Great service! I called in Friday and they fixed my windshield on Monday. Very easy to talk to. Awesome customer service and very professional from the first phone call. Technician (David) was very nice. He missed the turn and had to go around the block he immediately apologized for the delay when he drove up (maybe 3 minutes). I would definitely recommend them for glass repair and will be using them again if services are needed. Thank you to all the staff for a job well done!!

I must say upon Calling Mr.Jon on Saturday he told me to call back on Monday and i did just that and on Tuesday i had my brand new windshield put in very swiftly and the young gentleman that he sent out was very professional. They walked me and my husband step by step as to what they was gonna do and we were very appreciative of this!! I highly recommend Jon s Auto Glass inc.. if i ever need this type of service i will be using them again!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I spoke with the owner, and he scheduled an appt. to have my windshield replaced for the very next day on our 2016 Altima! David came out, and did the job in about 90 minutes. This young man knew what he was doing! He was polite, and professional as well!! Awesome job! The price was as quoted. Not my first time using Jon's Glass he makes house calls. Due to the nature of my damage had to replace complete windshield which required a Camara recalibration and a visit to shop met the tech on time and finished when promised. Bonus, he worked with my insurance company. Jon's is clearly the best in Rocky Mount and highly recommend

He came to my home at scheduled time and replaced the window in less than an hour, and even vacuumed the broken glass out of my car, while I was inside tele-working. It was half the price I was quoted at safelite. Great folks providing great service at a fair price. After national chain failed twice to show up, I did what I should have done originally: found a local provider. Spoke with Jon himself when I called, and then his team came out even faster than I expected and did a great job quickly and professionally, replacing the shattered glass and cleaning up everything!Service: Auto rear window replacement

I give this place a five star rating and I'm not going to go into details but them boys was very professional. Jon kept his word and I love there work. Great Prices !! I was serviced by the technician, Travis Phillips. He was very professional. Did a great job. I can barely tell there was a crack in the windshield. He had to leave and come back 40 min ride each way and he was still very pleasant. He worked fast and was very efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Owner guaranteed leaks would be fixed. Attempted to schedule repair as the back window leaked after 2 weeks and he never returned my phone calls. Horrible customer service. Poor customer service skill...called and made a appointment for them to come put a back rear glass in my car...took off work for this and no show...called them and they said we do not have you on the schedule...that was unacceptable..I wanted to give them no stars...people, when they book an appointment with you...please do not believe them!!!!

They came out to do my husband truck and they scratched the side with the antenna that was on it.. I called the Boss and he said they were not responsible for that.. and now its only been 2 yrs and got a big leak in it

Just hung up, really didn't seem interested in helping. Told him the problem and he told me i had to get the part and as I was explaining really not sure what the problem was, he said can't help me and just hung up.
