The team at the dealership were most helpful and patient with my car buying experience. Any little thing I needed they were on it. Steve was awesome in getting me exactly what I wanted and the crew got me a payment I could work with and with no money down. It was the easiest car buying experience i ever had. This place is great and I truly appreciate these guys. You can't go wrong here. Thanks Maness team.

Ride right on past this dealership! Do not stop and buy from this dealership.My husband and I purchased a 2020 Honda CRV from Maness Motors in 2022. A very bad decision on our part. This vehicle has a moon roof. We have probably opened it less than 5 times since we purchased it. Two weeks ago we did. When my husband closed it the interior shade on the drivers side came off the track and broke. Keep in mind that we just pushed a button to close it. Long story short, I called the US Honda 800 customer service number to see if they would do a Goodwill repair. They have no record of the VIN number in their system. My husband has been speaking with a local Honda dealership and they could not pull up the VIN number in their system. Turns out, this vehicle was manufactured in Canada. The part to fix this, what seemed like a small problem, can only be purchased from Canada. The cost is going to be over $1,000.00. We have asked the management at Maness to cover the repair as we were not aware that this vehicle was not a US Honda vehicle and certainly didn't know that parts to fix any issues would require parts being purchased from Canada. Maness has refused to cover the cost. I have driven only Hondas over the years and have loved everyone of them. The mistake we made was not dealing with a reputable Honda Dealership with our last purchase.To say the least, we are very disappointed in the response from Maness. Lesson learned. We are posting this review so no one else will have to learn from their mistake, learn from ours.

I highly do not recommend this dealership I bought a overpriced truck from here had nothing but problems and after taking bit back to them many times they will not fix the problem even though it was in the contract. I'll be contacting VA lawyer

I am never doing business with Maness Motors, LLC again. This is what they called fixing my car. They subcontracted the work to another person without telling me. Put in a clutch and it came back radio doesn't work, wheel stud broken, ground wire broken, clutch not bled, tie rod ends damaged and not secured properly....and won't take responsibility for any of it!!!!

Great place to get a vehicle. I went there with low expectations because of my credit but amazingly came away with a pretty low mileage Nissan. They worked hard to get me into something and I really appreciate it.

I bought a car from them 2 months ago and now its not drivable smh plus they gave me a key that cant even open up nothing in the car smh I had to buy a battery also my steering wheel light is on due to a malfunction now i have to find someone to fix it smh

Purchased a 2018 Ford Edge from Maness Motors in July of 2022. Let me first start off by saying the car was not delivered on time, but when it was delivered, it was driven from Rocky Mountain, NC to Sumter, SC. When we got the car, the engine light was on. Apparently coolant was not in the vehicle when it was driven down here. I ve had it in the shop numerous of times. The engine light is back on. Different problems occur every other week to a month. I ve only had the vehicle going on 8 months. And let me mention that the car has cut off twice while driving since I ve had it. The extended warranty company DOES NOT cover hardly anything. I just want to say that I am very disappointed in this company. I was very trusting and hopeful that this car would be reliable, but unfortunately, that was not the case. If you purchase a vehicle here, make sure you know everything before purchasing. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

If I'd have filled this out less than 6 months ago I would've given it 5 stars but 7 months after I purchased a car there, the transmission went out. I had an aftermarket warranty through Cars Protection Plus. It has now been 3 months and my car is still in the shop and the warranty company is trying to get out of covering as much as they can. They're barely paying anything to the mechanic's shop.

I would definitely recommend anyone to go here to purchase a car. I went in with high hopes and walked out feeling even better. Hunter made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I called and asked were they a buy here pay here bc my credit is horrible. Philip told me to give him a shot and he ll get it done for me or he ll personally take me to a different dealership. I had absolutely no faith in him. I was wrong!!!!! This experience was amazing and really made my day for now I m able to start working on my credit. THANK YOU PHILIP and I m sorry I forgot the other dude name for getting me into a car!! Everyone was wonderful!! I ll be referring everybody I can!! Oh also their cars are very good! Low miles and with the perks!

I really did not think I would walk out with a vehicle, much less the vehicle I really wanted but Josh Taylor made sure I did. Taylor and his team went out of there way to process my loan in record timing and I have never been treated with such respect and friendliness at a dealership! Completely amazed and highly recommend checking this place out before you go anywhere in rocky mount!!!

I brought a 2020 chevy malibu in Nov 2021. It had 50,000 miles on it. By Mar. 2022 it needed a transmission. They didn't help or cover anything. Was basically sold a lemon. But thanks to Hall Honda of Virginia Beach they blessed me with a 2019 Honda Accord with only 9,000 on it. Be very careful when buying from Maness Motors...

I don't even know where to start....the staff was friendly from the start and was able to convince me to get the car I wanted: a 2017 Hyundai Accent. From the test drive there was no doubt I made a right choice. Despite the lack of credit they were able to finance me and have payment plan for the next 4 years and allowed me to take my new ride home the same day. once again: THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! ^_^

This is definitely the best place to go to. This company offers great service in a timely manner. The employees are very knowledgeable on common general questions as well for maintenance or anything of that sort for the future care of your car. Will be coming back.
