I was in and out in no time. And they even took the time to scrape the previous oil change stickers from another place I had been instead of putting it beside it like other places have done. Nice and professional, defiantly recommend!
