I highly recommend this business!!!!The service was truly exceptional, Mr.Bobby went above & beyond ordering & installing my lift kit;keeping me updated during the process. They previously installed running boards for my jeep wrangler, I will definitely be returning again for all my truck needs.The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, such a delight to work with. Again this place is awesome! Very professional and the quality of work is an A+.

Ordered some camper struts through them mid October and here it is February still no update and call backs with updated information they just say it s on back order through an exclusive vendor they use. They don t even attempt to use another vendor to maybe get the order in quicker. No solutions to a problem they know they have. Really dropped the ball on being about customer service. Would not recommend doing any business with the Rocky Mount location.

Great people work with reliable on the guy name Chris help us out with order a car trailer I recommended every one go look for cars trailers and dump trailers and small trailers and enclosed trailers go to Leonard trailer and truck accessories ask for Chris

I wish Google would let me give these guys 100 stars! As we were traveling through Rocky Mount, NC on the 95 heading south, our trailer hitch had some major issues. We were out-of-state folks, just passing through and in need of some help. We did not buy the trailer hitch from these guys, but they treated us like we did! They had the expertise, all the right tools and sold all the right replacement parts to get us back on the road in no time flat. Talk about southern hospitality! Chris Vega and Silvon Carpenter treated us like family! Whenever it is time for new truck or trailer accessories we will gladly make the road trip to Rocky Mount to see these guys again!

I recently purchased a 7�14 enclosed trailer from the Rocky Mount location.Ed and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable in assisting me with my purchase. Ed made sure that I understood everything about the trailer and walked me thru the hookup explaining exactly how to adjust the brake controller feature, tire pressure and other safety features as well.In the past I've purchased truck accessories from the Rocky Mount location and have always been very satisfied with their customer service.Good product along with a knowledgeable staff translates to Customers for Life.Thanks again guys!

Silvon and his team were awesome. We needed to have our camper shell wired. The customer service and work performed was outstanding. I highly recommend you go see them for any truck accessories you need!

I recently purchased a barn from Leonards in Rocky Mount off of 301. Chris was the sales person at the location the day that I went by. He was friendly and easy to talk to and had me approved for credit for the barn I wanted within minutes. He kept me posted on the delivery throughout. I only had to put down a small down payment and payments each month are Much lower than I had imagined. I shopped around before going to Leonards because I wanted to make sure that I was getting the best quality building for the best price. I found all that I was looking for at one place. On the day of delivery I was notified that the truck would be arriving to drop off my trailer at the expected time. The delivery man could not have been any better. I have a very tricky driveway with some low trees and he was able to maneuver my barn to the exact location we wanted with no problems. He made sure my barn was level and secure and that we approved. This is the place to go if you are looking for an outside utility building that you are able to custom modify.I can't think Chris enough for following up with me later that day to make sure that I was satisfied with my building.

Silvon was super knowledgeable regarding the trailers. He explained reasons for needing certain trailer hitches etc. such a nice person. Customer service at its BEST!!!

I purchased a 12x24 building from Leonard USA in rocky mount NC, the experience I had with them was excellent, from financing too delivery and setup.i dealt with a gentleman named Chris, he was so helpful, very knowledgeable. The building is top quality and the price was great, maybe a little higher than a no name building but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I agree with Rebecca- I wish i could give Chris Vega 100 stars-On my way home to MObile Alabama i had a trailer issue-needed an unusual sized part-Chris stopped what he was doing- found the part-installed and had me on my way- turned what could have been disastrous situation!!I had made a few calls in the area and they were recommended by most of the folks i spoke with_thanks Chris-- i drove straight home -16 hours--

I have personally dealt with this store in Rocky Mount N.C. for many years. I and my family have received nothing short of excellent service. The manager ( Doug Pollard) has always gone out of his way to order and install quality products with the skill and knowledge expected. The staff are always willing to assist with questions and informed responses. I highly recommend this store and will continue to do business with them for many years to come. Great selection of truck accessories and trailer parts. I m new to towing a trailer and the staff at Leonard of Rocky Mount has been very helpful. They help me set up my car with a hitch and braking system. Kudos to Ed,Jerry and Zack!! Great people and team!

Me and my wife recently bought a 12 x 24 storage building from this GREAT company and i am more than pleased with their customer service. The building was made to my specs, even the vinyl siding matched perfect with my house. The building actually took less than 3 weeks to come and the delivered it expertly - no fuss no muss - VERY HAPPY. I am actually going back to these guys and getting a camper top for my truck - very knowleadgeable and friendly - I can see why they have been in business for 50 years

Could not be happier with my experience here, buying a utility trailer. Chris was excellent. He hooked me up (literally) with the right trailer, gave good advice, answered all my questions and got me on my way. Highly recommended.

One month ago I bought a 12 x 24 shed from Leonard on 301 Wesleyan Boulevard they delivered it a little before it was supposed to be there that was the only good thing however since we've had it and has had many leaks what are pouring through the door that slides up and down and the loft shelves were damaged as well. They sent somebody out approximately 2 weeks later and the man who came out repair the wrong Shelf and put putty in the holes as a carpenter he should have replaced the singles and repair the wood holes however there should still leaks we have gotten no service from headquarters and get the runaround from the store on 301 mr. Doug has promise as a Cooperative himself he was going to come out and fix the problems if he had to makes promises he cannot keep we still stare at the shed on our property and make payments for something we cannot use not to mention when the Jack like an came out to repair the shed he ran over my antique gnome that was inherited from Germany from my great-grandparents I was never reimbursed for that as well when they said they would

My husband and I had been looking around to purchase a flat bed trailer to haul all of our atvs. We stopped in here (first of May 2018) a couple times and talked with a guy (was polite and helpful at the time) to get an idea of what we need and a price. Found out we could finance so I applied to do that once we decided on what we wanted. We would have to order the size, so we went through their big book of trailers and options, decided on one and the man took all our info to get back with us on approval. The next day, got the call that I was approved so we went back down there to complete the order with his help, straight from the magazine. Was told it would take nine weeks to build and get to us. Ok, we needed the trailer, so we wait. Nine weeks pass, I call to get the status of the trailer (7�24), was told he would check and call me back . The weekend came and went, so I called back. This time I was told, "I was just about to call you. The trailer YOU ORDERED (to be made) IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE!!" By now ten weeks have passed, my info given out and credit ran and approved, thinking the trailer we needed would be here any time!! Talked to another man about the situation and all he wanted to do was offer us a smaller trailer for double the price which I said no to. Then I found out they had run my credit for the doubled amount any way!!

I ordered a tonneau cover from the Rocky Mount store on 11/22/2017. It was delivered to the store in less than a week and installed on my pickup on 11/30. Everything appeared to be good except that I noticed what turned out to be defects on the surface of the cover. The staff realized that I was not happy with the cover. One of them made a phone call and then offered to order me another one. I agreed, and then, they removed the cover. Leonard did not have one in stock at their warehouse location, so it had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, BAK Industries. Doug Pollard, the store manager, was not at the store on that day. Over the course of the next 9 weeks, Doug strung me along each time that I spoke with him about the order. I should have canceled it, but I decided to try to resolve the issue by contacting Leonard s corporate office. Within 30 minutes after talking to the operator at the corporate office on 2/5, Doug called me and I scheduled a date for installing the cover. The cover was installed on 2/7 by Doug and a co-worker, and it appeared to be ok. Within 2 days, I noticed the same defects on the surface of the cover and realized that it was the same cover that was installed on 11/30. I learned that the defects were only conspicuous when the sun was shining on the cover from the side at a lower angle in the sky and not when it was overhead or nearly so or during overcast skies. Anyway, I was furious that he had installed the same tonneau cover again, besides lying to me and stringing me along for several weeks. I did not return to the store to confront him on it, since I was afraid that I would not be able to restrain myself, so I contacted the corporate office again. I told the operator that I was done dealing with Doug, so she asked if I wanted to speak with his supervisor. I indicated yes and she wrote down my name and phone number. I did not hear back from Leonard nor did I contact them again. After 1 week had passed since I contacted their corporate office, I decided to reach out to the manufacturer, BAK Industries. I emailed a photo of the cover, showing the defects, to one of their customer service representatives at their request. They reviewed the photo and subsequently sent me a brand new cover. Now that s excellent customer service. I cannot say the same about Leonard, which appears to be at the other end of the spectrum. I don t know what Doug was trying to accomplish, but his actions were unacceptable. Based on other reviews that I have read, lying and stringing people along are apparently his m.o. Although Doug is mild-mannered and polite, it s just a facade.There is something wrong with the man. He is without a doubt, one of the most unprofessional store managers that I have had the displeasure of doing business with.

They got the job done quickly, and we were able to go in and see the building without someone breathing down our necks. Both gentleman working were very professional. I would recommend Leonard's to anyone looking for a building, a trailer or anything for their truck.
