Above and Beyond!My baby brother saw my little 2022 SUV and was not satisfied with the terms nor the type of car that I had. He suggested I quickly go to Joey Griffin Kiain Rocky Mount, NC.He was VERY confident that I would get a great deal. I knew that my credit wasn't stellar but I went ahead and traveled down to Joey Griffin Kia.If I can tell you, I felt like I was visiting family, this is how Charles Elliott greeted us. He is a very cheerful and professional salesperson. He immediately showed us to his office. He made me comfortable asking if I wanted something to drink or a snack, if the temperature inside his office was okay...AND NO PRESSURE. Just little things like to make me feel welcome. Just sit and have a conversation, again, no pressure.Charles asked me what I saw myself driving home in.I didn't really have an idea... instead, he asked me small questions such as, how far do you drive to work? Do you have small kids etc., etc. He gathered enough information and in no time I found myself in a brand new 2024 Kia Sportage! When I tell you I just about cried when Charles showed me my new SUV, it was exactly and MORE than what I needed and wanted! AND the terms of financing were excellent!As Charles finalized my paperwork, I was warmly greeted by sales manager Mr. Stokes who was gracious to congratulate me.A HUGE THANK YOU to general manager of Joey Griffin Kia, Mr. Clarence Harris, who personally made sure my entire purchasing experience was a very positive one, respectfully.Lastly, primary finance manager Mr. Seth Boggess, made the finance process simple to understand, he was accurate & made the process effortless.In conclusion, I found Charles Elliott and his team at Joey Griffin Kia Dealership to be true professionals who possess outstanding communication skills, who are friendly and care about the customer needs and are VERY knowledgeable about the KIA product.It is with great appreciation and warm thanks to you Charles Elliott at Joey Griffin Kia and his team.Joey Griffin Kia will meet you where you are and move forward with a car purchase or lease that will suit your needs and wants.Charles went above and beyond my expectations and made my experience a great one I'll never forget!

Great service every time. It is easy to schedule with them and the wait times for routine things aren't bad. Also, their service lounge is spacious and comfortable. I have been at other dealerships where customers waiting are uncomfortably too close to each other. Service team is very friendly with me, and I'm usually a forgetful Fran when I come in there.

Came into see about financing a new Kia, spoke to Anthony I believe. Told him what I was wanting to do and seemed totally uninterested. Pretty much got yeah, ok, and handed a card. To be fair I was definitely not dressed like I could afford a set of tires much less a new kia. (Workclothes) (don't judge a book by its cover either) I will go to Greenville or Raleigh

I went for a recall on my 2009 Kia Sportage. The inspection was free and I'm thankful to have it completed. I was also told about a brake light that was out also. The staff was friendly and professional. I would go back again.

Had tires rotated and an oil change. I don't own a Kia but my Mechanic took a job there got me in and out under 1 hour. Everyone is always so friendly

The BEST experience we ve ever had with a car dealership. Charles is a master salesman in the way he serves his customers. He listens and isn t pushy; he is realistic and makes sure you are getting what you can afford. We recently bought a used, 5 year old Sedona. The battery died a month after purchase. Charles came and jumped the battery himself - got to the dealership and JG KIA took care of the issue. The customer service at this dealership can t be beat. I will not shop anywhere else for future vehicles!

If you are looking to purchase a car this is the place to go! I recently purchased a Honda Civic from this dealership. Everyone who works there is AMAZING. The sweetest lady, Shamarya, was my salesperson and she will hook you up with what you re looking for! The inside is very clean and everything is kept well organized. I would 100000% recommend coming here if you are in the market for a new car.

I stopped through for a service visit... oil change & tire rotation. Also had an issue with a tire pressure monitor. Long story short, they took care of what I needed and corrected 2 other issues. And still within the normal timeframe. Outstanding service! Plus, they had the new vehicle I wanted... pretty close, though. Could be an early Christmas present. But both the sales and service departments always treat me right!

What a great experience I had at Joey Griffin Kia purchasing my first car, I cannot recommend Charles enough!!! Three car dealerships later I went to Joey Griffin Kia and had a completely different experience compared to the other dealerships I had been to prior. As a first time buyer Charles made me feel so comfortable by throughly explaining the whole process and did everything he could to help me find what I want at a great price.

The people here at Joey Griffin KIA are like family. Mr. George, Mr. Clarence, Mr. Sliver, Mr. Randy Mr. Dan, all the young Ladies and other sale staff, all the Guys in the back and Mr. Joey Griffin are so great to work with. In 2016 we get a Sedona, which we still have,my sister-in-law, and husband got me a 2021 Kia Seltos for my birthday.If you have any questions or probably the KIA team will be glad to help you out.Mr. Joey Griffin is a great guy, he will come over and talk to you if he is there.No no one is not paying me to write this post, this is what I know about this Dealership and the people that work here.Go and give them a try, they will do there best to help you out.

I recently purchased my second Kia with Joey Griffin and I can t rave enough over the staff. Seth Boggess was awesome, he was knowledgeable, kind and made it happen without going over my budget. There was no pressure to purchase, I actually went in for service and left with a new car. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. I will go back for my third and I will continue to send more people their way. Kia is the safest vehicle and has won awards. So if your in the market go see them .hey won t disappoint!

Man what a great experience today at Joey Griffin Kia! Charles was hands down the best car salesman we have ever met. He was very knowledgeable and relatable! He helped us through our first car buying process and never put pressure on us. He helped my wife and I find our new family car a Kia Seltos. The other sales and finance workers were extremely nice and helpful. I will recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks again Charles from Jacob and Holly Burgoon!!

I went in April to look at Telluride, not thinking I would be able to purchase, due to other dealerships not working with my trade. I had put in an injury on AutoTrader and Charles Elliot from JGKia called me. I went to test drive the vehicle and though it sold before I could make up my mind Charles and Trey worked with me. Yesterday I picked up my Telly. From the first instance with Charles my son and I felt welcomed and taken care of. Everyone I came in contact with were excellent and customer focused. I hate going in with the finance department to sign - as they usually push more product making that payment go up even more - however Seth was amazing to work with. I am happy to be a member of the Joey Griffin family. Go see them. You'll be so happy you did!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this establishment, and WAS very satisfied. I mGoing this week to purchase a 4th, but will not be going back there. Shortly after My last purchase I had a tire to blow while driving down highway. Called AAA to come tow me, they advised I needed to replace all 4 tires, they were bubbled up and defective. I had only had this vehicle a couple months, brand new. Spoke to 4 different people and they said they would get back with me, never got a return call. This whole incident could have been tragic and this establishment could have cared less. Not to mention I had purchased 3 vehicles within 2 years from here!

Wow I made an appointment for oil change a month ago and I am finally here still waiting after 2 hours! I definitely will not return to this location for my oil change..this is just not fair..why make an appt if you gota wait over 2 hours just for a simple oil change

We had to drive 4 hours to get to dealership and I am happy we did. Our salesman George had everything taken care of and made the purchasing process painless. George was the consummate salesman, a professional in every sense. No false promises here. Everything that was promised happened. Give these guys a try and you won t be disappointed!
