I took my car to them for the control arm and ball baring changes. I drove my car to their shop and it had to be towed to another shop. My car will not go over 5 mph now. Mexican Garage claim I needed a new transmission. They charged me other fees to try to diagnose it. I ended paying them $1000 and my car still is not working!!! I can't even drive my car to see if the control arm and ball baring has been fixed bc it won't go over 5 mph. I have spent an additional $500 on my car at another shop and it's still NOT fixed. My car was driving fine with NO major problems before I took my car to Mexican Garage. I don't like to bash small businesses but they won't admit that they caused this problem with my car and now I'm stuck paying additional money to get my car fixed or possibly selling it. Be careful when taking your vehicle there. In my opinion they can't fix cars and then want to charge additional fees.

This place has some Good people. Theyre patient and considerate. Will take my car here again without a doubt. And when i came for inspection one time, they had me in and out within a good 20 mins from me arriving, waiting & leaving. Thanks yall

This is probably the worst experience I've ever had by getting a car fixedI would never ever come back to this place again even though I'm right around the corner within walking distanceI needed my brakes done and I was charged $600 in total including them looking at the truck that I hadI told him to bring my truck backI was told from the lady at the desk that they had already removed my parts off the truck and they would charge me to put them back onI know when they see this feedback on Google they going to say that they didn't charge me for storage you might as well have charged me for the storage if you charge me $600 to put the brakes on which they was not fixedThe lady brought my truck around after I paid and it looked like she didn't know how to drive also my brakes was going down to the floor I do not recommend anyone to go here forBrakes repair forBrakes repair for anyBrakes repairI got ripped offYou at your own risk if you go to this place for repairAlso A1 mechanicsAlso A1 mechanics isAlso A1 mechanics is horrible as wellI do not recommend any of these places to go get any repairs done

I had the driver side TV axle put in by them and now I have to get my transmission either rebuilt or replaced because the CV axle when I turn the wheel right just pulls out where it goes into the transmission, I tried bringing you back to them to figure out what the noise was and they tried charging me an $85 diagnostic fee and once I found out what it is and showed them They told me they were going to charge me $800 for labor and then over $2200 for the price of a refurbished transmission, they didn t even try to fix their mistake and now I m stuck with a very costly repair, they are cheap. They made you good work on some certain things but overall I m not impressed .

This place is the worst auto machine shop ever...the beginning of the year sold me bad tires that's no good last for 6 mouth's.. October 28 2023 they told me with my AWD service light on , I needed to change my gear oil and go to AutoZone to get the oil ... They charged me $88.40 to do the repairs and then the light stay in all-wheel drive service need to be repaired still was on and then they told me I need to check the car to the car dealership... They did not know what they was doing.. they had people that wasn't speaking English working on my car but have ladies that talk for them charged me $88.40.. phone with the work they did not do and then told me go to the car dealer so my light all-wheel drive... People they are a rip-off do not take your car there

We went in to see why the steering wheel was shaky, and the car was also overheating and leaking coolant. The mechanics were amazing. They fixed the issues within a few hours. Everyone there was so nice, and the prices were very affordable. I was literally praying we could afford the repairs with having kids and needing to get back and forth to work. They were nice and professional in the office. The gentleman who worked on my car was very nice and let me know exactly what I needed. Best of all they didn't over charge me! Great place! I'll be back! Thank you

I purchased a used tire from them today. A woman came out and asked me which tired I needed to be repaired. I told her that I needed a passenger front tire. Another woman came up to me with a tire in that looked almost brand newand that it would be $50 for the tire. I paid her the money while waiting she asked me if I could step out the car while he changed the tire and I did. While waiting for the tire to be changed the guy who was changing my tire came out with a completely different tire from what the woman showed me and when I asked him about it he said he doesn t hear well and it wasn t the same size tire that I needed. So I asked him why didn t he let me look at the tire before putting it on and he asked if I wanted him to put the bald tire that I had back on my car. I told him no and that I wouldn t be receiving services here anymore and to just change the tire. He mumbled something in Spanish and put the tire that was the correct size on the vehicle. Fast forward on the same day as of right now my passenger front tire is flat. I will be returning on Monday when they open, to have this situation fixed. I definitely will update this review if nothing is taken care of.

I love this place! I took my car to get checked out from a noise it was making and got my answer! They fixed it for me and I had no issues! The ladies in the office are so nice and professional as well as the young lady outside! I will be coming back!

I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone I always tell my husband to meet me there. I always see people coming back fussing. Used tire they sell have nails already in them they didn t want to dip or spray. Find another tire shop instead. I just get my tires I don t trust them to do anything else major but simple tire work they can t even do that right. Don t trust or recommend

My mom got her brake pads changed and when we left the garage the brake pedal went to the floor and we couldnt stop without using the emergency brake. I drove it back to the garage and asked if he bled the brake lines and he tells me he don't do that and he changes plenty of brakes and never does and we have to find someone else to bleed the brake lines. It's sad because we could have been killed from his negligence. I will never bring my car there and my mom isn't going back there either. They lost 2 loyal customers considering I have a big project needing to be done on my car. I also told the man that did the work that the brake pedal went to the floor and the line needed to be bled he stated we don't do that and started laughing and talking in Spanish as if we weren't there so I started cussing him out in English because he could have killed us we could not stop without pulling the emergency brake and he refused to fix it

This place is amazing! They have the cheapest oil changes in town and they are super quick. Most places say out in 15mins and 30mins later they are finally getting to your car. I will continue to return and I have told several people about them.

Service was awesome, my brakes were making a noise, I stop by and they service my car, they also show me my old brakes (which in other places don t do) they even ask me if I wanted my old brakes back, people here definitely nice and polite. Very professional " Very respectful to everyone. They are fair with their prices . I am a woman and l have looked around some places see woman and they go $$$ .I have searched hard and l tested this site out and l am very happy my white E-150 Ford is happy . I recommend this site 5***** for us that's not macanical and want to go somewhere affordable and quality give them a chance . Rocky Mount
